Susan Sarandon is a sight to behold in this video ... looking like a cross between a flower child and Victorian aristocracy ... as she sang the praises of LSD and Timothy Leary.

Sarandon held a ceremony last week honoring Leary at Burning Man. They were pals and he left her some of his ashes after he died in 1996, while the lump sum was shot up into space.

Susan's definitely a fan of LSD. She doesn't say she's ever indulged, but when you watch the video it's not hard to read between the lines.

Susan held a procession and then spread her divvy of the ashes on the Playa.

The best part of the video ... Sarandon asking everyone to recall their favorite or worst trips.

Jesse Jane has a message for all the haters who still think she was drunk when she passed out in Vegas ... take a date rape drug and see what happens to you.

TMZ posted video of the porn star Tuesday in a stupor on the Vegas Strip.

Jesse is extremely upset by Internet users, whose comments include:

- "Tequila is no bueno, that's what u call white girl wasted."

- "It's hard to hold your liquor when you have no soul."

Jesse's now hurling back at all the trash talkers.

Porn star Jesse Jane says what looked like a case of her getting wasted Tuesday in Las Vegas was really the result of her getting roofied.

A rep for Jesse says she slammed 2 shots at a bar inside a Vegas hotel … problem is she got them from a stranger. Soon after, Jesse and her friends left the bar and she passed out cold on the Vegas Strip, which was when the video was shot.

Friends managed to get her back to her hotel room where she recovered. Jesse believes she was drugged because she woke up not remembering much, feeling weak and vomiting.

This is not the way you typically see porn legend Jesse Jane on her back -- she got so blasted in Las Vegas, she fell unconscious on a sidewalk in the middle of the day.

According to witnesses, 35-year-old Jesse was with a small group of friends on Tuesday when she went down across the street from Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino ... shortly after 1 PM.

You can tell from the video, Jesse is completely unresponsive. In other words ... her fun day in Vegas just took a turn for the worse. MUCH worse. We're told her friends eventually stopped trying to wake her up, and just carried her away.

WWE Divas Alicia Fox and Paige took a break from inflicting pain upon each other and combined forces against a drunk bar patron.

Katie Rees -- who was stripped of her Miss Nevada crown in 2006 after nude photos of her surfaced online -- was busted Tuesday night for felony possession of meth.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, Rees was the passenger in a car driven by her boyfriend that was pulled over by police for speeding and failing to signal.

The paper says that during their interrogation of Rees and her boyfriend, police found rolling papers, two smoking pipes and a canister containing what police believed to be marijuana. Cops also found, Xanax, Oxycontin and meth ... which Rees admitted to smoking earlier in the day.

Reese was booked on five different drug charges, including felony possession of meth.

The boyfriend was arrested on multiple felony counts as well.

Rees was busted in 2008 for allegedly assaulting a police officer. She was also busted on felony drug charges earlier this year.

Snoop Dogg is calling B.S. on the Tom Brady ruling -- basically saying it ain't fair that Brady will skate ... while players suspended for weed will still be forced to miss games.

Snoop is specifically pissed over Le'Veon Bell -- the Pittsburgh Steelers running back who's suspended for 2 games stemming from a marijuana arrest back in 2014.

In his rant, Snoop calls the situation "bulls**t" ... and then writes, "Do we get leveon bell 26 bac for game one or does this rule just apply to qbs?"

Just weeks after leaving rehab, NBA star Ty Lawson has returned to the Hollywood club scene ... only smarter ... this time, leaving as a PASSENGER in a waiting ride, TMZ Sports has learned.

The Houston Rockets star -- who was arrested for DUI back in July and in January -- was leaving Warwick on Sunset Blvd. around 1:40 AM ... but appeared completely sober.

It's not illegal for Lawson to be around booze -- he's just not allowed to drink it -- which is why the judge in his Denver DUI case ordered him to be on monitored sobriety and install a monitoring device in his home.

No more fab brunches for Kim Richards at the Beverly Hills Hotel -- but she also won't be dining in county jail ... after striking a plea deal for her drunken arrest.

Prosecutors offered the following deal in court this morning: 3 years probation, 52 AA classes, and 30 days community labor. Kim wasn't in court, but her attorney accepted the deal on one condition -- that she instead get community service.

Her attorney says Kim can't do labor tasks -- such as freeway cleanup duty -- due to a foot injury. Kim also has to stay away from the Bev Hills Hotel -- where she was busted back in April for an alleged drunken rampage.

11:00 AM PST: TMZ has learned the woman arrested is not a stripper, but IS an employee of the Pink Pony strip club.

Young Dro has not only royally pissed off a stripper, she says he set her up and got her arrested for weed and an illegal gun.

According to a police report, Dro was in a city near Atlanta in February when he went to a stripper friend and asked to borrow her Cadillac. She agreed, with one condition ... that he pick her up after her shift at the Pink Pony.

Dro stood the stripper up, so she used her OnStar to track down the Caddy, which she found in a parking lot. Turns out cops were interested in the car as well, because they had just seen 2 men wildly driving it. So the stripper and cops showed up at the same time.

PROBLEM: Cops saw a big bag of weed in plain view in the backseat. That triggered a search, which produced a gun that turned out to be stolen.

To the stripper's shock, cops arrested her for the ganja and the gun.

When the stripper got sprung, she filed a grand theft auto report against Dro, and cops arrested him.

An Uber would have been so much easier.

Young Buck will not be going to prison for playing dirty with his pee.

Buck was facing 5 years for trying to pass off someone else's urine as his own during a random drug test in his weapons case. He brought someone else's pee to the probation department in a plastic bag and tried to pass it off as his own ... but he got caught.

The judge showed mercy, agreeing with prosecutors that rehab was more appropriate than prison. As Bossip first reported ... Buck must complete a treatment program, 100 hours of community service and pay a $7.5k fine.

Ex-L.A. Kings player Mike Richards has been charged with possession of a controlled substance over an incident involving prescription drugs ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were investigating the NHL player for allegedly transporting Oxycodone across the border back in June.

Now, we've learned he's been charged with a crime -- and if convicted as a first time offender, he faces up to 6 months behind bars.

USC football coach Steve Sarkisian says he will get "treatment" -- after a drunken incident at a USC football event .... but he insists he's not an alcoholic.

Sarkisian just addressed the media and again apologized for his drunken behavior Saturday night -- where he cussed and trashed PAC 12 schools to a packed crowd.

Sarkisian says he mixed booze with medication that night -- which caused him to act differently. He would not name the medication he was on.

As for the treatment he will be receiving, Sarkisian was not clear -- but said, "I don't know that I need rehab."

He also says he will not drink alcohol for the rest of the football season.

Sark added, "The moral of the story is if you mix medication with alcohol, you say things or do things you regret."

And get this ... the USC players punished Sarkisian by making him do a "hard lessons" physical workout session, generally reserved for when players screw up.
