The 16-year-old girl who allegedly had sex with Lawrence Taylor for $300 told cops that her pimp instructed her to tell the NFL great she was 19 years old, this according to federal documents obtained by TMZ.

The FBI is now investigating alleged pimp Rasheed Davis -- on suspicion of human sex trafficking ... a federal violation.

According to the federal criminal complaint, an FBI agent assigned to the case claims Davis had "caused" the 16-year-old to "engage in multiple commercial sex acts with various individuals" ... and even "set the prices."

The FBI agent also claims that Davis had taken several "almost nude" photographs of the girl on his cell phone in order to obtain customers.

In the docs, the FBI agent claims Davis had sent the girl text messages instructing her to have sex with a client (Lawrence Taylor) on May 5th -- but the girl refused.

So, according to the agent, Davis physically assaulted her "in an effort to coerce [the victim] into participating in a commercial sex act."

According to the agent, Davis then instructed the victim to tell Lawrence Taylor that she was 19 and charge him $300 for sex.

After the alleged encounter, the agent says the victim contacted a relative via text message to ask for help.

When police caught up with Rasheed Davis on May 6, they claim they found $300 in his car.

According to the docs, Davis admitted to police that he had received money from pimpin' out the alleged victim to Lawrence Taylor ... among other people.

We're not sure if Jenna was at the Huntington Beach, CA home while Tito was there -- but either way, the protective order prohibiting Tito from contacting Jenna expired at midnight on May 3.

Jesse James is officially off the hook for allegedly vandalizing the car of a paparazzo earlier this year -- because the case was rejected by the Long Beach City Prosecutor's Office.

As we first reported, James and the pap placed each other undercitizen's arrest on March 25 -- after the papaccused James of vandalism and James accused the pap ofstalking.

According to the City Prosecutor, the case was rejected due to insufficient evidence.

Taylor was formally arraigned on charges of 3rd degree rape (sex with a minor) and patronizing a prostitute in the 3rd degree. He's plead not guilty to the charges.

The prosecution first requested that the judge set bail at $100k, citing LT's lengthy criminal history. Taylor's attorney called the request "ludicrous." Ultimately, the judge settled on $75k.

Minutes before the arraignment, cops held a news conference, where they confirmed several facts:

-- LT was "very cooperative" with police.

-- Cops say LT had some alcohol inside hishotel room, but officials won't specify what kind or how much. LTdidn't appear to be intoxicated when cops arrived to his room.

-- Officers also claim LT did not attack his accuser, her black eye was caused before she arrived to his hotel room.

TMZ reported that Michael was backing off his threat to force the issue. We were told the lawyers were "trying to resolve things amicably." But resolving it amicably does not mean Michael is backing down or backing off, Bloom says.

Bloom tells TMZ, "There has been no agreement as to anything. All options remain open to save and protect Lindsay. That is Michael's #1 priority."

Lawrence Taylor's wife is standing by her man while he faces allegations of rape -- telling TMZ she believes the entire incident is one big "setup."

TMZ just spoke with Lynette Taylor -- LT's 3rd wife -- who tells us the allegations are "all bullsh*t."

As for why she suspects a setup, Lynette claims that the timing of the arrest is suspicious because it came just days after LT was featured on an A&E documentary called "Fame and Recovery" which she believes "made him out to be a monster."

Lynette wouldn't expand on who she thought could be behind such a plot, but she was adamant that the timing of the show and the arrest were no coincidence.

Chaz Bono is now a man ... legally and otherwise.

Cher's newly-minted son showed up to court today in Santa Monica, where a judge granted Chaz' petition for a gender and name change.

According to documents filed in March, Chaz underwent an "irreversible surgery" on September 23, 2009 to change his "sex characteristics from female to male."

In the docs, Chaz's doctor said, "Chaz Bono has completed his gender reassignment surgery."

It's like a transgender Bar Mitzvah!

Officials have released a statement confirming 51-year-old Taylor was taken into custody by police after someone accused the Hall of Famer of committing rape early this morning at a Holiday Inn in Suffern, NY.

The Town of Ramapo Police Department is currently investigating the situation.

A news conference is scheduled to take place in the next few hours.

Taylor -- who's considered one of the greatest defensive players of all time -- recently performed a stint on "Dancing with the Stars."

Taylor has a deep history with the law -- he's been arrested multiple times on drug charges ... and back in November, he was arrested for hit-and-run.

UPDATE: According to a local NY paper, authorities have identified the victim as a 15-year-old girl, who was working under the control of a pimp. TMZ has not been able to independently confirm the report.

Jason Pfeiffer -- who went on TV last week and talked about his alleged affair with MJ -- says he's received 10 to 12 serious death threats from around the world.

Pfeiffer's boss and MJ's former best friend, Dr. Arnold Klein, is also getting threats after telling TMZ about the alleged affair. We've obtained one of the threats, which reads,

"You rotton son of a bitch, how dare you let that fat slob make those accusations about Michael,you should be ashamed,Michael thought you were his friend!!!!!!!!!!! Someone is going to pay for this dearly,maybe with a bullet?"

Sources say Charlie and Brooke acknowledge divorce is a real possibility, but don't want their business to come out in dribs and drabs in court filings. So lawyers advised them to negotiate the terms of a possible divorce now, get all the paperwork together and then see if the marriage has a chance. If it doesn't, everything will get filed at once.

As TMZ reported, Uchitel had an affair with David Boreanaz. But Uchitel is not the woman who demanded 6-figures from Boreanaz -- a demand the actor's lawyer called extortion.

TMZ has obtained new legal documents showing that Sandra Bullock is bolstering her legal team -- and going out of state to do it.

According to docs, Joseph Kibre, a California family law expert, has filed a motion with the Texas judge handling Bullock's divorce asking for permission to work on the case. Judges typically allow out-of-state lawyers to participate on a case-by-case basis.

It's interesting Sandra wants a California lawyer involved. Kibre has handled the Clint Eastwood/Sondra Locke palimony case and the case brought by Mohamed Al Fayed against a group of individuals who allegedly tried to sell him forged government docs involving the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed.

And another lawyer -- Edward Howell Crosby is asking for similar permission to join Sandra's legal team. Crosby -- a Louisiana lawyer -- works for the law firm that is handling Bullock's case. The firm has offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Houston.

Crosby is also the lawyer who handled Bullock's tax problems in 2004.

TMZ broke the story that Larry and Shawn each filed divorce papers -- within minutes of each other -- back on April 14. On April 19 reps for both sides told TMZ the divorce was on hold for 2 weeks while the couple tried working their problems out -- among other things, they wanted to hash their conflicts out with a marriage counselor.

Two weeks have now passed since the divorce was put on hold, but sources directly connected to the situation tell TMZ Larry and Shawn are still undecided and are giving it one more week before deciding whether to pull the plug or reconcile.

Divorce papers are still on file.

Corey Haim's mother told officials she flushed Corey's entire prescription drug stash down the toilet in the hours after his death because she didn't want them in the wrong hands -- and she didn't know cops would be investigating the scene, this according to a newly released

The L.A. County Coroner's Office just released new documents, Haim's mom stated that when she returned from the hospital, "she emptied the other bottles into the toilet because she didn't want anyone else to get hold of the medication and she didn't know the police would be responding to her residence."

According to the report, Haim's mom flushed 7 pills of the muscle relaxer carisoprodol after he died.

Haim's mom also told officials he may have used marijuana at some point in the last 2 days before his death.
