'Millionaire Matchmaker' Suit: Your Show is Trash!

Published | Updated

Some guys who own a building are pissed off that it was featured on "The Millionaire Matchmaker" ... they say because the show is "trashy." As for the host, they say she's "crude and sexist."

The owners of the Venice, CA building claim in the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ ... the prior owner made a deal with the show in 2007 to shoot the exterior, to make it look like the action on the show was happening there.

The plaintiffs say they bought the building in 2008, painted it, and were shocked to see their fresh facade on Seasons 2 and 3.

The new owners say they don't want their building associated with "a trashy show."

To prove the show is trash, the plaintiffs quote host Patti Stanger -- also a defendant -- making lewd comments, such as, "The penis does the picking" and "One good orgasm, and it destroys the entire bunch."

The owners -- Abbot Kinney Partners -- are suing Stanger, Bravo and Green Bottle Pictures for unspecified damages.

MJ's Dad: AEG Has Blood On Its Hands

Published | Updated

AEG put such pressure on Michael Jackson to perform for his London concerts, they effectively forced Dr. Conrad Murray to heavily sedate the singer so he could get rest, which ultimately led to his death ... this according to documents filed with the California Medical Board and obtained by CNN.

According to the 169-page complaint, filed by attorney Brian Oxman on behalf of Joe Jackson, Michael had only sporadically attended rehearsals for the show, leading to a showdown with Michael Jackson on June 18 in which an AEG exec allegedly threatened to "pull the plug" on Jackson's rented home and fire Dr. Murray.

The complaint alleges Murray -- who was allegedly promised $150,000 a month by AEG -- immediately began fueling Jackson with heavy sedatives, including Valium, Ativan, Versed and Propofol so the singer could sleep.

As we first reported, Murray gave Jackson Propofol virtually every night for six weeks -- until Michael died.

The complaint alleges AEG knew the dangers of Murray's treatment but ordered full steam ahead. And, according to the complaint, AEG turned a blind eye to Murray's request for life saving equipment.

The complaint claims AEG was effectively practicing medicine without a license, by forcing Murray to take radical medical steps to protect the show.

The complaint claims, "Had AEG not violated California law and fulfilled its promise to provide Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation equipment and a nurse, Michael Jackson would not have died on June 25th."

Jesse James' Ex: I'll Pee in a Cup

Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, says she'll pee in a cup to prove she's not a druggie -- currently.

We're at court in the OC where Janine is asking the judge in their custody battle to hold Jesse in contempt for refusing to hand 6-year-old Sunny over for a court-ordered visitation.

TMZ broke the story ... Jesse refused to follow the order because he believes Janine is a drug addict and Sunny would be at risk.

Just before walking into the courthouse, Janine said Jesse is a "control freak" and that's why he won't obey the judge's order.

Probation Department Clears Lindsay Lohan

Published | Updated

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay Lohan is off the hook with the L.A. County Probation Department for the whole SCRAM thing earlier this month ... because her pee was clean.

You'll recall after the MTV Movie Awards on June 6 the SCRAM people got a positive reading for alcohol on Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet.

But here's the thing. Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley tells TMZ Lindsay went to the Probation Department at around 10 AM the next day and her urine tested negative for alcohol.

Sources connected with the Probation Department tell us ... the test results are good enough for them and as far as they are concerned Lindsay is in full compliance with her bail conditions.

And we're told it's increasingly looking like Lindsay will be in full compliance with her alcohol ed classes by the next court hearing -- July 6.

The Probation Report is especially important ... it's like a bible for the judge -- certainly on the bail issue, and it could influence the judge on Lindsay's probation as well.

So Lindsay could conceivably dodge the jail bullet.

Lohan's New Assistant -- Not Long for Job

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan's new assistant was an intern at a major Hollywood talent agency before he became her new man-slave ... but we're hearing his new gig ain't exactly working out.

After Lohan's old assistant quit earlier this month, multiple sources have confirmed that LiLo reached out to her agent Nick Styne to help find a replacement ... and she asked specifically for a male.

We're told Styne scoped out his office and found an eager sap intern looking for an opportunity -- and the dude agreed. As Lohan's assistant, we're told the dude was promised two days off per week and paid vacations.

He should have asked for a severance package because our sources say the new guy is not long for the gig.

Tiger Woods' Mistress -- He's the Daddy

Published | Updated

Devon James tells TMZ she filed a paternity action -- naming Tiger Woods -- because she believes he's the father of her 9-year-old boy.

TMZ broke the story ... Devon filed legal papers in Florida Thursday afternoon. She does not believe her mother's claim -- that a 2002 DNA test proves another man is the father of Austin Brinling.

Devon says she wants the judge to force Tiger to submit to DNA testing. And she'd like Tiger to become part of her son's life.

Mistress Files Paternity Action Against Tiger

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned porn star Devon James has just filed a paternity action against Tiger Woods.

Alleged mistress #15 filed legal docs in Manatee County, Florida, asking a judge to determine the paternity of Austin Brinling, her 9-year-old son. James filed the action under her legal name, Melinda Jannette. The respondent on the petition is Elderick [sic] Woods.

According to documents attached to the petition and obtained by TMZ, the legal action is designed to "establish paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, and/or child support of a minor child or children." The document goes on: "This means that you are trying to legally establish who is the father of the child."

As we first reported, James' mother (who currently has custody of the boy) claims a DNA test was performed in 2002 and showed another man was the daddy.

James does not believe her mother really has any DNA results and her rep tells us she wants to force Tiger to submit to DNA testing.

We shot video of James at the courthouse, talking about her legal move. It will be posted shortly.

Justin Bieber Drinking Investigation Lacks Cojones

Published | Updated

Cops in Maryland hit a local bar this weekend after receiving a call from someone claiming 16-year-old Justin Bieber was inside boozing -- but what they found ... was a woman who looked just like him.

TMZ spoke with multiple people inside the "Mug and Mallet" bar in Ocean City who confirm that cops entered on Saturday night looking for an underage drinker with a bowl haircut and a tiny frame.

But the only person who fit that description was a 27-year-old woman named Katie.

Katie tells us she had to whip out ... her ID and prove she wasn't JB -- though she says she gets mistaken for the singer, "all the time!"

If only the cops would've checked the real Bieber's Twitter page -- they would have known he was in The Bahamas with Kim Kardashian.

Joe Jackson Blames AEG for Michael's Death

Published | Updated

Dr. Conrad Murray had requested lifesaving equipment and back-up help for Michael Jackson from the promoter of the London concerts -- AEG -- but the company never came through, according to a new complaint filed by Joe Jackson.

TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG by filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the concert promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.

Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a heart resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.

According to the complaint, Joe is accusing AEG of co-opting Murray's medical judgment by enticing him with a huge salary -- in effect engaging in the "unlawful practice of corporate medicine."

Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.

AEG and Murray had no comment.

Katherine Jackson: My Way Or the Highway

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned there's a standoff at the Jackson family homestead between Katherine Jackson and Jackson baby mama Alejandra Jackson -- but the smart money is on Katherine.

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine has asked Alejandra and her four kids -- Jermajesty, Jaafar (both fathered by Jermaine Jackson), as well as Donte and Randy Jr. (both sired by Randy Jackson) to move out, because they're just too much for Katherine to handle.

Although Katherine and the Michael Jackson estate have offered to let Alejandra and her brood move into a nearby condo owned by MJ, Alejandra has lawyered up. We're told Katherine wants Alejandra to sign a confidentiality agreement and Alejandra wants better digs and a fabulous parting gift in the form of money.

Sources tell us Alejandra's lawyer has not made a specific demand, but Katherine realizes she needs Alejandra and her kids to move so she can care for Michael's 3 kids. We're told Katherine is back in town and ready to lay down the law and tell her former daughter-in-law -- it's either the condo or the highway.

Mind you ... Katherine cares deeply for her grandkids but is not going to be held hostage by someone who has no legal claim. True enough, Jermaine owes Alejandra back child support ... but Katherine does not see that as her problem. Plus, Katherine is living on an allowance, can't afford a payoff and we're told the MJ estate will not ante up money for Jermaine and Randy's obligations.

Battle in High Gear Over Dennis Hopper Estate

Published | Updated

A dogfight is shaping up over Dennis Hopper's estate ... and an unintended victim could be his 7-year-old daughter Galen.

We've learned lawyers for Victoria Hopper and Dennis' estate met last Friday to try and hash out an agreement -- to no avail. We're told the people in control of the estate -- the trustees -- want to kick Victoria and Galen off of Dennis' property immediately, but Victoria refuses to go.

As for dividing up the spoils of the estate, we've learned Dennis Hopper drafted an amendment to his estate plan back in March, in which he effectively tried to cut down Galen's share from 40% to 25%. Under California law, however, the amendment may not be valid, because changes to an estate plan are severely restricted when a divorce is pending.

And we've learned the lawyers have already drawn the battle lines over Victoria's cut in the estate -- she believes she's entitled to 25% ... the estate believes she should get zippo.
