Tyler Perry Star Tasha Smith Marriage Annulled He Had 5 Brides Before Me

Published | Updated

Tyler Perry star Tasha Smith had her marriage erased from planet Earth, after a judge ruled her hubby was a fraud.

Tasha got her marriage annulled a few days ago, after claiming he had a secret life he kept from her. Specifically, Tasha said during their courtship he told her he was a preacher and presented an image he was a man of faith.

Tasha says the reality was way different ... hubby Rory Douglas had been married 5 times before her. The judge said, "She in no way would have jumped within a few months at the chance to be bride number six."

What's more, the judge said Douglas concealed the number of kids he actually had, his past criminal conduct, and failure to pay taxes for nearly a decade.

The judge said the fraud went to the heart of her reasons for marrying Douglas, so now it's like it never happened.

Mandy Moore My Divorce Is Going to the Dogs ... and Cats Too

Published | Updated

Mandy Moore's divorce has hit a hiccup thanks to her house full of cats and dogs.

Mandy filed to divorce singer Ryan Adams back in January, and she just filed new docs saying they've been unable to agree on a settlement because Ryan won't pay spousal support, beyond splitting their mortgage.

In the docs, she says Ryan earns $151k per month while she rakes in less than a quarter of that.

Her other issue ... their EIGHT pets -- 6 cats, 2 dogs -- that she says she's been taking care of on her own since they separated. Mandy says Ryan promised to take at least 2 of the cats, but didn't.

Now Mandy wants Ryan to pay her $37k per month until they sort out the divorce terms -- and she's insisting he take 4 of the pets immediately. Sounds like someone's gonna be shoveling s**t.

Melanie and Antonio split money from every movie either of them did between 2004 and 2014, including "Shrek 2," "Puss in Boots," "Machete Kills," "Expendables 3" and others.

But according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Clay's wife wants Brennan thrown in jail -- after he allegedly sent her a picture of her expensive shoe collection in a pile with the caption, "I'm setting all of your Louboutins on fire."

Oh hell no.

It appears Clay backed off his alleged threat -- but his estranged wife says the fact he messed with her property is in violation of a court order to not harass each other during the divorce.

When reached out for comment, Clay told TMZ Sports the allegations are false -- he never threatened the shoes -- and says text messages are bogus.

The judge will ultimately decide how this thing plays out ... stay tuned.

The golfer opened up to Time Magazine ... saying if he could change anything about 2009 ... "it would be having a more open, honest relationship with my ex-wife."

Of course, Elin kicked Tiger to the curb that year after learning he had been banging an army of skeezers behind her back.

But now, Tiger says he's busted his ass ... and worked hard to rebuild his relationship with the mother of his 2 children.

"Having the relationship that I have now with her is fantastic. She’s one of my best friends. We’re able to pick up the phone, and we talk to each other all the time. We both know that the most important things in our lives are our kids. I wish I would have known that back then."

When asked if there was anything he would've done differently ... Woods said, "When it comes down to it, right down to it, it’s just having a more open, honest relationship with my ex-wife when we were married."

"Our frustrations would have come out if we had talked about it and been open and honest with each other. Which we are now, and it’s absolutely fantastic."

Woods says he's already spoken with his kids about why he and Elin are no longer together -- explaining, "Guys, the reason why we’re not in the same house, why we don’t live under the same roof, Mommy and Daddy, is because Daddy made some mistakes."

"We’re all human. We all make mistakes. But look what happened at the end of it. Look at how great you are. You have two loving parents that love you no matter what."

As we've reported, Ntombi is living in the U.S. under a visitor visa ... but was never legally adopted by Chris or Malaak.
