Morena Baccarin I'm Too Pregnant ... To Get Grilled by Your Lawyers

Published | Updated

Pregnant "Gotham" star Morena Baccarin is on doctor-ordered bed rest, and says there's no way she can sit for a lengthy deposition in her divorce ... but she doesn't want to delay the split.

Morena's 8 months pregnant with her co-star Ben McKenzie's baby, but still in the middle of divorcing estranged husband Austin Chick. He's requested a date for her to sit down with their attorneys to start hammering out divorce deets.

In the docs, 36-year-old Baccarin says she has a high risk pregnancy, and doctors have advised her that sitting for a depo would be "unnecessarily stressful."

What would make her happy is a quick change in marital status -- she's requesting an immediate termination of the marriage ... but wants to settle child custody, support, and property issues later.

Morena's said she and Ben are going to get married, so this could be a way to make that happen faster. As for the depo ... she's happy to get it done 30 days after she gives birth.

Katharine McPhee's divorce has been finalized and Nicholas Cokas won the battle of when they separated ... which means he's walking away with a lot more cash.

Cokas is getting spousal support ... plus they're splitting a lot of the dough Katharine's made as a singer and actress. For instance, they're going 50-50 on income from her music rights on all songs made during their marriage ... which includes some still unreleased songs.

They've also agreed to split all income from her now canceled NBC show, "Smash."

Nick and Katharine hugely disagreed on when they separated -- she claimed it was March 2013, while he said May 2014. The final divorce docs say it was 2014 ... which is why they're splitting the "Smash" cash.

As for her current CBS show, "Scorpion" -- they're only divvying up the money from the pilot episode. Her $700k contract with Columbia/Epic Records is also getting split down the middle.

On the all-important car front -- Kat gets her 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class SUV, and Nick gets the 2013 Jeep Wrangler.

Master P I'm Not What I Used to Be ... So Back Off Sonya

Published | Updated

Master P is a shadow of his former self in the money department, so he wants his estranged wife to lower her expectations and he's asking the divorce judge for help.

The mogul sent a letter to the judge -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he says Sonya Miller is bleeding him dry with $10k a month in child support and more than $16k a month in spousal support.

He says her taste for the high life is insatiable ... he gave her $8k to find a new place to live and she wants another $20k to get a better crib. What's especially galling, he says, is that she needs a new place because she's alienated her landlord with loud parties and "rude and vulgar" conduct.

Master P says all he cares about is the welfare of his children, and he's distraught that Sonya just sits around and allegedly smokes pot with their 19-year-old daughter, who dropped out of high school.

P was frank in one of the documents, saying, "This is not the 90s, you guys don't know my situation."

It's interesting, Sonya's view is that she helped P build a $200 million empire, and now she wants a big piece of the pie.

Denise has filed massive legal docs claiming Charlie promised that if she moved next to him in a house he had purchased in Mulholland Estates, she and the kids would not be evicted. As we reported, she was also getting $55k a month in child support.

Denise says she was reluctant to move, because of Charlie's history and also because he had apparently informed her of his HIV status, telling her he feared he was terminally ill and "wanted to repair his relationship with his children."

7:55 AM PST -- Patty Glaser, Denise's attorney tells us "Not only are Mr. Singer's (Sheen's attorney) about Ms. Richards blatantly inaccurate, they're also inappropriate, and unprofessional. Carradine says in divorce docs he had a hunch something was amiss after noticing his key to the unit was missing.

When he called the storage facility he was told his wife was there with their grown son, moving items ... a red flag, Carradine says, because their son was in New Zealand.

Johnny Weir Infamous Orange Birkin Gets Facelift

Published | Updated

Johnny Weir's defaced orange Birkin is looking as good as new after finally getting its court-mandated spot treatment.

Weir's ex Victor had tagged a giant "F--- YOU" across the Hermes bag in black marker during their nasty split.

In their divorce settlement, Victor got the Faberge egg and the Birkin ... with one string attached. He was required to remove the "F--- YOU" ... presumably so it could not be associated with Johnny.

The court docs laid out specific instructions for the hand-off and restoration, including a stipulation that Victor cannot use Johnny's name if he resells the bag.

Birkins go for anywhere between $12,000 to $223,000 and a recent study says they're a better investment than gold or stocks, so Vic's going to be just fine.
