Chris Massey Sues Lil Twist Beat Me Down AND Jacked My Rollie

In the suit, Massey says Twist and four of his friends came into his brother Kyle Massey's apartment last November without permission, and began to punch, beat, kick, push and choke him. Chris also says Twist and his boys used brass knuckles and a screwdriver during the attack.
Chris says he suffered cuts and bruises, and needed stitches over his eye. Perhaps more painful ... in the suit he says Twist and his crew made off with his Rolex.

The Game Wanted Man Charged for Hoops Fight
The Game has been slapped with a felony charge related to that fight he got into during a basketball game -- and a judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.
The L.A. County D.A. charged Game this week with one count of making criminal threats, according to docs. The threat came when he allegedly said, "I'm going to kill you" to an off duty LAPD officer.
TMZ broke the story ... Game and the cop got into it back in March while they were playing in a league hoops game. Even though you can clearly see Game punch the guy in the video we obtained ... he was NOT charged with battery.
Our law enforcement sources point out the punch would have just been a misdemeanor -- as opposed to the felony for threats.
Game denies making the threat and claims the cop insinuated he had a gun in his gym bag.

Suge Knight & Katt Williams Sued They Sent a 'Bitch' to Beat My Ass
Suge Knight and Katt Williams intimidated a female photog, and then called for backup -- female backup -- to beat her down ... according to the lawsuit she just filed against them.
Leslie Redden was shooting video back in September of Suge and Katt outside a Beverly Hills studio ... and things got heated because Suge thought she was taking pics of his young son.
According to Leslie's lawsuit ... Suge lifted his shirt to show his waistband as he charged at her. In video of the altercation, you can hear Suge say, "I got a bitch to beat your motherf**kin' ass!"
SEPTEMBER 2014
What you don't see in the video, according to Leslie, is that Suge's pal Katt came around the corner with an unknown woman -- who she thinks was Katt's GF. Leslie says the woman knocked her down and yanked at the camera, while Katt yelled at Leslie to delete the pics.
She says Katt eventually took the camera away from her.
Leslie says she suffered a few minor injuries. She's suing Knight and Williams for assault. She's suing Katt for stealing the camera and defamation because he told a TMZ photog that she was "engaged inappropriately with a child."

Duggars Are Wrong Molestation Case was NOT Sealed
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are full of it when they say the Springdale, Arkansas Police Chief had an agenda in releasing the "sealed" molestation case ... so says the city's top prosecutor.
Springdale City Attorney Ernest Cate tells TMZ, the case file was never sealed. The reason -- the police report wasn't filed until 2006, 4 years after the molestations began. When the police report was filed, Josh Duggar was 18 ... an adult suspect, and therefore there was no basis for sealing the case.
Cate says he got a Freedom of Information request from a media outlet, and since it was a non-sealed case he was required to release it under the Freedom of Information Act. The names of the minor victims in the police report narrative were redacted.
This is interesting ... in the narrative, Josh's name was redacted because he was only 14 when the molestations first occurred. Cate says when it comes to sealing a case the relevant time is when the police report is filed, so they were dealing with an adult suspect.
Jim Bob and Michelle claimed on Fox News Channel they were the real victims, because the Police Chief somehow had an agenda to get them. But Cate says it's just not true ... the city followed the law in releasing the file.

Justin Bieber Pleads Guilty in Ontario ATV Assault, Eh
Justin Bieber just copped a plea in a criminal assault case involving Selena Gomez, a paparazzo and an ATV.
Justin appeared in a Canadian court via Skype. The singer was in the office of his lawyer, Howard Weitzman, when he pled guilty to simple assault and careless driving.
The incident went down in Ontario last summer, when Justin crashed his ATV into the minivan of a photog, who was taking pics of Justin and then-GF Selena.
The judge warned the Biebs, "The lesson in all of this is to think before you act in the future."
The plea was a good deal for Justin. He has to pay a $750 fine and that's it. There's no jail, no probation. The whole thing goes away.
Bieber's lawyer, Brian Greenspan, tells TMZ he worked with prosecutors to hammer out the deal, which he described as fair. He was quick to point out that no one was injured in the incident and the pap involved in the incident later pled guilty to trespassing.

Suge Knight, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube Sued for Wrongful Death
Suge Knight is being sued for running over Terry Carter in a burger parking lot, and Dr. Dre and Ice Cube have also been named as defendants.
Carter's wife and kids have filed the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Dr. Dre and Ice Cube -- both producers of "Straight Outta Compton" -- hired known gang members to provide security for location shoots in gang-infested neighborhoods.
The suit claims some of the gang members incited the fight and threatened Suge, leading to his decision to roar back through the parking lot in a panic, running over and killing Carter.
The Carter family is also suing Tam's Burgers, claiming violent crimes regularly go down in that parking lot so the burger joint should have had security.
The suit seeks unspecified damages.

Caitlyn Jenner Car Crash Victim's Stepkids You Can't Judge Our Relationship
Caitlyn Jenner is out of line when she says the stepchildren of the woman who was killed in that PCH car crash had no right to sue because they were not financially dependent on her ... so claim the stepkids.
The stepchildren of Kim Howe just filed legal docs, claiming they did rely on her financially, but it's all kind of sketchy. They don't describe the extent of the dependence nor do they specifically describe the relationship.
In the docs, all they say is "not only did they have a very real relationship with Ms. Howe during the 40 years that she was their stepmother, but that they relied upon her, at least to some extent, for some of the necessities of life."
The lawyer for the stepson says in legal docs, "Stepchildren can be just as much children to their parents."
The father of the 2 kids died in 2003. A very close friend of Kim's tells TMZ he spoke with the stepdaughter shortly after Kim died back in February and the woman said she hadn't seen Kim since 2003. The friend also says Kim never spoke about her stepkids to him.
Jenner has asked a judge to toss the lawsuit because there's no evidence of financial dependence. If she's successful, she can't be sued for wrongful death because the stepkids are Howe's only living relatives.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar Covered Up Molestation
Josh Duggar's parents knew he repeatedly molested his five-year-old sister but failed to notify authorities for at least 16 months ... this according to a just-released police report.
According to the report, obtained by In Touch, Josh confessed to Jim Bob on 3 separate occasions that he molested at least one sister. Here's the worst part ... after the first confession, Jim Bob did nothing and the molestations continued. And after the second confession, Jim Bob again did nothing to notify authorities or even get him help and again the molestations continued.
After the third confession, Josh's parents enrolled him in a treatment program, but they did not notify authorities until at least 4 months after the last confession. And get this ... the delay was at least 16 months after Josh's first confession.
Put another way, had Jim Bob and Michelle notified authorities immediately after Josh's first confession, they might have taken action that would have prevented the subsequent molestations.
It's possible the Duggar parents could have been prosecuted for permitting abuse of a minor, but the statute of limitations has long since passed.
TLC still hasn't announced the fate of "19 Kids and Counting," but now that there's evidence the parents may have covered up the crime, it's going to be hard for TLC to keep the show afloat.

Ray McDonald Broke Down Door in a Drunken Rage ... Baby Mama Claims
Former NFL linebacker Ray McDonald burst through his ex-fiancee's bedroom door in a drunken early morning rage, threatening her and their baby boy hours before his first arrest last week -- according to new docs filed by the woman.
Kendra Scott filed for a restraining order in the wake of McDonald's 2 arrests last week. In her docs, she lays out her version of what went down on May 25 -- saying the ex-49er showed up at her apartment at 3 AM. She says he was drunk when he "broke down her bedroom door by breaking the knob."
Scott says she grabbed their 2-month-old son and then Ray cornered them and got physical. She doesn't say exactly how he attacked her.
In the docs, she repeatedly raises alcohol as an issue for McDonald, saying she became "concerned he had a drinking problem." After their engagement in Feb. 2014 ... she says he frequently called her an "ignorant bitch" and a "lazy bitch" if she didn't clean up after his parties.
Scott says the physical attacks increased, and then in August 2014 it got really bad when he came home drunk, choked her, dragged her, and kneed her in the stomach ... while she was pregnant. As we previously reported ... this is the incident that led to McDonald's first arrest.
No charges were filed in that case because Scott didn't cooperate with the D.A. In the docs, she says she hoped he would change.
Scott was granted the restraining order this week, and it requires McDonald to say 300 yards away from her and the baby. He also cannot have any contact with her.
McDonald was previously under an emergency protective order, following the May 25 arrest ...and was arrested 2 days later for violating that order.

One of Jimi Hendrix's fabled axes was allegedly stolen by a guy who's now trying to cash in by selling the guitar -- but the money men behind Jimi's estate are gunning to shut down the sale.
The battle is over an Acoustic Black Widow guitar ... which went to Jimi's dad when Hendrix died in 1970. Then in 1995 ... pops gave it Experience Hendrix, LLC -- Jimi's licensing and merchandising company. Experience Hendrix believed the guitar was in its possession until June 2014.

Hendrix attorneys say Patterson got the guitar from a guy who somehow got it after divorcing Janie Hendrix ... Jimi's sister.
The Hendrix co., represented by Ed McPherson, says its the rightful owner ... and is demanding Patterson hand over the guitar immediately, and fork over at least $750k in damages.
Or as Jimi might put it -- Hey Brian ... where you goin' with that guitar in your hand?

The eyewitness tells us, Johnny's friend sarcastically screamed, "Nice throw, Johnny," which apparently enraged the Cleveland Browns QB. The eyewitness says Johnny charged his friend, but was stopped by someone in his group.
