Dennis Rodman has been named in a police report -- by a woman who claims she was drugged last week during a hotel drinking session with the ex-NBA star ... TMZ has learned.

According to the report filed with Ft. Lauderdale PD ... 22-year-old Angela Torre says she met Rodman and a friend named Charlie at the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel on July 1st.

Torre claims the three went back to a hotel room -- where she had "one drink and a shot" ... and then she blacked out. Next thing she remembers is waking up in the hospital.

The guy who claims he was fired after getting the doobie-ous title, first person to buy legal weed in Washington -- says he's already on the hunt for a new job ... and he's trading on his newfound stoner fame.

Mike Boyer -- a security guard in Spokane -- says he was sacked after making the news for being the first guy in the state to buy legal buds.

Mike tells us his employer made him to take a drug test, but he told them he'd fail ... so his employer gave him the boot before the results came in -- even though he says his record was spotless.

Mike says he doesn't regret his new-found distinction ... and now he's looking to cash in on his local fame. He's hit up every dispensary in town and filled out an employment application.

Mike adds, "I'm the number one guy for legal weed in Washington."

Kelly Osbourne fell flat on her ass all by her lonesome ... and Kelly is full of crap when she says the paparazzi pushed her to the ground ... so claim the photogs.

Osbourne was photographed leaving a restaurant/bar in London Tuesday night with boyfriend Ricki Hall. The photos tell the story ... she ate it big time.

Kelly took to Twitter, claiming she got "pushed by paps." But the photogs on the scene tell us … she looked "a bit worse for wear" and slipped. We're guessing the American translation for "worse for wear" has something to do with alcohol.

When in Denver, do as the Denverites do ... but President Barack Obama drew the line at smoking pot.

Obama was in town Tuesday night and hit up a few "man of the people" type spots.

As Obama shook hands with a few of the bar patrons, one guy yelled out, "Do you want a hit, man?"

Michelle Rodriguez is treating herself to an early birthday present -- Zac Efron -- the two were all over each other Monday during a night of hard partying in Sardinia.

Michelle -- who turns 36 Saturday -- and the 26-year-old "Neighbors" star hit up a club in Porto Cervo off the coast of Italy ... and if there was any doubt they're banging, well ...

The photog says Michelle was drinking and smoking and had to steady herself at times ... grabbing onto an overhead pole while Zac slobbered all over her.

The relationship problems between Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are more about alcohol than partying ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

As you know Kourtney threw Scott out of their house recently because she was fed up with the way he parties. Now we know the way ... and it involves booze.

We're told Kourtney was upset because when Scott went out he got wasted, and when he came home it wasn't pretty. It's not that he did it every night, but when he did she went ballistic.

Here's the good news. Kourtney has no problem with Scott going to clubs. In fact ... he makes a lot of money doing appearances, and it's good for the Kardashian business.

For Scott's part ... he's promised Kourtney he'd stay away from the bottle when he went clubbing, and so far so good.

Disick took home a nice paycheck -- around 50k -- for his gig Saturday night at Harrah's Pool After Dark. Our spies say he didn't have a single drink all night but did smoke a bunch of cigarettes.

And he wore some cool shoes.

As we previously reported, Scott and Kourtney have been working on their marital problems with the pastor who married Kim and Kanye. Our sources say Pastor Wilkerson has been a good influence on Scott and he's cut back on the drinking big time.

We're told with baby #3 on the way, Scott is ready to settle down and be a good dad.

Justin Bieber acts like an animal because of massive drug abuse ... that's what the lawyer in Bieber's paparazzi assault case believes and he's dragging in Biebs' closest friends to prove it.

We've learned the lawyer repping the paparazzo who claims Bieber ordered his goons to beat him up will subpoena Lil Za, Lil Twist, Khalil, Scooter Braun and others ... and the focus will be drugs and booze.

The lawyer believes if Bieber's buds are honest ... they'll fess up about the connection between the singer's bizarre, aggressive behavior and his consumption of sizzurp, weed and alcohol.

Something interesting ... Bieber's trainer, Patrick Nilsson, made the list ... and that could backfire. Sizzurp and muscles generally don't go hand-in-hand.

Columbus Short celebrated July 4th by getting in trouble with the law for the 4th time in 4 months.

Short was at the Katy Trail Ice House -- a popular bar in Dallas -- for around 4 hours and was drinking a lot. An eyewitness says Columbus got up and it looked like he was leaving without paying the tab. A security guard started talking to him and Columbus started screaming.

We're told Columbus accused the guard of racism, but the guard fired back, he was also black. A scuffle between the 2 ensued.

We're told several off duty Dallas cops -- who work at the bar on weekends -- broke up the fight but the fired "Scandal" star was still hotter than fish grease.

We're told Columbus started screaming at the cops and tried attacking them. As one source at the bar put it, "He was like a dog with a bone who wouldn't let it go."

The cops then did what cops do -- they arrested Short, but not for assault ... for public intoxication.

Short was taken to jail.

Justin Bieber got a big break ... despite the fact that he and his buds turned a private jet into a hotbox during a flight to the Super Bowl ... the FAA has cleared the singer after an investigation.

As TMZ previously reported ... the plane was stopped after it arrived at Teterboro airport in New Jersey because of a strong odor of pot coming from the plane.

Nonetheless the FAA determined neither Biebs nor any of the other passengers interfered with the flight crew ... so case closed.

Justin Bieber has some gall ... having a better 4th than just about any true American ... knocking back a few cold ones on an enormous yacht.

Biebs ... was off the coast of Miami Beach -- shirtless of course -- drinking a frosty Corona on the bow of his rented luxury vessel.

Last time the pop star was in Miami Beach he was busted for DUI ... so this is a safe move unless Biebs takes the helm.

After a rollercoaster year, and life, in and out of sobriety ... a lot of people had her pinned for the 27 Club -- aka the first club Lindsay didn't want to enter.

Infamously, rock legends Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, and Amy Winehouse all died before their 28th birthdays.

Shia LaBeouf is NOT in rehab ... but he IS getting treatment for alcohol addiction ... TMZ has learned.

Shia's rep tells us ... reports that he entered a rehab facility are bogus. She says his bizarre conduct over the last few months is symptomatic of a larger health issue -- alcohol addiction -- and he understands it.

It sounds like Shia is in a 12-step program. The rep says "he has taken the first of many necessary steps toward recovery."

We also got pics Tuesday showing Shia carrying an AA book for all to see.

Robin Williams is at a rehab facility again ...but his people tell TMZ it's NOT because he fell off the wagon.

Williams is at Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center near Lindstrom, Minnesota.

Robin is in a part of the facility called The Lodge -- there are lots of fancy descriptions, but it's essentially a program to maintain long-term sobriety.

We're told Robin will be staying for several weeks.

Robin has struggled with addiction for decades. He cold turkeyed cocaine and alcohol in the early 1980s and was sober for 20 years ... then fell off the wagon. He went to rehab in 2006.

Robin's rep tells TMZ, "After working back-to-back projects, Robin is simply taking the opportunity to fine-tune and focus on his continued commitment, of which he remains extremely proud."

Shia LaBeouf showed strong signs today he's getting help for some kind of substance abuse issue in the wake of his string of bizarre meltdowns.

Shia was in the L.A. area ... clutching an Alcoholics Anonymous book.

We don't know if Shia is just reading up or taking more formal action ... but it would seem there's a connection to his arrest last week after causing a scene at Studio 54 in NYC. As we reported, there have been other -- apparently alcohol-fueled incidents -- at a strip club in New York a week earlier and at a restaurant in L.A. a month ago.

We've reached out for comment about the photos ... so far no word back.

Chris Brown is now privately admitting he was falling-down drunk after the BET awards Sunday ... but says it's not because he drank to excess -- it's because he can't hold his liquor.

We posted the video first thing Monday morning ... showing an absolutely obliterated CB being carried out of Playhouse in Hollywood.

Chris is saying ... he hadn't had a drink in 6 months -- mostly because he was either in rehab or jail. Chris says he was goaded at Playhouse into drinking ... by famous folk like Lil Wayne, Tyga and Soulja Boy. They wanted him to celebrate his triumphant return on the BET stage by doing shots.

Chris admits to having the proverbial "several" shots, but that was all she wrote.

Robert Downey Jr. has been very privately helping his son struggle with addiction problems for years ... with some success ... sources connected with the family tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... 20-year-old Indio was arrested Sunday for cocaine possession. We're told it's the latest slip in his ongoing struggle with drugs ... and his dad has been deeply involved in Indio's treatment.

Indio has been in and out of treatment programs for several years. One source says until Sunday Indio had a fairly long stretch of time when he was clean, in no small part because of Robert's counseling.

We're told Robert feels a degree of guilt as a father ... because he's been through the same struggle.

One source put it this way, "Because of Robert's own struggle he's very much in tune with his son's sobriety. And that has really helped Indio."

Everyone we've spoken with says Indio is a good person who is polite, well-mannered and serious about trying to stay clean, but like so many people with addiction problems, he's slipped.

Indio has also seen Robert help others who have struggled, including Mel Gibson.
