The two had been seen out in public together recently -- but yesterday, Montag made the reconciliation official, filing a motion for dismissal at L.A. County Superior Court.

As we previously reported, Montag filed for divorce back in July -- citing irreconcilable differences.

But now, after the two reunited in Costa Rica to deal with a sex tape scandal -- it seems Heidi is once again on board with the whole "'til death do us part" thing.

Mel's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, has submitted a property settlement proposal to Robyn's attorney, disso-queen Laura Wasser.

Wasser said she's mulling it over with Robyn and is "optimistic." Wasser says she should have an answer next month as to whether Robyn will accept Mel's property settlement offer.

Sources tell us ... the divorce is "amicable" and there's no real fight over how the property in their nearly 30-year marriage will be divided.

Sources say George and Ann have been working out details of the split "for a long time," but they've both made the decision to end the marriage.

The couple has been married for 17 years. They have a 14-year-old daughter, and we're told they both want to keep the divorce amicable for the sake of their kid.

UPDATE: A rep for George and Ann tells TMZ, "George and Ann Lopez have made the decision to end their 17 year marriage. The decision is amicable and by mutual agreement. They remain dedicated parents, and committed partners in business and their philanthropic organization, The Lopez Foundation."

Heather -- who filed for divorce in 2006 -- filed documents on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court requesting her name officially be changed from Heather Deen Sambora to Heather Locklear.

Heather also wants the name changed ASAP ... because she claims she needs a new passport with her old name attached by the time she travels abroad on October 25.

Crowe's wife, Nancy Wilson, filed for divorce today in L.A. County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences."

The couple was marred in 1986 and has 10-year-old twin boys. Wilson is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the kids and is also asking for spousal support.

Cameron directed such classics as "Jerry Maguire," "Say Anything" and "Almost Famous." Nancy is the singer/songwriter/guitarist from the band Heart.

The gruesome twosome just happened to be photographed while kissing on Heidi's 24th birthday in Santa Barbara yesterday -- while Montag proudly displayed her wedding ring.

TMZ has learned the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is set to spill her guts in a videotaped deposition in her bitter legal war with her ex-husband Kevin Maher.

As we previously reported, Maher is suing Staub for $5 million -- claiming she damaged his reputation by falsely claiming he killed her dog, raped her on a bed of broken glass and stuck a loaded gun into her genital region.

Although Heidi insists she's divorcing Spencer, they were walking in stride in Carpinteria, CA at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

Spencer is fresh off his arrest at the airport in Costa Rica, after he was snagged for illegal firearms possession, cited and released.

Sources directly connected with Spencer tell TMZ ... he wants to move to Costa Rica for two reasons -- it's a lot cheaper than L.A., and he would be closer to Heidi and possibly salvage his marriage.

Of course, reason #2 assumes Heidi is also moving to Costa Rica. So we checked with sources in direct contact with her, and they're now telling us Heidi is indeed noodling on the idea of living in the Republica de Costa Rica.

So the question -- Is this whole divorce thing a pile? Heidi's friends are kinda hedging, saying she loves Spencer but doesn't know how to deal with all the problems.

Perla Ferrar went to Toys"R"Us Monday to buy school supplies for the two boys. But there was a deal-breaking problem at checkout -- her credit card was twice rejected.

We're told Ferrar claims her estranged husband -- who filed for divorce last week -- deactivated her credit card, but our sources say she's just plain wrong.

According to legal docs just filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Slash -- real name Saul Hudson -- cites irreconcilable differences. Slash and wife Perla Ferrar have two boys, age 6 and 8. Slash is asking for joint physical and legal custody.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ the breakup is extremely acrimonious.

Slash, who is repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, is willing to pay spousal support, according to the docs. There is no prenup.

The couple was married in October 2001. Slash lists the date of separation as July 15, 2010.

According to legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- and obtained by TMZ -- "One Tree Hill" actress Jana Rae Kramer filed for dissolution of marriage on August 20.

The couple tied the knot on July 4th -- and announced their split less than a month later.

Schaech went through the whole divorce thing with Christina Applegate back in 2007.

We're told Spencer -- who's currently hocking sex tapes starring himself, Heidi and a Playmate -- still "loves" his estranged wife ... and is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the divorce.

In fact, we're told Spencer has finally admitted to having a "fame addiction" ... and wants to seek help for that too.

As for Heidi -- we're told she's down to work things out ... despite all of the public drama he's put her through recently.
