1:26 P.M. PDT -- Scotty is now talking about the robbery. He just Tweeted, "Yes, it was definitely a very scary night. Luckily, my friends and I are safe and the Raleigh PD is on the case." Scotty also thanked police for their quick response and said, "I will share more when the time is right, but as of now we do not want to do or say anything that could hinder the investigation."

Country singing former "American Idol" star Scotty McCreery was a victim of a home invasion robbery Monday morning.

The Season 10 "Idol" winner was visiting friends at an apartment around 2AM near the North Carolina State University campus -- where McCreery is a student -- when the incident occurred.

According to law enforcement, 3 gunmen barged into the unit -- while McCreery and his friends were inside -- and made off with cash, wallets, and other property, including valuable electronics.

We also obtained the 911 call which includes a bunch of other details -- the caller says the intruders were black, dressed in black sweat pants and gray hoodies. The caller says he was in another room when they barged in, but he could hear them say, "Everyone on the floor. Give us everything you've got."

No one was injured.

The 911 call made after Scotty McCreery and a few friends were robbed at gun point was not made by the teacher from Charlie Brown ... it just sounds like it.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made early Monday morning after three gunmen broke into an apartment near North Carolina State University and made off with cash, wallets, and other property, including valuable electronics.

It's hard to say whether the "American Idol" champ is the one who placed the 911 call ... because North Carolina state law calls for the voices to be distorted on the tape.

Justin Bieber's gone, but residents of his old Calabasas gated community think they have a new demon neighbor ... Kourtney Kardashian.

Neighborhood sources in The Oaks tell TMZ ... residents complained to the homeowners association after TV crews set up a "movie type production" outside the mansion Kourtney recently bought from Keyshawn Johnson.

Our sources say neighbors were pissed because filming is not permitted inside the gated community ... and because the crew was there well into the night -- when contractors, gardeners and other workers are not allowed.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell us the cameras were there for one day of exterior shots for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... and won't be back.

Nic Cage's ex claims her rental house is infested with toxic black mold that makes her sick -- and tells TMZ that's why she stopped paying rent ... and got slapped with an eviction notice.

We broke the story ... Christina Fulton and her son Weston Cage's landlord claims they missed two months worth of rent -- totaling $12,000 -- but now Christina's saying they weren't even living in the house because the mold problem was killing her.

She says she had a company test the house ... and claims they found dangerously high levels of mold.

Fulton says she has allergies that make her susceptible to illness from mold -- so she informed the landlord about the problem, withheld rent and temporarily moved out ... until it could be fixed.

Fulton claims she and the landlord have now worked out an agreement -- she'll start paying rent again once she has proof the mold is gone.

We don't know if the landlord's backed off the eviction -- we've reached out, but so far no word back.

Master P's estranged wife wants a $67 million parting gift from her marriage -- claiming she deserves a HUGE chunk of the rapper's empire ... which includes a small city worth of properties, a fleet of expensive cars, and more.

Sonya Miller just filed legal docs in the couple's bitter divorce, estimating the total value of community assets from the marriage at $178,743,300 -- including 31 properties, 13 cars, 45 companies, and other stuff. She wants nearly 40% of everything.

According to the docs, the real estate properties are spread across Cali, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia -- she wants eight of them. She also wants one of their three large chandeliers (valued around $300,000 a pop).

Sonya estimates the value of Master P's businesses -- including No Limit Records -- at $136,101,000 ... and wants $54 million of that. She also wants $10 million of Master P's "Make 'Em Say Ughh!" energy drink company.

Other stuff -- Sonya wants her $28,000 wedding dress ... and ONE of Master P's 13 cars (the Escalade). Master P also owns a black Rolls, a green Bentley, a Porsche, a Jag, another Escalade, and several other ridiculous vehicles.

All told, Sonya is demanding $67,647,800 -- leaving Master P with a measly $111,095,500.

Selena Gomez feels vulnerable and is now taking bold action to protect herself from crazed fans ... by fortifying her property with a gigantic perimeter gate.

Selena has big issues with the $3 MIL Calabasas estate ... which she bought just last month.

TMZ broke the story ... within DAYS of moving in, an intruder made his way onto Selena's property not once, but TWICE ... and she was home at the time.

The new gate will make it a lot harder -- but not impossible -- to penetrate the property.

It's pretty interesting Selena chose this house ... it's called a gated community, but the problem is ... there's no guard manning the gate, so anyone can just drive in.

Birdman has some big remodeling plans for his Miami mansion. How big? Try $5 million big.

TMZ obtained loan docs connected to Birdman's sick Miami mansion -- the one he bought for $14.5 million in 2012 -- and he's taking out the $5 mil against the house to do "interior remodeling" that will require construction, painting ... and lots of marble and stone work.

He's already posted renderings on Instagram of some of the work he has planned, including a shot of a $250,000 chandelier.

When it comes to O.J. Simpson ... the lights are on but nobody's home -- LITERALLY -- because Miami-Dade County is going after the killer for a very delinquent water and sewer bill.

O.J. hasn't called the house in question home since jail became his crib years ago. The house went on the auction block last October, but all wasn't square after the sale. The Water and Sewer Dept. claims O.J. still owes $457.33.

So here's the thing. The Dept. not only wants its money, it wants 8% annual interest. O.J. could be in prison for the next 28 years. So if the bill goes unpaid, if he ever gets out he'll owe around $4,000.

Kris Jenner's taking no chances after Kim Kardashian came face-to-face with a stinky stalker outside the Jenner home last month -- Kris has now hired 24/7 security.

Kardashian sources tell TMZ, guards are parked outside the family home in 2 vehicles which monitor her Hidden Hills estate 24 hours a day -- and the guards are ARMED.

3 Years after Nate Dogg's death, his family is waging war over the sale of the late rapper's Pomona home.

According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the estate administrator agreed to sell the house last month for $340K.

But we're told some family members are trying to stop the deal because the administrator wants to use the money to pay off Nate's debts, leaving them with little ... and they want more.

We broke the story ... Nate's will provided that his 6 kids get the house, but 2 days after his death in March, 2011, the bank moved to foreclose because he'd fallen behind on his mortgage.

Now it's up to a judge whether the sale goes through.

The man who broke into Selena Gomez' property twice in a matter of days has been charged for a second time -- problem is ... it's hard to keep this guy in custody.

Che Cruz was arrested Friday after jumping Selena's fence at her Calabasas home. He was arrested and taken to jail, and this all happened just hours after he was released from jail for doing the exact same thing less than a week earlier.

Cruz was busted on March 31 after actually entering Selena's home. He pled no contest to the misdemeanor of unlawfully entering a dwelling and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Problem is -- he was released less than 2 days later and made a beeline for Selena's home.

Khloe Kardashian and rapper French Montana have been spending a lot of time together ... the kind of time that leads people to ask, "Are they banging?"

1:20 P.M. PDT -- Police tell TMZ the suspect has been arrested for trespassing. It's not known if Selena was at home during the incident.

12:44 P.M. PDT -- Law enforcement tells TMZ the suspect has been detained and is currently being questioned about what he was doing at Selena's home.

Cops swarmed around Selena Gomez' Calabasas home Friday morning after someone reported a suspicious person ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Someone at the scene tells TMZ ... a man jumped a fence onto her property but it appears he was not a burglar ... more like a trespasser.

Selena has had her problems with unwelcome visitors. A guy was convicted in February after trespassing at her old house. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

And on March 31st ... another man was arrested on Selena's property while she was home. The guy rang the doorbell and asked the person who opened the door if Selena was home. He had broken into her guest house and was arrested for burglary and trespassing. It's unclear if he's still in custody.

With all of the trade rumors floating around this off-season, we expected ONE of the Harbaugh brothers to be moving ... but we didn't expect it would be the one in Baltimore.

We've learned ... Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has just listed his sprawling 2-acre castle-esque property in Baltimore ... and he's asking for a cool $2.1 million.

Problem is ... John paid $2.34 mil when he bought the place back in 2008, according to our friends at Realtor.com ... so there's a damn good chance he could take a hit in the pocket -- unless a bidding war breaks out.

The house is huge -- 8,000 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms with a wishing well and a fire pit in the backyard. Plus, the estate is only 25 minutes from the stadium.
