The Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan break-up isn't as friendly and happy and cheery as she says it is ... this according to sources close to Matt, who tell us this thing is pretty damn far from amicable.

Benzino and fiancee Althea Eaton think "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" should air on Animal Planet ... because they think producers are making them scapegoats.

Production sources tell us the couple was given the boot Wednesday AM ... with no explanation.

Benzino says it's obvious he and Althea are being blamed for the fight between them and castmates Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J ... a brawl that proved irresistible for other cast members.

TMZ broke the story ... Althea sued Joseline, claiming she started the fight while she was high on crack.

Although Althea got her ass whooped ... producers sided with Joseline, even though other castmates felt Joseline should have gotten the boot.

VH1 wouldn't comment, but it's pretty obvious. Joseline's better TV, and that trumps everything.

Former "Baywatch" star David Charvet is in an epic neighborhood feud with "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" producer and "Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss ... claiming Fleiss is terrorizing him and his family with threats of violence and sounds of howling dogs.

Charvet just asked a judge for a restraining order, claiming his Malibu neighbor Fleiss is pointing speakers at Charvet's property and blasts sounds of "barking, crying and howling dogs at 3 AM, 5:45 AM, 6:30 AM, 11 AM, 9:30 PM and 11 PM."

Charvet also says when Fleiss sees him on foot he revs up his car engine, making it appear he's gunning to run Charvet over.

And Charvet -- who is married to Brooke Burke -- says Fleiss taunted him back in April and claimed HE was the reason she was fired from "Dancing with the Stars."

Charvet was shut down in his bid for a restraining order. The judge decided the harassment wasn't annoying enough.

Mama June's daughter is staying firm with her mom, and attacking Uncle Poodle ... claiming he doesn't care about their family ... all he's trying to do is make a buck.

14-year-old Pumpkin went wild last night ... posting on Instagram a rant that Poodle is spreading false stories about her family ... specifically June's relationship with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

But Poodle fired right back ... saying, "The girls will be just fine. They are upset now and will understand the gravity of the situation. All I can do is love them unconditionally regardless of how they currently feel."

It appears June and the kids are upset TLC cancelled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" after TMZ broke the story ... but Poodle is saying the show isn't as important as the welfare of the children.

If Iggy Azalea doesn't want to record a song with Snoop Dogg, then Snoop really REALLY doesn't want to work with Iggy ... but he used much harsher words to get his point across.

You'll recall ... our photog asked Iggy about working with Snoop last week and she gave a clear, but somewhat polite, response ... that meant "no thanks."

But Sunday at LAX, when asked the same question, Snoop made his opinion of Iggy known ... but he quoted a Big Sean lyric to get his point across ... very NSFW.

Deadmau5 -- one of the biggest DJs in the EDM world -- just threw major shade at Paris Hilton ... calling her a phony artist. But in reality, the dude just looks like a hater.

The popular DJ took to his blog to put Paris on blast ... claiming she's an amateur who has no place performing in the same venues as him and his peers -- and it's insulting she would try.

Deadmau5 compares it to the racing circuit ... adding, "if i just showed up one day… dated a driver, then hopped on the circuit the following week “just coz i can” ? god… even i know my f***** limits."

Now seriously ... saying that getting behind a turntable is the same as getting behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car ... he's kidding, right?

Deadmau5 adds, "Here's what you actually are to everyone who knows better.. ticket sales. nothing more."

But wait ... if she's selling a lot of tickets ... and audiences are showing up to see what she's doing ... what is he so mad about?!

Iggy Azalea might have settled her beef with Snoop Dogg, but she will NOT make music with the famous rapper.

Iggy was making her way through LAX Thursday night, when our photog wanted to know ... now that the feud is quashed, would they ever collaborate.

Iggy didn't hold back ... making it clear it's slim to none.

"Blood, Sweat & Heels" star Melyssa Ford showed off the nasty head wound she got when a cast member smashed her with a bottle, and based on this video -- this was no fake reality TV fight.

Ford was being wheeled into Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC on Thursday ... where she's still getting treatment for head and foot wounds after Geneva Thomas allegedly attacked her while taping this week.

As we reported ... Geneva was arrested and booked for felony assault.

Mark Wahlberg's wife got into a bizarre war over a Beverly Hills parking spot -- and her rival even played the cancer card to shame her ... but you gotta see the twist because we're not sure who's in the wrong.

The driver of a black SUV went off on Rhea Durham ... claiming Mark's wife swooped in and stole a curbside parking spot out from under her. Once Rhea walked away, the woman told our camera guy she's a breast cancer patient, and she was trying to get to her doctor for a chemo treatment.

Watch ... the sob story does make Rhea look heartless -- until we find out why the driver was REALLY there. Let's just say it turns out she wasn't going to the doctor at that moment ... and her sympathy points are shaky at best.

The war may be over -- but NY Knicks superfan Michael Rapaport couldn't help but take one last shot at Spike Lee ... and it was pretty hilarious.

Lee and Rapaport had been feuding for months over how to fix the problems in New York City -- Rapaport called Lee a "s**t stain" and Lee said Michael was "stupid."

But Michael recently told HuffPost Live they spoke on the phone and squashed the beef for good.

In fact, when we saw Michael out in NYC Monday ... he was PRAISING Spike as the biggest Knicks fan in the world -- even bigger than he is -- but dropped one last zinger at the famous director.

T.I. helped squash the Snoop Dogg/Iggy Azalea beef out of the kindness of his heart ... telling TMZ he received nothing for his Kissinger-esque work.

As TMZ previously reported, Snoop posted a video on Instagram apologizing to Iggy for the whole thing ... and it was a call from T.I. that led to Snoop extending the olive branch.

When our photog spotted T.I. in NYC on Monday night, he told us the convo with Snoop was short and sweet.

Billy Corgan, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart -- 3 big stars -- just settled a 2-year dispute on the brink of a full-blown trial ... over 4 trees.

The neighborhood feud ignited in 2012 when a gigantic eucalyptus tree on the property of the Smashing Pumpkins singer fell onto Dane's property, causing enormous damage. The insurance companies settled the property damage issues, but the feud roared on.

We're told Dane and Gayheart wanted the trees trimmed or taken down, but Corgan wouldn't budge. The lawsuit says Corgan showed no remorse ... and that pissed them off.

The trial was set to begin Monday in L.A. County Superior Court ... big stars fighting over big trees. But we've learned brinkmanship ended with a settlement last week, when Corgan agreed to cut the trees down to the stump.

So now Corgan can't complain to Dane and Gayheart, "You Ca-lipped my trees."

American Music Awards sources are saying they never wanted Sinead O'Connor to stand alongside Pope Francis on their show ... they say she was the one pushing for the appearance.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... it was actually HER team who contacted the AMAs ... but having Sinead end her Pope beef during the show was NEVER discussed.

We're told show producers were interested in Sinead being on the show ... but they say her claims about the Pope -- which she made on her blog -- are ridiculous and a tweet was never sent.

Sources say producers feel Sinead's been spewing BS for decades, so this rant is nothing new. More importantly ... we're told she will absolutely not be appearing on the award show now.

Sinead famously ripped apart a photo of Pope John Paul II during her 1992 performance on "Saturday Night Live" ... which got her banned from the show for life.

Halle Berry has had it with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry ... claiming he has been living ENTIRELY off child support, and she is asking a judge to STOP the gravy train.

TMZ has learned ... Berry filed legal docs asking the judge in their custody case to reduce her monthly child support obligation from $16,000 a month to just over $3,000 a month.

Halle claims in her legal docs ... Gabriel has stopped working and is content to live off of the child support, and that's an abuse of the system.

She notes Gabriel is perfectly capable of getting a job ... and by reducing the support it will allow 6-year-old Nahla to live a comfortable life ... supplemented by his income.

Halle and Gabriel have joint custody ... each has the kid around 50% of the time.

We contacted Gabriel's rep ... so far, no word back.

Marlon Wayans finally weighed in on the Snoop Dogg-Iggy Azalea battle -- which he got dragged into -- and his take is HYSTERICAL!

If you missed it, before yesterday's truce ... Snoop posted a side-by-side of Iggy and Marlon's "White Chicks" character.

But last night outside Cecconi's in WeHo ... Marlon called out Snoop, saying ... "I don't think it's a fair comparison. She's way more f**kable than I am." Trust us ... you MUST see his delivery, plus he breaks down the shape of Iggy's ass. It's like a geometry class, if geometry were hilarious.

Marlon also explains why Iggy's Lakers BF Nick Young should be pissed about the "White Chicks" comparison. Man's got a point.
