Justin Bieber decked out his multi-million dollar home with some cartoon artwork before listing it on Instagram ... and he got it on the cheap.

We're told Justin reached out to Idiot Box Art owners Emily Bright and Tamara Martin to purchase a bunch of art inspired by his favorite animated characters and his clothing line ... and the collection is valued at just $4,000.

As you can see ... Charlie Brown and a swagged out Bart Simpson are part of Justin's haul, plus some custom Drew pieces -- including a LEGO man standing 6-feet tall!!!

TMZ broke the story ... Justin's been contacted by at least 5 prospective buyers -- one a billionaire from a very famous family -- since announcing on Instagram the home was for sale. We're told it's worth about what Justin paid last year -- $8.5 million. But, several realtors now tell us the house could fetch in the 9's because Justin's name has marquis value ... go figure.

All of the new art pieces are made of hand-cut wood, covered with acrylic paint and finished with a coat of resin ... and they're from the same folks who hooked up Chief Keef with $40k of '90s nostalgia.

John Smoltz's incredible Georgia estate -- complete with a baseball field, basketball court, football field, golf course AND a pool -- is hitting the market ... and it's listed at a whoppin' $5.2 MILLION!!!

Not only is the 19-acre property a sports fan's paradise ... it's also got a HUGE mansion with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms!!!

The crib, listed by Harry Norman Realtors agent Alex McGraw, comes with several master suites, a chef's kitchen, multiple bars and an office.

The life-size Dreamhouse -- located in the heart of Malibu, of course -- is now listed on Airbnb. It's a one-time deal for a 2-night stay to commemorate the brand's 60th anniversary. But, those who wanna book are gonna have to pounce fast when bookings open at 11 AM PT on October 23.

The lucky person who books it will get to bring 3 guests from October 27 to October 29 for an unlike Malibu price of just $60 per night. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom pad is quite palatial.

The Dreamhouse has 3 floors with ocean views with TONS of space to spread around with friends and family. It's also got an infinity pool, hot tub and a private theater. But, that's not all.

One of Frank Lloyd Wright's most famous houses is off the market after a mystery buyer dropped a fortune on it ... making it the most expensive sale of a home designed by the legendary architect.

The Ennis House, which is located in the foothills of the L.A. neighborhood of Los Feliz, was built by Wright's son in 1924 for Charles and Mabel Ennis and is known as a unique masterpiece ... made almost entirely of granite blocks.

The property's been a hot spot for Hollywood filmmakers over the years, appearing in countless shows and movies ... including 1982's "Blade Runner."

The home has been through some hardships -- after suffering structural damage in the 1994 Northridge earthquake, it was neglected and deteriorated until it was purchased in 2011 and restored by supermarket billionaire Ron Burkle.

Burkle bought the place for $4.5 mil but pumped nearly $17 million into it to bring it back to a state of pure beauty, which means the new buyer actually got quite a bargain at the $18 mil purchase price ... especially since the asking price was $23 mil.

As for the specifics of the Ennis House ... it's over 6,000 square feet including the detached guest quarters, 3 beds, 3.5 baths and the main house features a gorgeous marble floor linking the various rooms.

Larry King's divorce to his 7th wife is kicking into high gear ... we've learned their house is now up for sale.

Larry and Shawn Southwick have listed their massive Beverly Hills pad for $16.995 million, and we're told it's a big step in reaching a divorce settlement as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The now-estranged couple bought the 5-bed, Tuscan-style house in 2007 for just under $12 mil, so if all goes well ... they'll make a nice profit.

Our sources say Mama June was approached by a group of real estate investors who'd heard through the grapevine she wanted to sell. We're told June informed them the place could be theirs for the nice round price of $100k.

Of course, they quickly agreed, paid a $2,500 down payment and let escrow take care of the rest. BTW, this was a CASH transaction.
