Ryan Seacrest 911 Hurry! 'Huge Flames' at His House

Published | Updated

Ryan Seacrest's neighbors did some name-dropping when they called 911 to report the fire at his house.

TMZ obtained the 911 calls that came in last month when an electrical fire started in Ryan's driveway. One neighbor was in a panic as he described the scene, but made sure to mention Ryan's name multiple times.

Another call seemed to come from a staffer at the house, who said the flames were getting close to trees.

As we reported, firefighters saved the $50 million mansion and no one was injured.

Celebrity Burglaries Just Part of L.A. Crime Explosion

Published | Updated

Hollywood celebrities are being hit left and right by burglars ... but as far as the crooks are concerned they're nobody special, because high-end break-ins are out of control this year.

TMZ broke the story, Dodgers star Yasiel Puig was the latest to be hit, with thieves making off with more than half a mil in jewelry. Other celebs hit include Alanis Morissette, Cesar Millan and Derek Fisher.

Law enforcement tells us ... they believe the celebs were not targeted because they flaunted their jewelry and other riches on social media. The sources say these celebs all live in ritzy areas of L.A., and there has been an influx of criminals because California has recently opened the prison doors.

Recent laws have addressed terrible prison overcrowding by ordering the release of a number of non-violent criminals. There are also drug offenses that have been reduced from felonies to misdemeanors.

Our sources say a number of the people released are burglars, and now that they're out they're going back to what they know. As a result, there has been an explosion of burglaries in the L.A. area.

And there's something else. We're told a number of people who were hit, including some of the celebs who have become victims, did not turn their alarms on because they assumed it wasn't necessary since they live in what they believed were safe areas.

J Lo Hidden Hills Estate in Escrow ... At Long Last

Published | Updated

Jennifer Lopez is in the middle of closing a deal to sell her Hidden Hills estate -- and she settled for a way lower price than she originally wanted 2 years ago ... TMZ has learned.

J Lo's 9 bed, 12 bath gated mega mansion is currently in escrow with a buyer repped by Emil Hartoonian of The Agency ... who we're told got it for around $10 mil.

She moved in back in 2010, and first listed the place in 2015 for about $17 mil. The property's gone on and off the market since, and dropped in price as well.

Now, it looks like J Lo might finally seal the deal with the help of her real estate agent, Brett Lawyer. Remember, she just swooped a sweet new pad in Bel-Air last year ... so, it's high time to dump the other spot.

Someone's getting a sweet crib -- 3 plus acres, private theater, gym, and of course ... a J Lo-used dance and recording studio.

A smoke show Guess model says she couldn't drop a deuce without cockroaches dropping on her head -- a nightmare scenario, especially in a high-priced Bev Hills crib.

Romanian hottie Nicoleta Vaculov says she'd dropped a total of $9k to move into the place last summer, but immediately discovered it was literally crawling with roaches. She says it was so bad they were all over her bed and the clothes in her closet.

In the perfect horror movie scene -- she had to cover the vent in her bathroom because las cucarachas were falling on her while she sat on the throne. Go ahead ... picture that.

Nicoleta bolted after a few months and now she's suing her landlord. She blames an overflowing dumpster near her apartment, and says the infestation stressed her out so much she couldn't model.

'RHONY' Star Sonja Morgan Listing Townhouse ... Take SEVEN!

Sonja Morgan isn't giving up on selling her NYC home, 'cause if it at first you don't succeed ... get that sucker back on the market!

Real estate sources tell TMZ the 'RHONY' star just privately listed her notorious 5 story Manhattan home and is looking to pocket $10 mil for the sale.

Also worth noting: this is at least her 7th time listing it, each time for about the same price.

If she can get someone to take the place off her hands, the buyer will score 5 beds, 7 baths and a ton of modern-day luxury -- like its own elevator, a sauna, gym and an irrigated terrace. Pretty good for a crib built in 1899.

We're told Sonja is looking to stay in New York -- specifically the Upper East Side -- but won't leave 'til someone bites. She's listing through Jordan Sachs of Bold New York.

Amber and Matt Blair tell us Kisby's full of it -- saying they never missed a single payment, plus they paid a $32,200 down payment ... and they've got the docs to back it up.

Kisby Enterprises admitted to us ... there was an "unfortunate misunderstanding" and it now intends to withdraw the eviction filing. Amber and Matt say the damage has been done to their reputations, and she has a theory on why Kisby even attempted to push them out.

Britney Spears Valentine's Getaway In the 'Bu with New BF

The 5 bedroom, 6 bath palace has amazing ocean views, which Brit's been enjoying since she wrapped her latest Vegas dates. The pad has 2 master bedrooms, theater room, gym ... and of course, a gorgeous pool and hot tub -- standard issue in the 'Bu.

The spot goes for $7,500/night, for normies, anyway -- but we're told Airbnb gave Britney the pad for free.

It looks super romantic -- because it is -- but it was also a family affair as Brit's boys were with the couple. Didn't stop her from getting into full R&R mode.

Gigi & Bella Hadid Move to NYC, Ma! But Dump Your L.A. Crib 1st

Gigi and Bella Hadid must have really wanted their mom to move to NYC with them ... 'cause she's dumping her L.A. pad and heading East.

Yolanda Hadid just listed her L.A. condo after living there for little more than a year. She wants about $5 mil for the sky-high view from the 4,000 sq. ft home in the famed Westwood Corridor.

Mama Hadid bought it for $4.59 mil, and it includes a private elevator foyer, floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers and a separate guest suite in the building.

As for what prompted the move ... we're told Yolanda just wants to be closer to her kids. Even her son, Anwar, is modeling in NYC.

No word on where exactly Yolanda is looking to buy next. We know this ... she'll have a good view of Gigi if she couch surfs with her for a bit.

Lady Gaga Super Bowl Crib in Houston was a Gem

Published | Updated

Lady Gaga's crash pad in Houston for Super Bowl week is big enough for true Patriots ... as in the entire team!

Gaga's staying in a $10,000 a night palace ... nearly 10,000 square feet, with a Renaissance-style stone spiral staircase for grand entrances, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-inspired pool, and (beware of Bieber) Venetian plaster.

The house is valued at $20,000,000.

With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms on a solid acre of land, she has room to roam.

Best of all ... it's free, courtesy of Airbnb.

So, which is cooler ... Gaga's, or the $50 million estate Beyonce crashed at during the last Super Bowl in San Fran?

Zsa Zsa Gabor's Husband I'm Not Moving Out ... Yet

Published | Updated

Zsa Zsa Gabor sold her Bel-Air home long before she died, but her husband and conservator Frederic Prinz Von Anhalt isn't ready to move out, and now will have to pay rent to stay.

Zsa Zsa sold the estate for $11 million in 2013. Under the agreement, she was allowed to stay there until she died, at which point the home would be turned over to the new owner within 4 months.

Zsa Zsa died Dec. 18 of a fatal heart attack, which means The Prince would have to be out by April 17, but he claims in new court docs it's simply not enough time to orchestrate a move.

Since he's the conservator of her estate, he's struck a deal with the new owners for a 6 month extension. The original selling price of the house gets slashed by $300k and The Prince will pay rent ... a much-discounted $1000 a month.

You can't get a studio in WeHo for $1k a month.

Farrah Abraham This Real Estate Stuff Really Stinks

Published | Updated

Farrah Abraham can do a lot in certain areas, but it looks like real estate is above her pay grade.

The "Teen Mom" star is close to turning her Hollywood Hills pad into a fire sale ... changing the asking price 3 times in just 7 months. She listed the house in July -- 3 months after she bought it -- for $879k. Three months later she upped the price to $1 mil ... but no takers.

The new price -- $845k for the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 story townhouse.

She's also sunk into it around $100k in upgrades.

Farrah has mad skills in certain areas ... just not real estate.

Sources close to Nicki tell us ... she's going all out with a security system that includes cameras to cover the sprawling grounds. She's also hiring 24/7 security guards for when she's there and when she's out of town.

We're told when her house was burglarized the only cameras cops could use were street cams ... so she wants to ensure there's footage of any future culprits.

Our sources say Nicki's pissed this happened, but she's learned a valuable lesson and will do everything she can to prevent a repeat.
