Johnny Galecki just scored a bundle in the sale of his Hollywood Hills home after a dozen people did battle in an epic bidding war.

Galecki's home was listed for $1.995 million, but our sources say it sold for $2.5 mil when offer after offer poured in. Johnny's mega-realtor Brett Lawyer from Hilton & Hyland fielded the offers on his behalf.

The house has some serious celebrity ties ... Johnny bought it from Patrick Dempsey. The neighbors are also famous ... among them Sandra Bullock and Cameron Diaz.

BTW ... Galecki's buyers are pretty famous too -- Yahoo! Style honcho Joe Zee and designer Rob Younkers made the deal with their realtor, Christopher Westley, of Compass.

Celine Dion is looking to sell and sell quickly -- she's slashed the asking price on her resort-like home on Jupiter Island, Florida ... to $45.5 million!

Yeah, ya still gotta break the bank to buy it, but the price is now a whopping $30 million less than Celine's original price when she first put it on the market in 2013 ... shortly after her husband, Rene Angelil, was diagnosed with cancer.

We're told Celine and Rene discussed unloading the home before his death ... and she's now planning to live full-time in Las Vegas to do her Caesars Palace show, and because her kids are comfortable there.

The 5.5 acre Florida estate has 3 pools -- one with a fire pit in the middle of it, and another with a water park and lazy river. The home itself is 10,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, but there are also 2 guest houses (4 bedrooms each) ... as well as a tennis court and a simulated golf range.

50 Cent can smell the $8 million he'll get for selling his Connecticut mansion, but there are still a few hurdles before he can get it.

As we reported ... 50's landed a buyer for the sprawling 21 bedroom, 25 bath home -- and that buyer intends to turn the estate into an assisted living facility. However, according to the docs ... the sale is contingent upon a couple things.

First, the buyer has to get zoning approval to convert the crib into a retirement home ... and also, the bankruptcy judge has to approve the whole deal.

Fiddy's lawyers want to close on April 29, so everyone's got about 2 months to get their ducks in a row -- and get that money for 50 Cent. Or rather, his creditors.

50 Cent's massive estate in Farmington, Connecticut has finally found a buyer and they're planning on turning the sprawling 52-room home into an assisted living facility.

TMZ has learned the home sold for $8 million ... $10.5 million less than 50's original listing price almost a decade ago.

50 first put the 21-bedroom, 25-bath estate on the market in 2007 for $18.5 million. The price was reduced several more times in the following years.

The 50k square foot home had been a huge financial burden for the bankrupt 50, costing around $70k per month to maintain since there's also 9 kitchens, an outdoor infinity pool and grotto, indoor pool, helicopter pad, casino, nightclub, basketball courts and pond.

It's resort-like amenities sound like a perfect fit for the buyer who is modifying zoning so it can be converted into the old folks home pending the town's approval.

Jennifer Lopez is on the hunt for a new house, and she's clearly ready to open the bank vault.

Our real estate spies tell us, J Lo went house shopping over the weekend in Bev Hills and Bel Air, looking for cribs in the $20 million range.

Check out the estate (above) owned by movie producer Frank Mancuso, Jr., whose dad ran both Paramount and MGM. We're told J Lo breezed through this property -- listed at a cool $22.9 mil -- along with several others, but isn't jumping to make an offer. She's still looking.

The Mancuso property isn't a bad choice -- it's a 14,000 square foot home on 3.5 acres in Bev Hills, behind gates with neighbors including Channing Tatum, Demi Moore and Harry Styles.

Ashley Benson's pretty little Hollywood Hills house -- which ain't really all that little -- is now on the market for nearly $3 million!

TMZ has learned the "Pretty Little Liars" star listed her 3,085 sq. ft. French Normandy style pad with Hilton & Hyland, the same real estate group listing the Playboy mansion.

Ashley's 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath crib is just above the Sunset strip and contains an updated kitchen, pool & spa, wood paneled library and fireplace with a tiled hearth.

Nicole Scherzinger just spent some of her 'X Factor' and Pussycat Dolls money on a $3.7 million Hollywood Hills bachelorette pad which has some of the best views in L.A.

The 4 bedroom contemporary is 4,200 sq ft across 4 floors. It has a wine and cigar cellar and home theater. No pool, but there's an outdoor spa which overlooks some sweeping views from downtown L.A. to the blue Pacific.

We're told the asking price was a little under $4 million, but Nicole's realtor Rami Elminoufi was able to get it down. Jason Oppenheim served as the listing agent.

Neverland Ranch is up for sale in a complicated deal that still has ties to Michael Jackson.

The Ranch is on the market for $100 million, and the seller, Colony Capital, has posted a YouTube video to entice prospective buyers.

It's interesting ... Colony Capital was involved with MJ in the last years of his life, bailing the singer out when he was about to lose the ranch. Colony essentially excused the massive debt Michael owed on the property and took title. The company is in the hole, we're told, to the tune of around $70 million.

If and when the property sells, the Michael Jackson Estate could get some of the profit ... a portion in excess of what Colony Capital invested.

Rob Kardashian can have all the sleepovers and home workouts he wants with Blac Chyna now -- he just got his own house, but his sisters are still within shouting distance.

TMZ has learned Rob bought a 4,256 sq. ft crib in Calabasas within the gated Oaks neighborhood. Our sources tell us he scored the 4 bedroom pad for $2.285 million. Kris Jenner helped out with the purchase, which is under the family trust, and it closed a week ago.

The Kardashians have quite the compound going -- Rob, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and even Lamar ... all live within a few blocks of each other. Mom and Kim are up the road in pricier Hidden Hills homes.

One selling point for Rob -- the kitchen has a huge center island and breakfast nook, just in case he and BC want to recreate that scene Khloe walked in on last month.

We reached out to the 2 biggest realtors in the area -- Tomer Fridman from Sotheby's and Emil Hartoonian at The Agency -- but neither was available for comment.

Brian McKnight could lose his home all because Uncle Sam says he failed to pay his tax bill.

The IRS has filed docs to extract $340k out of the value of McKnight's Southern California home in order to satisfy an unpaid tax bill ... after several attempts to pay it off didn't work.

According to the docs, McKnight and the IRS setup an installment plan in Feb 2010, but that went south when McKnight stopped paying a year later.

The IRS claims it warned Brian his home could be on the line if the debt wasn't settled, and now the taxman is making good on the threat. We've reached out to his reps, but no word back yet.

"Ghost Adventurers" star Zak Bagans has closed a possible portal to Hell by demolishing his haunted house.

Bagans had the Gary, Indiana crib bulldozed ... this after an encounter during the filming of his documentary ... an encounter with "dark energy."

The "Ghost Adventures" star bought the house in 2014 after reports surfaced the family that had been living there was terrorized by demons.

Zak says the demons were the real deal, and felt strongly it should never be inhabited again. He believes dark energy permeated the rubble ... so he had it locked away in a storage facility.

Kanye West is stepping up his pool game so much ... he's building a freakin' lake!

TMZ has learned Kanye and Kim Kardashian said screw it, and tore up a perfectly fine pool that used to sit in their backyard -- and will upgrade to a body of hot ice that's more like a small lake, or at least a really big pond.

We're told man-made Lake Kimye will be fully filtered upon completion and at least 5 times the size of any other backyard oasis in the Hidden Hills neighborhood. It's part of the sweeping changes Kim and 'Ye are making to the estate they purchased in 2014.

Of course, Drake recently took a shot at Kanye in his track "Summer Sixteen," saying:

Big Ang passed away from cancer earlier this week and her longtime friend and real estate broker, Laird Klein, is helping with the deal. He says it was listed 2 months ago right before she got her last diagnosis ... that the cancer had returned.

Ang made a lot of renovations to the home -- as seen on the show -- and Laird says it now "reflects her personality, her level of style, her persona for life.”

We've learned Kris Jenner spent Valentine's Day at a gigantic furniture warehouse and she was there on a mission ... to furnish the Calabasas home Khloe leased for him.

Kris brought a designer along who is famous in her own right, though not necessarily for interior decorating ... Faye Resnick, most famous for being Nicole Brown Simpson's best friend. To be fair, she's also a decorator who has worked with Paris Hilton and other celebs.

Kris and Faye went to HD Buttercup in Culver City with a budget of $65k ... based on what we know it appears Khloe foot the bill. They shopped for 4 1/2 hours and bought a bunch of stuff.
