Matt Barnes says he's TRYING LIKE HELL to be a good dad -- but his ex-wife is blocking him from spending precious quality time with his 8-year-old twin boys.

His ex-wife, however, says Barnes is completely full of crap.

Papa John's irritated the hell out of a man after he says the pizza chain bombarded him with text messages even though he never ordered a slice ... and now he's suing them for bugging him.

Jonathan Anozie claims Papa John's started texting him in March offering pizza specials. Jonathan claims he got a text offering a deal for 2 large pizzas with up to 5 toppings for $9.99 each. Jonathan says he replied "STOP" to get them to cancel the automated texts, to no avail.

He says he now suffers from a significant anxiety, frustration and annoyance.

We've reached out to Papa John's ... so far no word back.

Amanda Bynes has a HUGE reason to celebrate this weekend ... we've learned she's finally off probation.

Amanda's lawyer tells TMZ ... the actress' probation for her 2014 DUI case ended Friday. You'll recall she was busted for driving under the influence of Adderall.

We're told life is good for Amanda right now. She's still attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and is currently working on a fashion line she plans to debut later this year.

The 'Cash Me Ousside' girl ain't done picking fights yet -- only now, she's got her pals in on the action ... outside of a bar.

Danielle Bregoli was in downtown Lake Worth, FL Saturday night, where she and 2 of her girlfriends -- who also look like teens -- helped start a massive brawl at a nearby bar.

Eyewitnesses tell us Danielle and her crew were just passing by, when customers outside on the patio started taunting them with Danielle's catchphrase ... you know the one.

We're told Danielle and co. played along at first, shouting it back and teasing fans with the prospect of pics/selfies for $10 a pop -- that is, until Danielle started getting pissed by the constant shouting on the other end ... causing 1 of her friends to attack a lady.

A crowd started chasing the 3 girls down the street, but not before another random fight broke out between other bar goers right on the spot.

NFL player Matt Elam was arrested Saturday night in Miami for possession of pot and pills.

The Ravens safety was pulled over after flying past an unmarked police car, and when cops searched his Range Rover ... they found a Gucci bag with 126 grams of weed, and 6 oxycodone pills. Elam was booked for marijuana possession, possession with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

The former first round draft pick is being held on $15,500 bail.

Donald Trump's Chicago hotel is suing an NFL player and his bride for allegedly stiffing the hotel on a big wedding bill, but it seems from the lawsuit something went wrong during the reception.

Tennessee Titans linebacker Justin Staples tied the knot with Amber last June and, judging from the video, the reception was fun and lovely. They even had Afterglow Snacks, which, based on the menu, may have included cheeseburger sliders, buffalo wings, fried mac and cheese bites and BBQ spiced waffle fries.

Justin and Amber apparently drove a hard bargain before the wedding, because Trump International Hotel and Tower dropped their proposed fee to $79,484.

According to the lawsuit, Justin and Amber paid $30k, but that was it.

Now, here's a big clue. According to the lawsuit, at the end of the reception, the hotel slashed another $5,062.13 from the bill, so it seems like something happened ... maybe food wasn't served, the cake was wonky, the bar ran out of liquor, the joint shut down too early ... something.

Migos got real bad and real boujee with the fancy shirts and shades they rocked on a music video shoot -- according to the stylist who says they jacked $20k worth of gear.

Migos co-starred in Niykee Heaton's "Bad Intentions" vid, shot last year in Encino, CA. The video is pretty hot -- Niykee's scantily clad through most of it, as all 3 guys from Migos wear a ridiculously expensive wardrobe.

Stylist Marcus Clark says they never returned the shirts on their backs, and although he made several attempts to retrieve the gear, the best he got was a text from Migos' manager saying ... "That's over wit."

According to docs, they walked off with:

- 2 pairs of vintage sunglasses (Versace and Les Copains), $700

Taxes alone on the shirts came to $1,632!

Clark's so pissed he's not just suing for the value of the over high-priced items -- he wants more than $1 million in damages.

Muhammad Ali Jr. was detained for 2 hours at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport ... and he's ready to sue because he thinks it's because he's Muslim.

Ali Jr.'s spokesman, Chris Mancini, tells TMZ ... his client was returning from Jamaica with his mother, Khalilah Ali -- Ali's first wife -- on February 7 when immigration officers stopped them. She got through, but he was taken to a small room for 2 hours and questioned.

Mancini says Ali's 44-year-old son was asked twice if he's Muslim, and also where he got his name. He was traveling on a U.S. Passport.

Ali Jr. is looking into suing the U.S. Treasury and Homeland Security over the incident. Mancini believes it hints at a larger issue of profiling and discrimination. He's interested in filing the lawsuit as a class action.

Amber Rose isn't sweating the lawsuit accusing her of lying about buying Ace of Diamonds strip club because she's getting a trademark to back her up ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, Amber formed a corporation called Ace of Diamonds, Inc. and back in December filed for a trademark on the name, as well as the abbreviation "AoD." The docs say the trademark will be for "entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances" and "gentlemen's clubs featuring exotic dancing."

It hasn't been stamped and approved just yet, but she's clearly confident she's going to get it. It also explains why she blurted it out at the All Def Movie Awards.

As we first reported, the current owners of the club say Amber doesn't own a damn thing, and they've filed a $1 million slander suit against her.

Amber Rose and her mouth went too far when it comes to one of L.A.'s most famous strip clubs ... according to a lawsuit filed by the owners of Ace of Diamonds.

Amber bragged to the audience at the All Def Movie Awards Wednesday night that she'd bought AoD. The crowd -- clearly fans of the club's fine product -- cheered wildly, and Amber's purchase was reported by multiple media outlets.

But the owners of AoD -- SKWS Enterprises -- say Amber hasn't put a dime into ownership of the club. They say her comment is "unequivocally false" and they haven't sold to anyone.

Chief Keef took a leap onstage that turned into him taking a huge dive offstage ... and coming dangerously close to busting his ass and his head.

If not for the speedy reflexes of a dude working security, Keef would be in a hospital right now. As it is he survived to finish his show Wednesday night in Grand Rapids.

The rapper better have put his ass on a jet right after the show, in order to avoid big legal trouble. Keef's supposed to be in an L.A. courtroom Friday morning -- he's being arraigned robbery and assault charges for allegedly attacking a producer.

It's a felony, so he's gotta be there. If Keef misses the court date, he might wish he'd taken the dive -- at least he'd have a doctor's note.

1:00 PM PT -- Keef made it to his court date, and even spoke briefly about his fall.

Pics have surfaced of Robin Thicke and his son, Julian, at Nobu in Malibu ... the lunch Paula Patton claims was essentially an attempt to bribe the Dept. of Children and Family Services with sushi.

As we reported, Robin's team has scoffed at Paula's claim, and says the monitor -- Mike, who's wearing the hat -- sat at a separate table and only drank water. The monitor is required by the judge to be present the entire time Robin is with his 6-year-old son.

We're told the monitor was sitting at a table with someone from the Dept. of Children and Family Services, who was actually there to monitor the monitor after Paula complained about him. He too, we're told, only drank water.

As for why they went to Nobu ... it's Julian's fav.

Vicki Gunvalson says she caught an employee red-handed stealing thousands of dollars from her business and reported him to the police.

Sources close to the 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star tell us she recently noticed huge discrepancies in the books of her insurance brokerage -- a few thousand dollars at least. We're told she did some digging, and it led to a guy who was hired just 2 months ago.

Our sources say Vicki believes the employee embezzled sales commissions to his personal account and poached clients from Vicki's son, Mike, who's a VP at the brokerage.

Prosecutors have dropped the felony gun charge against Ezekiel Elliott's best friend -- at least for now -- after he allegedly tried to bring a loaded gun into an Ohio bar this past weekend.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Alvarez Jackson was arrested in front of the Park Street Patio bar in Columbus on Friday night. Ezekiel was spotted with cops during the incident but he was NOT arrested, detained or accused of any wrongdoing.

Jackson -- who's been described by Sports Illustrated as Zeke's "best friend" -- was facing up to 5 years in prison on the illegal weapons charge.

A spokesperson for the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney's Office tells TMZ Sports ... police have not provided them with a "felony file" yet -- so they had to drop the case.

A judge has signed off on the dismissal of the gun charge -- but we're told cops are still investigating and a felony indictment is still possible in the future.

Paula Patton just made an explosive claim in her raging custody war with Robin Thicke ... taking the social worker charged with protecting their son to a fancy dinner.

Paula just filed docs -- obtained by TMZ -- alleging Robin and his attorney initiated a bunch of back-channel communication with the Department of Children and Family Services staff ... including a dinner where Robin allegedly wined and dined a case worker. She's even specific, claiming it was an expensive sushi dinner.

According to the docs ... Paula's also accusing Robin of falsely reporting to law enforcement she had kidnapped Julian. She says Robin tampered with the custody order to make it look like she was kidnapping their son.

Paula thinks Robin was trying to embarrass and humiliate her by having cops arrest her in front of Julian.

TMZ broke the story ... DCFS is investigating claims Robin has engaged in excessive physical discipline and he can only see Julian with a court appointed monitor.

Robin's camp tells us Paula's claim is bogus ... yes, he went to Nobu with Julian and the DCFS worker accompanied them because the judge ordered that a monitor be present for all visits. But the rep says the DCFS worker did not eat or even sit at their table. The rep also says Robin only contacted police once last month when Paula had gone MIA for 10 days.

Darius McCrary says his wife is lying ... and HE was the one who was attacked by HER with a flat iron to his chest.

Tammy Brawner claimed in legal docs Darius brutalized her 2 weeks ago ... hitting her in the head with his forearm and throwing objects at her, all in front of their 18-month-old daughter.

In new legal docs requesting a restraining order, obtained by TMZ, Darius says the way it went down ... she became verbally abusive before hurling the iron his way, burning his chest and causing a 2nd degree burn.

He says she has a history of violence and he's had to call the cops 3 times. He says she's threatened him with a knife.

Darius puts a theory in his legal docs. He says Tammy -- a former Harlem Globetrotter -- is "desperate for stardom" and he's worried she'll neglect their daughter to achieve newfound fame. He also says she's super competitive with him and jealous of his fame.
