Kris Humphries -- the guy who has accused Kim Kardashian of nuptial fraud -- just scored hundreds of thousands of bucks from one of the wedding guests.

TMZ broke the story ... Andrey C. Hicks -- who sat right behind the formerly happy couple at the rehearsal dinner -- was arrested in 2011 for bilking Kris and other friends out of millions of bucks ... by convincing them to invest in a bogus hedge fund. He pled guilty to the charges late last year.

Now, Hicks has to pay the piper ... a judge just ordered him to repay the ill-gotten loot, totaling $2,375,204.60.

It's unclear how much of that money will go to Kris, but we do know the NBA'er lost hundreds of thousands of $$$ in the sham.

Hicks was also sentenced to 40 months in jail.

Most people get to forget their in-laws after divorce ... but not Journey guitarist Neal Schon -- he's suing his ex-mom-in-law for defamation, claiming the woman is continuing to ruin his life ... by badmouthing him on the Internet.

Neal filed the defamation suit against Judy Kozan, the mother of Amber Schon -- whom Neal divorced in 2007 -- claiming Judy has "attacked and harassed" him through Internet postings and false comments to the media for years.

According to the lawsuit, Judy published a blog article in January, accusing Schon of not paying her daughter enough money to support herself -- letting their two little girls "go homeless," putting his ex "in a situation where she literally has no money for food, gas for the car, bills, nothing."

Schon says he's paid his ex amply ... more than $1.3 million to be exact ... and her mom's lies have tarnished his reputation, resulting in multiple media outlets accusing him of being a "deadbeat" dad.

He's suing for at least $75,000.

Former "90210" star Vanessa Marcil is officially a free woman ... because her divorce from "CSI:NY" actor Carmine Giovinazzo (aka the nicest DUI arrestee of all time) has been finalized.

TMZ broke the story ... Marcil filed for divorce from Giovinazzo last summer, citing "irreconcilable differences." They were married in 2010 and have no children together.

As for the division of assets ... Vanessa gets the 2009 Chevy Silverado, their L.A. property, a bunch of bank accounts ... as well as all rights to her baby clothes company called Baby Gagoo.

Carmine gets the mother lode -- a 2002 Mercedes CLK, his 2006 Harley, his 2010 Triumph motorcycle, the 1969 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Ducati, 2011 Chevy Camaro ... plus a bunch of bank accounts and other boring stuff.

It's been a rough couple months for Carmine, who was arrested for DUI in January in Scottsdale, AZ. You'll recall, AZ cops say the actor was one of the nicest people they've ever arrested, apologizing constantly and saying he didn't want to be an "a**hole." He even thanked the arresting officers profusely for being so nice to him.

According to police, Carmine's blood alcohol level registered at .149 after his arrest ... nearly twice the legal limit in AZ.

He has since been ordered to complete an alcohol program ... but hey, at least the divorce is behind him.

George Clinton's estranged wife is down to divorce, but she's not down being left strapped for cash ... and she is asking a judge to order the funk legend to pay up, STAT.

Stephanie Clinton filed docs in Florida court last week -- as part of her divorce battle with George -- asking the court to grant her both temporary and permanent alimony.

Here's the problem ... George doesn't want to pony up ANY spousal support. He had previously claimed in divorce docs that the couple (married way back in 1990) has been separated for many years, shared no bank accounts, and has no real property together.

But in docs, Stephanie denies George's claims and has requested the funk master's finances (taxes, bank accounts etc.) be submitted to the court to determine how much dough she's entitled to after almost 23 years of matrimony.

The housing market may be bouncing back for a lot of people, but not Katy Perry, because we've learned she's about to list her Hollywood Hills house for WAY less than the purchase price.

Katy bought the house with Russell Brand when they were married. She has full title and has been quietly trying to sell it for a long time, but she's not getting anywhere near the $8 million she wants.

Katy wanted to avoid putting the house in the multiple listing service -- which is the Paul Revere of the real estate world. She wanted to sell the house on the down-low, but it's just not happening.

We've learned she's agreed to put the house in the MLS in 2 weeks, and she'll reduce the asking price to the mid 7s -- as in millions. But here's the deal ... Our real estate sources say she'll definitely sell it if someone offers in the high 6s.

A deposition has surfaced in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce in which the producer of Kim's reality show confesses Kim re-shot her reaction to Kris' marriage proposal ... problem for Kris -- it kills his fraud case.

According to the depo transcript -- obtained by Life & Style -- when Kris proposed to Kim on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," a producer says Kim was "completely surprised" and didn't give a good reaction, so she asked that it be re-shot.

2 big problems for Kris:

1. Kris is alleging Kim fraudulently induced him to marry her. Since he proposed and she was surprised, it means it positively wasn't a grand scheme to dupe him.

2. Kris clearly knew she re-shot her reaction, so no matter what, he was in on everything.

Short story ... give it up Kris.

It ain't the Super Bowl ... but it's pretty damn close -- Deion Sanders was just awarded primary custody of his three kids with his estranged wife.

We're told 11 of 12 jurors ruled in the NFL Hall of Famer's favor ... giving him full physical and legal custody of his 13 and 11-year-old sons with Pilar Sanders.

However, the Collins Co., TX jury gave the ex-couple shared physical and legal custody of their 9-year-old daughter.

Both sides were arguing for sole custody of all 3 children.

Turns out familiarity isn't the only thing that breeds contempt ... so does not paying child support, because Shauna Sand wants Lorenzo Lamas cited for contempt of court for allegedly falling WAY behind, and also failing to maintain a million-dollar policy on his life.

Shauna claims Lorenzo is behind a total of $42,772.66 in support for their 3 daughters. She claims he's also failed to pay the $1,778 health insurance premiums for the kids.

And this is interesting ... a judge ordered Lorenzo to take out a $1 million life insurance policy for the benefit of the kids, and Shauna claims it doesn't exist.

Kris Humphries' relatives have a major bone to pick with Kim Kardashian ... claiming Kim K's 72-day-marriage to the NBA star was nothing but a "sham" and it's about damn time she fess up to it.

Kris' aunt Dedria -- who attended K & K's wedding back in 2011 -- is adamant Kim duped her nephew into tying the knot as a ploy to boost ratings for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," telling The UK Sun, "[The wedding] was a sham."

Not only that, Dedria says Kim needs to own up to her fraud so Kris can get the annulment he desires, explaining, "An annulment says it wasn’t valid in the first place. She should admit that it was a sham at the very least.”

As TMZ previously reported, Kim wants a simple divorce, but Kris is hell-bent on fighting for an annulment ... claiming he was defrauded, which could render any pre-nup illegitimate and free the NBA'er from his confidentiality clause.

That said, Kris' Uncle Mike believes his nephew's legal battle is motivated by revenge, telling the paper, "I believe he wants payback."

Demi Moore may be rich and famous, but she's no different from millions of scorned wives seeking revenge -- and that's why she wants spousal support from Ashton Kutcher ... despite the fact that she's richer than him.

There is no way a judge would ever give Demi spousal support. Short story ... she doesn't need it and she won't get it. A source close to Demi tells us ... she was "really hurt" by Ashton, whom the source called a "bad husband." The source would not use the word revenge, but the sentiment was clearly there.

That said ... multiple sources connected with the former couple tell us ... Demi and Ashton are in the midst of negotiating a financial settlement, and her lawyer knows the more Demi asks for, the better she'll do in the end.

We're told they're actually pretty close to striking a deal -- and it WON'T involve spousal support.

Demi Moore has filed legal docs responding to Ashton Kutcher's divorce petition ... and get this -- she wants spousal support and she's worth WAAAAY more than him.

Sources connected with Demi tell TMZ ... "She's got money up the wazoo" and has untold millions more than Ashton. He's not asking her for spousal support, so it's surprising she's going for it.

What's more ... she wants Ashton to pay HER attorney's fees.

Although there are reports that settlement negotiations have broken down, we're told it's not true -- both sides are negotiating and they expect a quick resolution.

It's almost out of the question Ashton will have to pay Demi spousal support -- a judge certainly would never order it.

One thing they both agree on -- they both checked the box citing irreconcilable differences.

Kim Kardashian went to the doctor yesterday because she was having pains in her stomach, and the doc warned she needed to slow down.

We're told Kim was flying home from Paris when she started feeling "severe stomach pains" on the plane. It freaked her out and she started bawling in front of other passengers.

Sources say Kim is "stressed out" ... we're told because she's prepping for her deposition in her divorce case with Kris Humphries and she's moving to a new house.

When Kim landed she went to her doctor, who told her she had flu-like symptoms and it was not a miscarriage warning.

We're told the baby's fine. In related news, we're told Kris Kardashian has already signed her.

Lena Headey -- the chick who plays bitchy Queen Cersei Lannister on "Game of Thrones" -- "INADVERTENTLY" characterized her soon to be ex-husband as a reckless dad ... so claims the lawyer for the estranged hubby.

Peter Loughran's lawyer sent us an email, telling us we inaccurately painted Peter as an "unfit father." He says we latched on to "a statement that was inadvertently included in the court papers." Ironically, the inadvertent statement was included right in the middle of Lena's declaration -- which she signed.

As we reported ...Headey successfully blocked Peter from taking their 2-year-old boy to Ireland over XMAS. She argued in her declaration that Peter had an alcohol problem and suspected when his car drifted into oncoming traffic on December 15 it had something to do with booze.

Lena also said that Peter was also a bad example for their kid ... as evidenced by his decision to post 2 pictures of him on Facebook toting an assault rifle. She even attached the photos to her declaration ... which doesn't exactly feel inadvertent.

How's this for awkward -- Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom came face-to-face with the Kardashian family's arch nemesis last night ... Kris Humphries ... after the two NBA players accidentally ended up at the same NYC restaurant ... at the same exact time.

The restaurant is called Catch (try the lobster mac and cheese) but we're told Kris and Lamar sat at completely separate tables ... and didn't utter a single word to each other.

According to sources, both players eventually exited the restaurant without incident.

Not even divorce can keep Britney Spears and Kevin Federline apart ... at least at their kids' soccer game ... where the famous ex-couple joined forces this weekend to cheer their faces off.

Brit and K-Fed got together yesterday in L.A. to support their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James while the boys played soccer ... and everyone had a blast (laughing and smiling ... and not a single lawyer).

K-Fed's girlfriend Victoria Prince was also there, and it wasn't awkward at all. We're not even joking. Britney even played with Kevin and Victoria's new daughter Jordan Kay. How 'bout them apples.

Lena Headey -- the hot chick in "Game of Thrones" -- says her estranged husband is too reckless to care for their kid, and a key example was Peter Loughran's decision to post pictures of himself showcasing an AK-47 . . . this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Lena was trying to block Peter from taking their 2-year-old son to Ireland. In her legal docs -- filed in her ongoing custody war with her ex -- Lena says Peter has exhibited bad judgment and cannot be trusted alone with the boy.

As an example, she attached 2 pics to her docs -- ones that Peter allegedly posted on his Facebook page, showing him sporting an assault rifle.

She also claims Peter -- a one-time hairstylist -- has serious alcohol issues, citing a recent case where his car veered into oncoming traffic. She believes it was alcohol-related, but he denied it.
