An actress who played Rose in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and starred in the '70s show "Love American Style" claims Bill Cosby stuck his penis in her mouth in her dressing room before an appearance on Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show."

68-year-old Louisa Moritz tells TMZ ... she was at the NBC studios in New York in 1971, waiting in the green room for her appearance on the show. She says there was a knock at the door, and it was Cosby, who she says walked in and said he was impressed with her work and "implied that he was going to see to it that I will become a major star through his direction."

Moritz -- who also played a cop in Cheech and Chong's "Up in Smoke" -- says Cosby "suddenly approached me and took out his penis, which was now in the line of my face [she's 5'0"] and pressed up against it."

She goes on, "He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth, saying, 'Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways.'"

She says as Cosby walked out he turned and said, "Now you don't want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?"

Moritz says she never told anyone, until now. She says although the statute of limitations has run out, she intends to file a civil lawsuit against Cosby.

Cosby's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ ... "We've reached a point of absurdity. The stories are getting more ridiculous." Singer adds, "Mortiz is a lawyer who was disciplined by the California State Bar and ordered not to practice." We pulled the documents -- she can't practice because she didn't report certain quarterly reports ... the nature of the reports is unclear from the documents.

The famous "pregnant man" Thomas Beatie was arrested Thursday for felony stalking -- according to cops, he's engaged in some major spy games to track an ex over the last couple years.

Beatie was taken into custody by Phoenix police officers around 11:30 AM. He's currently being held in Maricopa County Jail without bail on one charge of stalking an ex -- at this point, it's unclear if it's an ex-girlfriend or his estranged wife.

Cops say the alleged victim found a GPS device hidden in her car ... and told Phoenix PD she suspected Beatie put it there. When detectives contacted him, they say Beatie admitted putting the device there 2 years ago ... and even said he'd replaced the battery in the unit several times.

Earlier this year, Thomas accused his estranged wife, Nancy, of verbally assaulting him and his new girlfriend ... and a judge issued a restraining order.

We called Nancy ... and she would not confirm or deny she's the woman Beatie allegedly tagged with the GPS.

Ryan Gosling just got a restraining order against a woman he says has been stalking him for 3 months because she believes she's his "twin flame."

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Gosling says Grace Marie Del Villar has been sending harassing emails and packages ... in one case she sent a torn-out page from a magazine featuring Eva Mendes and stapled a copy of her contact info to the page.

She has also bombarded the inbox of Ryan's sister with messages, saying, "I am kicking your brother's head."

The tipping point came on Oct. 28th, when Del Villar traveled from NYC to L.A. and showed up at Gosling's family residence, rang the security gate and said she was "Ryan's twin." She left a doll catalog at the gate.

She's ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ryan, Eva, and their daughter Esmeralda.

His sister Mandi also got a restraining order against the stalker.

Marlon Wayans has just filed legal docs defending an Instagram post in which he called an extra from his movie "Haunted House 2" a n**** and a Cleveland lookalike ... saying the N-word is a term of endearment, and the dude DOES look like Cleveland.

Marlon says in the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he grew up in the projects of NYC, where black men and women frequently used the N-word (with both an "a" and an "r") as a colloquial term of camaraderie.

Wayans says he doesn't restrict use of the word to his black friends, bragging in his declaration he calls his "Haunted House 2" co-star Jaime Pressly the N-word too. And get this ... Jaime filed her own declaration saying, "Mr. Wayans has addressed me as n**** in the past and frequently uses it as a term of endearment with his friends and family."

As for the photo that triggered the lawsuit ... Marlon says it's ridiculous. Pierre Daniel posed for the pic and even has a scene in the movie where he's referred to as Cleveland.

So separated at birth.

"American Idol" is NOT racist against Black contestants -- the lawsuit filed by 10 former Idol wannabes who claimed they were cut over race ... has been dismissed, but mostly on a technicality.

TMZ broke the story ... the contestants claimed "Idol" producers dug up criminal charges from their pasts -- including crimes for which they were never convicted -- and this was done strictly because they're Black.

According to new court docs, however ... all but 1 of them waited too long to file their cases, and since the statute of limitations ran out ... they had no leg to stand on. A judge tossed the cases.

The one who DID file in time -- Chris Golightly ... had his case dismissed when "Idol" proved to the court the reason he was booted was because he'd violated a show rule by being in a band.

Los Angeles Kings defenseman Slava Voynov was hit with a felony charge Thursday following an arrest for domestic violence last month.

The charge -- corporal injury to a spouse with great bodily injury -- carries a maximum sentence of 9 years in state prison if found guilty.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Voynov's wife suffered injuries to her eyebrow, cheek and neck ... and the damage was serious enough that she had to get treated at a hospital. Sources tell us she required several stitches to close facial wounds.

Voynov will be arraigned on December 1. He's been suspended from the Kings since his arrest on October 20.

As we previously reported ... Voynov's attorney, Craig Renetzky, says the wife "fell down" in their home. He added ... she does not want to press charges.

One of Bill Cosby's alleged sexual assault victims recently got out of prison for, among other things, fraud ... and Cosby is now lashing out at her.

Linda Joy Traitz claims Cosby tried to drug and assault her more than 40 years ago. Traitz came forward with her allegations in the last few days. In a Facebook post, she claims, "He drove out to the beach and opened a briefcase filled with assorted drugs and kept offering me pills."

Turns out she has a long criminal history. Traitz got out of prison in 2012 after serving more than 3 years for trafficking Oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.

She's been arrested and/or charged with various other crimes ... including ID fraud, battery, theft and various drug offenses.

Cosby's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ ... Traitz is "the latest example of people coming out of the woodwork with unsubstantiated or fabricated stories about my client."

Singer adds, "There was no briefcase of drugs, and the story is absurd."

Former En Vogue singer Dawn Robinson will sue Lifetime if it dares to air a movie about the group that doesn't include her character.

Lifetime has "En Vogue Christmas" on its schedule this weekend ... it's a fictional movie about a family that convinces the group to reunite to save a local concert house. Issue is, Dawn's character is nowhere to be seen. Two of the original 4 members of the group are in the flick.

Dawn has a problem ... she gave up all "En Vogue" rights years ago after leaving the group in '97.

Robinson says, at the very least, she will boycott Lifetime, telling us ... "I have no interest in watching it. It looks horrible. I'm sad for them. ... After seeing the Aaliyah biopic, I'm extremely worried that this is going to be a trainwreck."

Lifetime had no comment.

Boxer Jermain Taylor has finally been hit with charges for SHOOTING his cousin at his Arkansas mansion back in August -- and if convicted, could face up to 26 years behind bars.

Taylor's wife called 911 immediately following the August 26th shooting ... and Jermain can be heard on tape admitting he shot a man. He also warns police, "Better come get him before I kill him."

At the time, Taylor claimed the man was an intruder and he was protecting his property -- but prosecutors are calling BS ... telling us they're not buying Taylor's self-defense story.

Now, he's been charged with battery and making terrorist threats -- both felonies. If convicted on both counts, he could face a maximum of 26 years in prison.

As for the victim, we're told he survived the shooting. No word on his current condition.

"The Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss has been criminally charged for harassing "Baywatch" star David Charvet and his famous wife Brooke Burke ... an arrest warrant was issued, and it has to do with fake barking dogs.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged Fleiss with the crime of disturbing the peace by loud noise. As we previously reported ... Charvet and Burke complained Fleiss initiated a campaign of terror and harassment against them, making physical threats and blaring barking dog sounds at all hours from huge speakers pointing at their property.

We're told Fleiss -- who also produced "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" -- was uncooperative with police during the investigation.

Charvet and Burke tried unsuccessfully last month to get a restraining order but, presumably, the arrest should do the trick.

We reached out to Mike ... so far no word back.

Bill Cosby tried to shame a reporter who dared to ask about the rape allegations swirling around the comedian ... and then successfully strong-armed the news agency into burying the video -- watching the AP reporter and his team fold like a cheap suit is shocking.

Cosby was incredulous when an AP reporter gently asked about the series of allegations. He seemed shocked someone had the balls to raise the issue.

Although Cosby was mum on the subject ... he later tried to badger the reporter, telling him the AP had too much integrity to allow that portion of the interview to circulate. Cosby, with wife Camille by his side, then made a full-court press to 86 the interview.

You even hear someone from the AP behind the camera agreeing with Cosby that the line of questioning had no value. And then it comes out someone from the AP had made a deal with Cosby's team in advance not to ask questions about the allegations.

HERE'S THE THING. It seems like the AP caved to Cosby and buried the interview, because the interview was shot November 6 and wasn't released until Wednesday, Nov. 19th, after other outlets made the allegations a national story.

You gotta see it.

Colin, our photog, paid a visit to Ben's Wednesday and the cashier made it clear ... the restaurant is undeterred by the recent rape allegations ... Cosby gets grub gratis.

BTW Cosby's fav is the 1/4 lb. half pork and beef smoked sausage on a warm steamed bun, topped with mustard, onions and spicy homemade chili sauce. Good comfort food.

"Gangster Squad" star Haley Strode claims she's being cyber-stalked by an ex-BF she hasn't seen since high school ... who's on a mission from God to help her win an Oscar.

Strode claims in court docs ... Brent Jones recently started harassing her online ... creeping her out with messages of love and saying God has directed him to be with her -- even though she hasn't laid eyes on him for 13 years.

One message reads, "As long as I help you get your dream of winning an Oscar, I don't care how my story plays out!!"

Strode says she didn't reply at first ... but eventually sent him a message begging him to stop: "To me, not responding signified that I didn't reciprocate, nor do I want to be friends with you." She added, "My 'liking' a post that you shared about my film, does not equate to a subliminal message that you need to 'decode.'"

Strode got a restraining order ... but says she's still scared because Jones claims to be on his way to L.A. so he can be with her.

Death threats from "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Benzino triggered his firing ... so claims Stevie J, but the guy who got the boot says it's a crock.

TMZ broke the story ... Benzino got the ax right after the brawl on the reunion taping, which sent people to the hospital and resulted in criminal charges filed against Joseline Hernandez.

Stevie J tells TMZ ... Benzino wouldn't let it go ... he went on a campaign of terror, threatening the lives of him and Joseline, producers and other staffers. Stevie tells us, "He said flat out he was going to kill us."

The threats were too much for VH1 and we're told that's why Benzino was banished.

But Benzino tells us, "Stevie J is a habitual liar and VH1 has never given me a reason for being fired."

Benzino thinks this is all about star power and he's the scapegoat because "They wanted to keep the crackhead whore."

Casey Kasem is rotting in Norway because of his own flesh and blood -- his daughter -- so claims Casey's widow, who has gone to court so she can put Casey in his place for good.

TMZ first reported ... Casey's remains have been stagnating in Oslo for 3 months, and he's been dead for 5. Kerri filed legal docs recently asking for an order allowing her to bring the body of her father back to the U.S. for an autopsy -- something the LAPD wants for its elder abuse probe targeting Jean.

Now Jean has fired back saying Kerri is the obstructionist that is preventing a proper burial.

Problem is ... Jean's argument makes no sense. She's fighting Kerri on the one hand, saying Kerri's U.S. lawsuit is BS because our courts can't force Norway to do anything, yet on the other hand she seems to be saying Kerri's lawsuit is preventing Casey's burial. She can't have it both ways.

Kerri thinks Jean is full of it and the reason she's dragging her feet is so the body decays to the point the Coroner won't be able to pin the blame on her for the infection that led to his death.

TV Land has decided "The Cosby Show" isn't worth the risk, so it's quietly killing the show's presence on its website.

The website allows users to watch video clips of the show and get info about air dates ... but on Wednesday the network deactivated all of the "Cosby" links. If you click the link now, it takes you to an error page.

As for running the show on the network, the next scheduled airing is Sunday. We contacted the network to find out if the show will run and we got a "no comment." Given what they've just done with their website ... we take that as a NO.

This comes on the heels of Netflix and Comedy Central choosing not to air Cosby specials, in the wake of the rape allegations that have resurfaced.
