Tyson Fury Vacates Titles After Cocaine Drama 'Focusing On Treatment, Recovery'

Heavyweight boxing champ Tyson Fury has voluntarily vacated his WBO, WBA and IBO titles so he can "fully focus on his medical treatment and recovery" ... so says a rep for the fighter.

In a statement issued by Fury's marketing team, Hennessy Sports -- they never mention cocaine specifically ... but they do make reference to a "serious medical condition."

"[Vacating the belts] will also allow him the time and space to fully recover from his present condition without any undue pressure and with the expert medical attention he requires and his close family support."

Fury failed two drug tests leading up to his fight with Wladimir Klitschko -- both tested positive for cocaine -- and Fury later admitted he's had a ton of blow over the years.

"I feel that it is only fair and right and for the good of boxing to keep the titles active and allow the other contenders to fight for the vacant belts that I proudly won and held as the undefeated heavyweight champion of the world when I defeated the long-standing champion Wladimir Klitschko," Tyson said in the statement.

"I now enter another big challenge in my life which I know, like against Klitschko, I will conquer."

The clock's tickin' on Tyson Fury's reign as WBO heavyweight champ ... 'cause the boxing org. hit the fighter with an ultimatum ... tell us why you should keep your belt, or lose it.

In case you missed it ... Fury pulled out of his Oct. 29th rematch with Wladimir Klitschko after testing positive for cocaine.

Now, the WBO has spoken ... telling Fury he has 10 days to "show cause why your title should not be vacated due to inactivity, breach of contract and performance enhancing drugs and stimulants."

The letter was delivered Oct. 7th ... giving Fury til' October 17th to respond.

And if he doesn't answer? A rep for the WBO tells us he'll likely be stripped of his title.

Regardless, the rep says they'll decide Fury's fate next week at the WBO convention in San Juan.

Ex-NFL QB Marcus Vick Arrested Again ... Crack Cocaine Possession

12:10 PM PT -- According to a police report obtained by TMZ Sports, cops found a small baggie of "suspected" crack cocaine, a baggie of molly and some marijuana residue inside Vick's apartment.

More bad news for Marcus Vick ... the ex-NFL QB -- and younger brother of Michael Vick -- was arrested over the weekend in Virginia on a drug possession charge.

Cops say they went to Vick's apartment in Newport News on Saturday after someone complained about a marijuana odor in the area.

Police say the smell became stronger when Vick opened the door to his place.

He let the officers come inside and search the apartment. Vick was taken into custody for possession of a schedule I or II drug.

The former Virginia Tech standout is already on probation stemming from an assault case earlier this year -- and could now face serious time behind bars.

In case you missed it -- Vick led cops on a CRAZY foot chase during the assault arrest.

WWE Star Paige Suspended 60 Days ... Second Wellness Policy Violation

WWE Diva Paige has been suspended 60 days for violating the company's talent wellness policy, the WWE announced Monday morning.

This is Paige's second violation in 3 months. She was hit with a suspension in August ... the same day her BF former WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio failed a drug test and was suspended.

FYI -- the wellness policy covers everything from substance abuse to annual physicals and cardiovascular health.

Paige hit up Twitter to share her reaction to the news ... and seems to make the argument that the suspension is bogus.

Deontay Wilder I Don't Want Tyson Fury to Die ... Coke Problem's No Joke

They've trashed each other for YEARS -- but boxing superstar Deontay Wilder is putting his feud with Tyson Fury on hold ... saying he truly wants Fury to get help for his cocaine problem so he doesn't die.

TMZ Sports spoke with Wilder -- who tells us the "real" Tyson Fury is not the monster you see in the media ... "He really is a good dude."

Wilder says he was really impacted when he learned about Fury's drug problem and suicidal thoughts -- and says he's even willing to fly to England to lend his support to his embattled rival.

That being said, Wilder still wants to beat the hell out of him ... saying, "We didn’t promote [a possible fight] this many years to be beat behind some kind of drug activity."

In the past, Fury has threatened to sexually assault Wilder.

Wilder said he was going to baptize Fury with his fists.

'American Idol' Finalist Busted In Undercover Drug Sting

"American Idol" finalist Curtis "C.J." Harris was arrested in an undercover drug bust for allegedly selling oxycodone and marijuana.

Law enforcement officials in Alabama tell us Harris was arrested Thursday after allegedly selling drugs to a confidential informant.

Harris was hit with 3 counts of felony distribution of a controlled substance. We're told he's still in custody and is being held on a $90k bond.

Harris finished 6th during season 13 of the show ... Caleb Johnson took home the crown that year.

Todd Marinovich Charged with Public Nudity ... In Bizarre Drug Case

Ex-NFL quarterback Todd Marinovich has been charged with multiple criminal charges stemming from a bizarre naked drug arrest ... and faces up to 3 years in jail if convicted ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the 47-year-old former USC star was arrested on August 19th in Irvine, CA after cops say they found him naked in a random person's backyard ... after ditching a bag of drugs.

Cops say they later found the bag which contained meth, marijuana, syringes, a pipe ... and Todd's wallet with his I.D.

Now, the Orange County D.A. says the office is moving forward with 5 misdemeanor charges against Marinovich including meth possession, weed possession, public nudity and 2 trespassing charges.

If convicted on all counts, officials say he faces a maximum of 3 years in jail.

He's due back in court next month.

Playmate Ashley Mattingly Arrested for Drunken Joyride

Former Playmate Ashley Mattingly was arrested for suspicion of DUI after allegedly plowing her golf cart into 4 parked cars, but she's not willing to accept blame.

According to a witness, Mattingly wrecked last weekend while tooling around her Laguna Beach neighborhood. Cops tell us the witness snapped pics, which they used to trace the vehicle back to Ashley. When they got to her house, we're told she appeared to be under the influence, and arrested her.

Ashley has a different story though -- she tells us someone stole her golf cart and went on a joyride. She adds she wouldn't have answered the door if she had anything to hide from cops.

As for the DUI -- Ashley admits she does mix extra strong drinks at home sometimes ... which doesn't seem like the greatest defense. That giant gash on her face might also be tough to explain away.
