SCARY 911 CALL

A terrified Sandra Bullock feared for her life as she came face-to-face with her alleged stalker ... and an L.A. courtroom heard it all unfold Thursday as prosecutors played the disturbing 911 audio in court.

A judge heard the frantic call Bullock made to police as she hid in her closet from the man she claims stalked her and broke into her home. During the call, Sandra says she saw "the guy go upstairs into my attic."

A clearly terrified Sandra wonders how long it will be before officers arrive ... asking the operator, "Are they close?"

As we previously reported ... in June 2014, Joshua Corbett was charged with forcing his way into Bullock's house while she was inside ... cops later found an extensive weapons arsenal at his home that included assault rifles and machine guns.

Corbett was handcuffed in court while the tape was played. He's facing 19 felony counts including first degree burglary, stalking, and possession of a machine gun.

Corbett pled not guilty and bail was set at $2.2 mil.

Meek Mill Sued Grammy Party Was Strictly Forbidden ... Landlord Wants Payback

Published | Updated

Meek Mill threw a rager for 1,000 people on Grammy weekend -- in one of the most baller mansions in Beverly Hills -- only problem is, he ignored the landlord's strict rule: NO PARTIES! So now he's getting sued.

TMZ broke the story ... Meek's huge bash in the famous glass mansion ended when a fight broke out, and all the guests poured into the street. It took cops hours to clear the neighborhood. No one was arrested, but Meek got in big trouble with the landlord.

According to the lawsuit ... when Meek and his people signed a week-long lease ... the management company warned them, "not to think about having the Grammy party" on the premises. In fact, the landlord says the lease limited Meek to no more than SIX people on the property.

In the docs, the landlord says the place was left trashed with broken furniture, broken glass, destroyed landscaping -- and even a broken trampoline. You know it's a party if you wreck a tramp, bruh.

The landlord's suing Meek for breaking the lease, for damages, and for roughly 994 people trespassing.

NFL's Greg Little Eviction War Over Hollywood Mansion

Published | Updated

NFL wide receiver Greg Little has a big problem -- his landlords are trying to evict him from his sick Hollywood Hills bachelor pad ... but GL says HE'S the one getting screwed.

Here's what we know ... back in January, the 25-year-old free agent began renting the insane 3 bedroom crib for $15,000 per month. And things seemed to be fine until Greg missed a payment.

The landlord says Greg's rent check bounced -- and he's given the NFL player an ultimatum ... pay up or get out. Greg didn't take either option and is still occupying the home.

But Greg says that's a load of crap ... claiming he INTENTIONALLY withheld payment from the landlord because the house is essentially a lemon.

"When you pay for a high dollar house, you want everything to be smooth," Greg tells TMZ Sports ... "stuff was breaking left and right. They wouldn't fix the stuff."

The landlords have now filed court docs to force Greg out of the home.

Greg says he's not trying to be difficult -- he just wants to be treated fairly.

'Dallas' Star Charlene Tilton My Landlord's Driving Me Bonkers!

Published | Updated

"Dallas" star Charlene Tilton says her Burbank apartment has been overrun by 20 sweaty dudes with jackhammers, and it's driving her crazy.

Tilton, who played Lucy Ewing on the show, claims in a new lawsuit she plunked down $2,600 a month for a nice Burbank apartment, but her peace was shattered when the landlord broke ground on a 3-month construction project, which involved several weeks of breaking concrete.

Charlene claims her building is now a living hell. She can't use the pool or gym, the elevator doesn't work half the time, she can't open the windows because of ear-shattering noise, and the dust is unbearable.

The 56-year-old actress says she's suffered extreme emotional distress and wouldn't wish the apartment on her worst enemy ... which we're guessing would be the photographer on the soap.

Charlene believes the apartment is unlivable, so she's suing for rent she paid during construction and all sorts of other damages, including emotional distress.

The landlord tells TMZ, he's tried to work with Charlene and even offered a discount in rent, but they just can't reach an agreement.

And can you blame Weezy? Look at that list of crazy stuff that's gone on at that home in just a little over a month.

The asking price is a cool $18,000,000 ... so maybe Wayne can spring for a fence around his next place.

Pastor Nick Dejacimo with The Living Word Sanctuary tells TMZ Sports they dropped $750k on the land and the house ... which is 33,000 sq. ft. Yeah, that's a lot of money ... until you consider it was valued at $1.3 million in 1999.

Pastor Nick says the place is almost ready to move in -- "The skylights, arches, and windows in the pool area, it literally looks like a church." As for the dilapidated pool ... he says it will be filled in and converted to the sanctuary.
