Jesse Williams' ex is hellbent on making sure he doesn't post photos of their kids on social media, and says his claim he has a First Amendment right to do it ... is total BS.

In new docs, Aryn Drake-Lee says Jesse's Instagram posts threaten their kids' welfare and safety. She points out Jesse has some 2.2 million followers and she's worried some might be volatile and obsessive fans who could harm their kids in an effort to get closer to Jesse.

Aryn previously raised this issue, claiming he's only touting the kids on IG for empathy. Jesse fired back he was exercising his First Amendment right -- but Aryn points out their children are not public figures and have their own rights.

She also says Jesse can't vouch for the mental state of his followers. To be clear, Aryn's cool with Jesse sharing pics with family and friends ... it's the public randos who concern her.

Ron White's estranged wife survived cancer, but claims Ron left her without a penny to pay for doctor's bills.

In legal docs, Margo Rey says she and Ron were living it up at the fancy Montage hotel in Bev Hills earlier this summer, while their home was under renovation, and that's when he decided to end things. Margo says he immediately canceled her credit cards.

Margo, who is in remission from breast cancer, says she found out she was cut off while attempting to pay for an oncologist visit. When she went to their home, she says all the locks had been changed and she was essentially left homeless.

Margo's a singer and says she had some 30 gigs booked alongside Ron, but his team canceled them without warning ... removing her primary source of income.

Mel B is accusing her ex of putting media exposure ahead of their children's well-being, and now she wants her legal battle with him sealed from the public.

Mel filed docs asking the court to seal her ongoing domestic violence case against Stephen Belafonte because it's attracting so much media attention, it's harming her kids.

Mel says reporters and photographers are waiting whenever she drops off their daughter to visit Stephen, and suspects he's alerting media to the visitation schedule. She says, "While [Stephen] may enjoy the media attention, the minor child of this marriage did not ask to be placed in the center of this mounting storm."

Sources connected to Belafonte tell us he absolutely denies exploiting the case or giving the media a heads up.

In the docs, Mel also says testifying about the alleged abuse in open court would be "further abuse" against her.

A hearing's set for next month for the judge to decide whether to seal the case.

Jesse Williams is firing back at his estranged wife's claim he's not involved enough as a parent -- saying, essentially, she only gets to be at home with the kids because HE has to bring home the bacon.

Jesse filed docs responding to Aryn's allegations ... and says she has the "incredible privilege of being a stay-at-home mom with a full-time nanny" ... purely because he's putting in hard work every day. In the docs, he goes on to say Aryn is punishing him for providing for his family.

The punishment? He says Aryn restricts and "micro manages" the time he gets to spend with their 2 children since their split. He says his FaceTime calls to them frequently go unanswered, and when Aryn does answer ... she sometimes leaves the TV on to distract the kids.

As for Aryn's claims Jesse bullies her ... he says the only aggression the children have witnessed is Aryn screaming at him. According to the docs, Aryn once repeatedly slammed the front door on Jesse's leg while yelling at him.

We spoke with Aryn's lawyer, Jill Hersh, who tells us "it is a shame that Mr. Williams chose to place the children and his family's transition in the public domain."

Hersh added, "Aryn has been working tirelessly to maintain Mr. Williams' bond with their children and it is important to remember that his one-sided allegations are made with a specific goal in mind. The judge is fully informed on both sides and will be making the final decision."

Worth pointing out ... Hersh's comment is an almost word-for-word duplication of comments Jesse's team made in response to Aryn's filing last week.

Torrei Hart can't believe Eniko Hart, Kevin's current wife, has forced her hand to publicly confirm Kevin cheated on her.

We got the ex-wife and mother of Kevin's 2 kids Sunday outside the Laugh Factory in WeHo, and she's genuinely perplexed that Eniko went after her on social media, saying she's playing the victim. Eniko also dropped a bombshell, saying she's been with Kevin for 8 years, yet he separated from Torrei 6 years ago.

How does Joanna Krupa celebrate her divorce becoming final? Dinner with her ex, of course!

The model and her ex, Romain Zago, were in the mood for some Thai and hit up NaiYaRa restaurant in Miami, just hours after finalizing their divorce. Some very close friends were also in tow for what we're told was essentially a farewell toast to their 4-year marriage.

Joanna and Romain remain friends -- their drama-free divorce is proof of that. We're told they may also be business partners down the road because they discussed as much over dinner.

And how friendly are they really, ya might ask? Romain picked up the entire tab.

Mark Vincent Kaplan -- who has repped the likes of Stephen Collins and Kevin Federline -- allegedly forced his tongue down a client's throat and repeatedly told her he needed to bang her to focus on her divorce case ... so she says in a new lawsuit, but Kaplan says this is a revenge lawsuit after he sued her for skipping out on her bill.

Kathy Hakakian claims Kaplan sexually assaulted her numerous times and she was forced to withstand the attack out of fear he'd quit her divorce case.

Kathy says in November 2016 Kaplan insisted meeting at an L.A. bar where he urged her to booze it up to relax. She says he tricked her into showing him her phone, where he found a nude photo of her. She says Kaplan grabbed her, pressed himself against her and put his tongue down her throat.

Hakakian claims Kaplan insisted on driving her home, but he pulled over on a darkened street and started groping and kissing her. She says she demanded that he stop, but she says he responded, "Now I'm motivated to give your case my undivided attention."

She says she stayed on as a client, and at some point they had lunch at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, where she says Kaplan asked, "How's your p***y doing?" She says Kaplan told her, "If you let me see another naked picture of you, it will really help me to focus on your case." She got up and left.

But she still stayed on as a client. Hakakian says Kaplan coaxed her into his office for what she thought was prep for a deposition. They were alone in his office and she says he told her he wanted to have sexual intercourse with her, saying, "When this case is over, I'm going to f**k your p***y so hard from behind you won't know what hit you."

Hakakian, who's repped by attorney Paul Phillips, says when she left she told his receptionist what happened, to which the receptionist replied, "This isn't the first time I've heard that."

Joanna Krupa's having herself a big month -- first she settled an ongoing lawsuit ... and now she's back on the market.

Joanna's marriage to Romain Zago is officially over ... and it's hard to imagine a divorce going more smoothly. Neither side sought spousal support, and we're told they split things up evenly -- she keeps the L.A. pad and he gets the house in Miami. Romain also gets visitation rights ... for their dogs.

Joanna tells TMZ ... the 2 are grateful for their time together and "wish each other nothing but continued happiness and success." She also says she's taking time for herself and focusing on her projects, and hopes their amicable divorce can inspire others.

This comes on the heels of Krupa and Brandi Glanville reaching a settlement in the infamous smelly vagina lawsuit ... which Joanna also hopes can serve as inspiration.

Jesse Williams' wife says he is a reckless parent who has fits of rage and worries he exposes their kids to a "revolving door" of women ... this according to new, explosive divorce docs.

Aryn Drake-Lee has unloaded on the "Grey's Anatomy" star, demanding sole custody for a variety of reasons. She says the children are being emotionally compromised because Jesse has exposed them to at least one intimate partner and possibly more. She wants the judge to order him to keep girlfriends away from the kids until he dates them for 6 months.

Aryn goes on, claiming Jesse has a violent temper and cites a road rage incident last month with his next-door neighbor. She says after an argument the neighbor flipped off Jesse, and he then "aggressively pursued him in his car" with their 2 kids inside. She says Jesse threatened to kill him.

She's also pissed off that Jesse posts pics of their kids on social media and says he's doing it as a "buffer for the negative talk about him in the media."

As we reported, it appears Jesse is dating Minka Kelly and that might be behind some of her fury. Jesse has insisted his 13-year relationship and 5-year marriage didn't end because of a "cute girl."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are deep in divorce talks, and there is NO talk of reconciliation, contrary to some media reports.

Several stories have surfaced recently suggesting the divorce is on hold and they are thinking of rebooting the relationship. Sources connected to the couple say nothing could be further from the truth.

We're told both sides are hashing out both child custody and property settlements, and the divorce is full steam ahead.

One reason they will never get back together ... Angelina made extremely damaging allegations against Brad, claiming he was abusive to their kids. The investigations triggered by the allegations ultimately exonerated Pitt.

Brad hasn't hidden his feeling about the children -- they're at the top of his priority list, so it seems they're at the point of no return in terms of reconciling.

Mel B is either smitten or paying homage to baby daddy Eddie Murphy, because she's dating the guy he played in one of his iconic movies ... a Beverly Hills cop.

Sources in the know tell us she's been seeing a guy on the Beverly Hills PD for a few months. She's moved at lightening speed ... splitting with husband Stephen only months before she started dating the officer.

They met through mutual friends. She started dating him immediately and it took only a matter of weeks before he was staying at her home 5 - 6 nights a week. She's nuts about him.

This is a little eerie. Our sources say one of the reasons she likes him around so much is that he carries a gun, and she's scared of estranged hubby Stephen Belafonte. TMZ broke the story, Mel B has a restraining order against Belafonte, and one of her concerns is that she says he has a gun he's not allowed to possess because of a prior crime.

They're keeping the relationship "low key" ... both for his sake and hers. We're told his life is "complicated." But that hasn't stopped him, however, for showing up to tapings of "America's Got Talent" -- in plain clothes. He has also accompanied her to a number of social engagements.

Not everyone in Mel B's life thinks it's a swell idea she's dating the guy ... partly because of him and partly because she just got out of a bad relationship.

Still ... there's something symmetrical about Mel B going for a Beverly Hills Cop.

Chris Pratt is sticking to what he knows in the fallout of his separation from estranged wife Anna Faris ... and that involves family and faith.

Chris was out Sunday taking his 4-year-old son, Jack, to Church in L.A. -- with Anna nowhere in sight. It appears to be the first time he's been seen public since his split from Anna last weekend ... when the ex-couple announced they were separating on social media.

We broke the story ... Chris and Anna are parting ways because of differences in their vision on family and work -- she wants to have more kids and to settle down in L.A., while Chris doesn't want to do either considering his movie career is just now taking off.

Still ... Chris seems to be trying to keep things normal between he and his boy. As normal as they can be without mom, anyway. Also, check out his ring finger ... stripped.

Tennis superstar Victoria Azerenka is furious a judge has given her a real-life Sophie's choice -- tennis or her kid -- that is making her drop out the US open.

The former #1 player in the world is locked in a nasty dispute with Billy McKeague -- the father of her 8-month-old son, Leo. The two split back in July.

Here's the problem ... McKeague filed custody papers in L.A. (where Victoria has a home) and the case has gone to a judge who told Azerenka she's not allowed to take the child out of California while the custody trial rages ... and it's not going to end until October at the earliest.

The dilemma -- the US Open kicks off August 28 in New York. Victoria will not leave her child -- whom she's been breastfeeding until a month ago -- with McKeague because she doesn't believe he's capable of caring for the kid.

Her attorney, "Disso Queen" Laura Wasser, told the judge her client is more than willing to buy a plane ticket for McKeague and put him up in a hotel for the 2-week tournament, but the judge said no.

Wasser also told the judge her client already has a valid custody order from Belarus, the country where Victoria, Leo and and Billy are all residents, so it should be game, set, match. But for some reason the judge won't defer to the Belarus court.

David Ayer -- the guy who wrote "Training Day," "S.W.A.T." and a bunch of other action thrillers and also directed "Suicide Squad" -- wants out of his 14-year marriage.

David filed for divorce Wednesday in L.A., citing irreconcilable differences. He married Mireya on September 26, 2002 and lists the date of separation as July 29.

There's a sign this one is amicable. David's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, checked the box agreeing that her client would pay Mireya spousal support.

They have 4 minor children -- 14, 12, 11 and 8. David is asking for joint custody.

David -- who also wrote "The Fast and the Furious" and "End of Watch" -- will be writing a big check, because we've learned there was no prenup, and we're told he's made a bloody fortune.

Courtney Love's dodging making a decision on who gets Kurt Cobain's famous guitar -- their daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, or her estranged husband ... according to new legal docs.

Isaiah Silva -- who's in an ongoing divorce with Frances -- claims Courtney's refused to come to the door twice when his investigators tried to serve her with deposition papers. According to the docs ... she's also ducking the L.A. Sheriff's Dept.'s attempts to do the same.

Silva wants a depo from Love because he claims she has "personal knowledge of many of the facts" surrounding the 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic guitar Kurt played during Nirvana's "MTV Unplugged."

As we reported ... the guitar's been a heated point of contention in the divorce. Frances says the "priceless family heirloom" belongs to her, but he says it's his because she gifted it to him.

We reached out to Courtney ... her rep tells us she's already publicly stated the guitar is a family heirloom and doesn't belong to anyone other than family, which echoes what she told us in July 2016. The rep also says Courtney hasn't been home much ... she's been filming in Canada.

Michael Chow, the founder of Mr Chow restaurants, is looking at a table for one after 25 years of marriage ... according to docs filed by his wife.

Eva Chun Chow filed for divorce from Michael Thursday, citing irreconcilable differences. She lists their date of marriage as January 15, 1992 and says the couple has no minor children. She does not list a separation date.

According to the docs ... Eva may wish to request spousal support in the future, and wants the judge to let her keep jewelry she believes is hers.
