George Clooney isn't exactly single (yet) ... TMZ has learned he and Stacy Keibler are STILL living together -- despite rumors of a break-up -- BUT an expiration date could be fast approaching.

Multiple reports have surfaced that Clooney and Keibler called it quits after 2 years of dating (which is like a decade in Clooney years). The couple hasn't been seen together since March and spent the 4th of July on opposite ends of the earth.

But sources close to C&K tell TMZ ... the duo is still shacking up, so it's not totally over. However, we're told there's definitely trouble in paradise -- and it's all because of the couple's hectic schedules.

Our sources say George and Stacy haven't been in the same place for months now because she's busy shooting her new show "Supermarket Superstar" and George is busy being a giant movie star.

Hayden Panettiere felt up a statue in Italy this week -- but not just ANY statue -- those boobs belong to JULIET (of Romeo & Juliet) ... and apparently molesting the sculpture is good luck!

It all went down in Verona ... when Hayden and her BF Wladimir Klitschko toured the home where it is believed Juliet lived back in the day ... before she, you know, went all O.J. on herself (allegedly).

Kanye West insists he did NOT cheat on Kim Kardashian with a Canadian model/bartender -- telling TMZ, the woman accusing him of being unfaithful is just out for some easy publicity.

24-year-old Leyla Ghobadi recently did an interview claiming she met Kanye at one of his concerts in July 2012 -- three months after Kim and Kanye began dating. She says Kanye had his security pick her out of the crowd and they went for drinks after.

She claims they later engaged in two sexual encounters -- one while Kim was pregnant -- and that Kanye confessed his relationship to Kim was a sham in order to increase his fan base.

But a rep for Kanye says it's all BS -- telling us, "This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit. It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources."

The rep adds, "This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives."

Zooey Deschanel played the role of caring girlfriend this week ... when her boyfriend was wheeled out of an L.A. hospital with bandages all over his face ... but don't worry, he's gonna be fine.

The "New Girl" star helped her screenwriter BF Jamie Linden out of his wheelchair and into a waiting Tesla outside of the hospital Tuesday ... sparking concern that something was seriously wrong.

But Zooey's rep tells TMZ it looks worse than it is -- explaining, "Jamie had a very minor and routine sinus procedure done, all is well."

Now we can all breathe easier ... especially Jamie.

HUGE legal victory for Shaq -- the lawsuit filed by an alleged ex-mistress who claimed the NBA star harassed her following their breakup has been dismissed ... because the judge says she's a dirty LIAR.

As we reported, Vanessa Lopez filed her lawsuit against Shaq back in 2010 claiming she was his mistress for 5 years ... and once she broke up with him, he launched a campaign to harass her and make her fear for her safety.

But the Florida judge just lowered the legal boom on Lopez in his ruling -- claiming the court CAUGHT HER in several lies ... proving it's impossible to believe anything that comes out of her mouth.

"[Lopez] lied often. She lied about facts important to the defense, and she demonstrated an utter disrespect for the system of justice," the judge stated.

Among Lopez's lies -- the judge says Vanessa claimed she "did not know of" any previous restraining orders that had been issued against her ... when there were official records showing she was hit with one stemming from a case involving an ex-boyfriend.

The judge says there's also proof she lied about her legal history with NBA star Kenyon Martin ... who had accused her of stealing his credit card and running up charges.

And there's this ... Vanessa's lawyers completely deserted her almost immediately following her deposition earlier this year ... a huge red flag.

Simon Cowell's ex-fiancée, Mezhgan Hussainy, has absolutely no plans to write a scathing tell-all book about everyone's favorite acerbic judge, despite reports to the contrary ... TMZ has learned.

British tabs are buzzing today with a report that Hussainy is out of "revenge" against Cowell and plans to pen a book and reveal all the couple's dirty laundry.

But a source close to Hussainy tells TMZ she is "not the type of person" to write such a book and that Hussainy and Cowell are still very close ... despite breaking off their engagement last year.

A rep for Hussainy tells TMZ she "has absolutely no plans to write a book of any sort."

George has met his match.

Lucie Kim now claims Justin should have put the kibosh on the pic because he was an adult.

According to the amended lawsuit, Miley's parents gave Justin authority to "supervise, manage, guard, and oversee [Miley's] conduct while in [his] presence."
