Jessica flaunted her toned bod during a Caribbean vacay with Justin. It's the first time we've seen her rocking the hell out of a bikini since giving birth to 1-year-old son, Silas.

Speaking of toddlers, Justin looks like he's salivating too ... and ya can't blame him.

9:40 AM PT -- The kid's here. Chyna and Rob reportedly named their baby girl, Dream. She was born at 9:18 AM and weighed in at 7 pounds 5 oz.

Blac Chyna is at the hospital, getting prepped for the arrival of the first Kardashian heir ... TMZ has learned.

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble just rolled into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. We're told Chyna is in a posh suite upstairs, ready to deliver the baby girl by C-section. It was scheduled for 8:30 AM PT.

We're told grandma Jenner hired a bunch of bodyguards to protect the baby, Rob and Chyna ... but we're told they're mostly concerned about the baby getting photographed.

Our sources say there's a conflict a brewin' ... there are cameras ready to record the birth for a TV special, but some of what they want to shoot violates Cedars protocol and the family is going back and forth with the hospital.

FINALLY ... Luke Rockhold and Demi Lovato have gone public with their relationship -- hitting up an NFL game as a couple this weekend ... and we got the pic.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Luke and Demi began quietly dating at the beginning of the summer after hitting it off at the Unbreakable MMA gym in L.A.

There was some secret social media flirting ... but for the most part, they kept things on the D.L. -- until Sunday when they arrived to the L.A. Rams game together and even posed for pics.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are still separated -- as far as the world knows -- but the exes definitely hit the polls as if they're still a thing.

Paps got Ben and Jen out in Brentwood Tuesday casting their votes, and leaving the polling station in lockstep.

As we've reported ... they've gone above and beyond to continue co-parenting on the same turf ... and clearly same goes for exercising their Constitutional rights.

Miley Cyrus got the VIP treatment on election day -- literally driving into a polling place and casting her ballot while Liam Hemsworth never let go of the steering wheel.

Miley hit up a fire station in Bev Hills that offers curbside voting service. Check out the vid ... a firefighter leads her into the station's driveway where Miley hands her ballot.

Only in Hollywood ... cause even Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump had to walk inside a polling place, walk inside and cast their ballots.

Turns out ... there's curbside voting at polling places in L.A. County, but it's only available to a select few.

Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor had one helluva Monday night -- 'cause after his team beat up on the Buffalo Bills, he celebrated by PROPOSING TO HIS GIRLFRIEND!

Chancellor was inactive for the game with a groin injury -- but he ran the engagement to perfection ... popping the question to his actress GF, Tiffany Luce, after the game ... and she said, "Yes!"

The whole engagement was caught on video by Kam's good friend, Giovanni Ruffin ... and we gotta give the macho man high marks for his ability to show his sensitive side.

Prince Harry has waved his scepter and spoken from the throne -- he wants the media to cut the crap when it comes to speaking ill of his new TV star girlfriend ... NOW.

Britain's prince issued a statement from Kensington Palace Tuesday saying a wave of recent harassment onto his new bird, Meghan Markle has finally crossed a line ... and he's had enough.

In the statement, Harry says Meghan's been subject to front page smears, sexism and outright racism in national newspapers and other media outlets ... not to mention feeling the wrath of "online trolls."

The statement goes on to say Harry is concerned for Meghan's safety and feels he hasn't been able to protect his new girlfriend, who's on the USA show, "Suits." He wants everyone involved to "pause and reflect" before any more damage is done.

'Bachelor' vet AshLee Frazier couldn't get it on a reality show, but she finally got a marriage proposal ... on the Brooklyn Bridge.

We're told the proposal went down Saturday right in the middle of a bunch of tourists who were checking out the bridge. The lucky guy is Aaron Williams, a Houston real estate developer AshLee's known for years. She moved back to H-town earlier this year, and they hit it off romantically.

We're told Aaron sealed the deal with an oval cut 3 ct. diamond, and dinner at hot spot Scarpetta.

Sean Lowe, the 'Bachelor' from AshLee's season, is still married to Catherine Giudici.

The Jonas brother and "Game of Thrones" star looked pretty couple-y checking out the Kings of Leon warm up at the Old Luxor Theater in the Netherlands ... ahead of the MTV European Music Awards.

Audrina Patridge has grown leaps and bounds from her drama filled days on "The Hills" ... opting for a nice quiet Hawaiian dinner with family and friends before her big wedding day.

Audrina and longtime boyfriend/baby daddy, Corey Bohan, spent Friday night greeting guests and family as they showed up to the St. Regis resort on the island of Kauai. Audrina wore a pretty white dress with a flowery lei.

We're told Audrina and company gathered in the hotel bar lounge after a quick wedding rehearsal -- and instead of Audrina's former reality TV co-stars, the guests appeared to be family, friends, and lots of kids running around.

Mariah Carey and James Packer were negotiating one of the most insane prenups we've ever seen ... and it reads like she's a mail order bride with lots of strings attached.

Before we tell you what it says, we know the negotiations blew up. We're told Mariah's people got the draft from Packer's exec, Robert Rankin, and rejected it as "tacky and insulting."

Among the conditions ... "Except for gifts between them for their engagement, wedding or on birthdays and anniversaries, no item of jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing specifically stating 'This is my gift to you.'"

It goes on ... James agreed to purchase certain clothing for Mariah but there's a blank space for them to agree upon a maximum amount he has to shell out. It states ... the clothing is not to be used for business or performing and "Mariah shall provide all clothing for her children."

And there's this ... "James shall cause a credit card(s) to be issued for use by Mariah and staff ... the amount of expenses ... shall not exceed US $____ per calendar month." The amount was blank.

The prenup continues ... "James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his selection, for Mariah's personal use, or that of her children and nannies only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is appropriate to do so."

The central reason why negotiations blew up ... the provision that said "James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million ... adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week]."

Our Mariah sources say she rejected the dollar amount and claims James agreed to a $50 million lump sum if the marriage failed.

So much for love.

Scheana Marie and Michael Shay could be on the express train to spiltsville, now that she's telling friends he disappeared with their money ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Scheana tell TMZ ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star got scared when her husband didn't come home last Wednesday. She thought it was odd because a close friend had just died, and she was very upset. Mike's history with prescription drugs also escalated her concern.

We're told Scheana couldn't reach him, so she cut off his credit cards. Our sources say she believes Mike cleared out the couple's checking account 2 days later, and he's been MIA ever since.

Mike has said he's been sober since January 1. We're told Scheana fears he's off the wagon, and she's considering pulling the plug on their marriage.

Just when Al Pacino thought he was out of marriage talks, paps in Argentina pulled him right back in ... with his girlfriend standing right next to him!

The Godfather, and his Argentinian gf, Lucila Sola, had no trouble answering questions in Buenos Aires -- until one photog went and asked if he was ever going to marry her?

The woman who accused Aroldis Chapman of domestic violence last year was the Cubs pitcher's special guest at the World Series Wednesday night ... because they're together ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The woman -- Cristina -- had told officials in Broward County, Florida that Chapman attacked her last October ... pushing and choking her during a boozy night out. She claimed Chapman then grabbed his gun, went to the garage at his home by himself and fired 8 shots into the wall.

The woman posed for police photos -- documenting her alleged injuries.

Chapman denied the allegations -- though he admitted to "poking her left shoulder" -- and prosecutors ultimately dropped the case. MLB, however, suspended Chapman for 30 games for the incident. Chapman did not appeal.

Now, we've learned ... Chapman and the accuser not only buried the hatchet after the incident -- but they got back together and are still a couple. We should note they have 1 child together.

Dakota Fanning will not be a (grown) child of divorce after all ... her pops just yanked his divorce docs.

Dakota's father, Steven Fanning, is dismissing his divorce petition from Heather, his wife of almost 27 years.

Sources connected with the family tell us Steven and Heather will try to work their differences out. They do not want to give up on the marriage.

We broke the story ... Steven filed for the split late last week, citing irreconcilable differences. He did not ask for spousal support from Heather, and custody of the kids wasn't going to be an issue since both Dakota and her sister, Elle, are adults.

We spoke to a rep for James Packer who tells TMZ, the prenup offer "is grossly inaccurate and completely untrue."

Mariah Carey has demanded $50 million from ex-fiance James Packer because that is the amount she would have walked away with had they signed their prenup ... sources close to the singer tell TMZ.

TMZ has seen an email chain from back in mid-February going back and forth, from Mariah's team to Packer's. The billionaire was clearly itching to tie the knot with Mariah, upset that his people were not moving fast enough to nail down the prenup so he could marry her on March 1st in Bora Bora.

Packer's lawyers clearly felt the prenup was complicated, sending Mariah's team a 100 page document outlining the specifics. The details in the document are fascinating. Among the many conditions ... if Packer gave Mariah a piece of jewelry or anything else, she would have to give it back if they broke up UNLESS he sent her a signed note saying it was a gift.

The prenup draft also provided that Mariah would get $50 mil if they broke up. TMZ broke the story, that's exactly the amount she's demanding from him now.

Short story ... Packer's lawyers were telling him they could not get the prenup signed, sealed and delivered by March 1st. His response ... "I don't know who's working for who because there are a lot of names I haven't heard before on this email chain. The people who work for me -- message -- do as I say or f*** off. I want to get married on March 1st. James."

We're told at the time of the email chain, Mariah already had a dress, the flowers were ordered and all the flights for the guests were secured.

BTW ... there was no way they could marry, because Nick Cannon hadn't signed the divorce docs. Mariah and James knew this, but they were going to call the wedding a "commitment ceremony" and pass themselves off as husband and wife.

The prenup was never signed, and Mariah believes that's when his people started trying to tear them apart.
