ENTERING COURT

Kesha got a loud show of support on her way into the NYC courtroom for her legal face off with Dr. Luke.

A few dozen fans chanted "Free Kesha" and held up signs as she walked in Friday morning. Some of the signs featured brutal commentary about Kesha's longtime producer, such as ... "Dr. Luke is a piece of s***t."

Kesha is suing Dr. Luke to get out of her contract, and has accused him of sexually and verbally abusing her for years.

Luke's denied the allegations and filed a countersuit against Kesha and her mother.

Rick Ross to Judge I Need Some Island Time, Mon ... Can Ya Hook Me Up?

Published | Updated

Rick Ross is scheduled to perform in the Caribbean in a couple months, but will definitely be a no-show ... unless he can convince a judge he's not a flight risk.

Ross' attorney Steven Sadow tells TMZ he's laid out their case for why Ross should be allowed to leave for his April gigs on the island of St. Martin, and possibly Europe.

Ross is facing aggravated assault and kidnapping charges for allegedly pistol-whipping a groundskeeper. He's out on $2 million bond, and must get a judge's approval to travel out of the U.S.

Sadow told the judge if permitted to travel abroad Rick will be accompanied by an attorney who'd hold Rick's passport at all times. Ross also promises IF he does something wrong, he won't fight extradition.

We'll see if the judge signs off on Rick's vacay concerts.

Jahlil Okafor Pays Fine In Speeding Incident ... Case Closed

Published | Updated

He was going more than DOUBLE the speed limit -- but NBA star Jahlil Okafor is getting off cheap in his Philadelphia speeding case.

The 20-year-old was pulled over back in October after cops say he was going 108 mph over the Ben Franklin Bridge ... where the speed limit is 45 mph.

He was initially charged with reckless driving -- but cut a deal in which he was cited for "unsafe conditions" ... and fined $439.

That's roughly $7 for every MPH over the speed limit ... and he's already paid the fine.

Case closed.

NFL's Junior Galette Pleads Guilty In Traffic Case ... Here's My Punishment

Published | Updated

One less problem for Washington Redskins star Junior Galette -- he's officially off the hook in his New Orleans traffic case after striking a sweet plea deal with prosecutors.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Galette was pulled over on July 7th in his Mercedes and cited for 3 traffic violations, including driving on a suspended license and an expired brake tag.

But we've learned ... Galette struck a deal in which he agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of driving without a license on his person ... and in exchange the other charges were dropped.

The punishment -- a $268.75 fine ... which Galette paid immediately.

Galette is still dealing with a civil suit filed by a woman who claims he injured her while kicking her out of his home in January 2015. Galette has denied any wrongdoing in that case.

'Top Model' Judge Nole Marin Models Claim He Screwed Us Over By Faking Gout

Published | Updated

"America's Next Top Model" judge Nole Marin is being sued by a couple of models who claim he's more like "America's Top Swindler."

Devon White, who models for Yves Saint Laurent, claims in a new lawsuit, Marin booked him for gigs but only made small cash payments so he could buy food and other necessities. When he asked for his money, he says he got nothing but excuses.

The best excuse, according to the lawsuit ... a booking agent who is also suing Marin claims when he tried to collect his salary, Marin emailed him and said he was being treated for gout and needed extra time.

Another model, Iana Khanashevich, claims her primary language is Russian and he used English to screw her over. She says she's owed thousands.

Darren Sharper Judge Calls For More Prison Time ... Might Not Get It

Published | Updated

A federal judge has rejected Darren Sharper's plea deal -- calling for the ex-NFL star to do between 15-20 years in prison (instead of 9) for raping and drugging several women ... but it may not matter in the end.

Sharper's attorneys had previously hammered out a global plea deal with 4 states -- in which Sharper would plead guilty to multiple counts of rape and serve a grand total of 9 years behind bars.

The federal judge in Louisiana said that such a light sentence violated federal sentencing guidelines and she couldn't sign off.

But that doesn't mean Sharper will end up doing 15 to 20.

The next step for Sharper is either to convince the judge that his cooperation with prosecutors should get him a reduction in his sentence OR to plead guilty to a different basket of crimes which would warrant a lighter sentence.

Bottom line -- nothing's set in stone yet.

Jax Taylor Mai Tai Defense Prevails In Felony Sunglasses Theft

Published | Updated

"Vanderpump Rules" star Jax Taylor wormed his way out of possible prison time by telling the judge his transgressions were triggered by liquor.

Jax copped a plea Wednesday in Honolulu ... the place he was caught on tape back in July stealing sunglasses. Jax's expensive taste -- he heisted a pricey pair of Polaris' -- got him a felony charge.

He admitted to the judge it was a bonehead move and confessed, "I had too many drinks, too many mai tais."

He got no jail time, but he'll be on probation for the next year. If he keeps his nose clean the conviction will be erased from his record.

BTW ... the pic was taken the same day Jax copped a plea. He's drinking a daiquiri.

Filipino Worker Sues Bellagio Hotel Boss Called Me Monkey! And I Have Carpal Tunnel!

Published | Updated

A former Bellagio Hotel employee from the Philippines claims she was humiliated by her boss, who told her people from her country were direct descendants from monkeys.

Vilma Miel claims in a new lawsuit she worked as a cage cashier for nearly 20 years, but it went south in 2014 when her supervisor began harassing her.

She claims the guy called her an "old woman" and said Filipinos "originated from monkeys."

Discrimination aside, she also claims she developed carpal tunnel syndrome during the 2015 Chinese New Year. She says she hopped on a flight to the Philippines to get treatment, and when she came back she was suspended and ultimately fired.

Miel is suing for discrimination based on national origin, age, and disability.

Gwyneth Paltrow LAPD Says Alleged Stalker Still A Real Threat

Published | Updated

Gwyneth Paltrow's alleged stalker is still a threat to the actress ... no matter what the jury said in his felony stalking case -- so says the LAPD.

LAPD cops with direct knowledge of Dante Soiu tell us ... they're surprised a jury found him not guilty, but it doesn't mean Gwyneth is safe. Soiu has showed signs of mental instability over a period of years, and a dangerous obsession with the actress.

We're told LAPD officials will meet with prosecutors to figure out why the case went south and how to shore up any future case against Soiu. One thing is clear ... the LAPD doesn't think this is the end of Soiu and his bizarre conduct toward Gwyneth.

As we reported, Soiu threatened to use a scalpel to "cut out sin" in Gwyneth's body. He sent her porn and 66 letters over the years. Gwyneth testified she was scared for her life, but it didn't impress the jury.

Disney Star Orlando Brown Busted for Hitting Girlfriend In Police Parking Lot

Published | Updated

Ex-Disney star Orlando Brown pulled into a police station parking lot while arguing with his girlfriend and then allegedly struck her, while he had meth on him.

Law enforcement sources tell us the bizarre incident went down in January in Torrance, CA when someone using a nearby ATM spotted the "That's So Raven" star in the car. We're told the witness saw the couple arguing and called police ... who were conveniently located.

Brown initially refused to leave his car, according to our sources -- but once cops got him into jail, they found methamphetamine on him. We're told his girlfriend was not seriously injured.

Brown's been charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, obstruction of justice and 2 felonies -- drug possession with intent to sell, and having contraband in jail.

He previously struck a plea deal for threatening a woman in 2014, and paid a fine.

Gwyneth Paltrow Jury Foreman Alleged Stalker was Just Love Struck

Published | Updated

The attorney for the man who was just found not guilty of stalking Gwyneth Paltrow says her client is harmless and will never come back to L.A. to harm the actress.

Lynda Westlund says her client, Dante Soiu, will stay put in Ohio with his family. But she does say Gwyneth should probably keep her attack dogs, because there are stalkers out there who might actually pose a danger.

Turns out ... most of the jurors in the felony stalking case felt Dante did indeed pose a danger ... at least during the early stages of deliberations. We've learned the first vote was 8 guilty, 3 not guilty and 1 undecided.

In the end, those in favor of "not guilty" persuaded the others by arguing there was no evidence Dante meant to cause Gwyneth harm. As we reported, he sent her a letter saying he wanted to use a scalpel to "cut out her sin." Jurors felt that evidence was bogus, because it had already been presented in an earlier case where Dante was also found not guilty.

The jury foreman told us, they would feel bad down the line if Dante did something bad to Gwyneth, but they would also feel bad if they convicted an innocent man whose only crime was sending love letters.

Gwyneth Paltrow Alleged Stalker NOT GUILTY Walks Free

Published | Updated

Gwyneth Paltrow's alleged stalker has been found NOT GUILTY ... a stunning development given the fact that Gwyneth told the jury the guy scared her to death.

Jurors not only found Dante Soiu not guilty on all charges, there was no recommendation that he be hospitalized for psychiatric treatment.

Paltrow testified that Soiu threatened to use a scalpel "to cut out sin" in her body. She also said she was so afraid, she got an attack dog to protect her and her family.

Cops say Soiu sent Gwyneth lots of porn and 66 letters over the years ... as well as leaving presents at her parents' home, flowers, candy and love notes.

Back in 2000, a judge sent Soiu to a psych hospital because of his obsession with the actress.

Justin Timberlake & will.i.am Sued You Jacked An Oldie For 'Damn Girl'!!!

Published | Updated

Justin Timberlake and will.i.am are getting sued for allegedly swiping an old funk and disco track for their 2006 collaboration "Damn Girl."

PK Music Performance says it owns the rights to Perry Kibble's "A New Day Is Here At Last" and alleges JT's "Damn Girl" copied a huge chunk of the song ... including the drum beats, guitar riffs, organ and saxophone.

Kibble wrote the song in 1969 and it was recorded by J.C. Davis. PK Music took over the rights after Kibble died in 1999.

PK Music wants its cut of JT and Will's profits, and all copies of "Damn Girl" delivered to them for destruction -- which might be tough to pull off since most music is downloaded these days.

Mandy filed a police report and law enforcement sources say the guy is in his 40s and may be mentally ill.

We're told they'll be doing extra patrol around her neighborhood.
