8:04 PM PT -- Lamar's former manager Gina Rodriguez tells TMZ ... "From 2023 to 2025 Lamar Odom owned Odom Recovery Group which was a marketing company for rehabs, senior living and dental. He never started a business with Dante or Martinez, in fact they opened 'Odom Wellness Treatment Centers' as a LLC in early 2023 without Lamar on it and Lamar's attorney had it closed by May of 2023 when it came to Lamar's attention."

She continues ... "Lamar chose not to work with them because of them opening the business without his name on it. This story they made up about the marijuana is not true. I have all the communication from them and so does the attorney. This was merely a sad attempt at getting themselves some press with a false story."

In response to Gina's statement, Dontae tells TMZ ... he stands by everything he said on the record in our previous story.

Lamar Odom's rehab business partnership is officially over ... but TMZ Sports has learned the split has nothing to do with his DUI arrest this past weekend.

Christian hip-hop artist Dontae Ralston tells TMZ ... Lamar parted ways with his rehab business partners at Odom Wellness Treatment Centers less than a year after acquiring the facilities, with the breakup going down around late 2023 or early 2024.

Dontae and Hall of Fame skateboarder Dennis Martinez decided to end their partnership with the former NBA star because Lamar continued publicly promoting marijuana, despite being affiliated with rehab centers that frequently treat patients specifically for marijuana addiction.

'SNL' Alum Chris Redd is speaking out about getting assaulted in NYC three years ago -- and he's ruling out as a suspect his ex-pal -- Kenan Thompson -- in the unsolved case.

Chris was in New York City on Wednesday night when a photog asked him about someone socking him in the face outside the Comedy Store in Manhattan's Greenwich Village in 2022.

Despite rumors Kenan was behind the assault, Redd says, "No, Kenan did not hit me. People took it like Kenan hit me ... he didn’t hit me, no." The NYPD tells us they haven't arrested anyone and the investigation is ongoing.

You may recall, Chris and Kenan were friends and costars on 'SNL' from 2017 to 2022, but their relationship soured over Kenan's ex-wife, Christina Evangeline. Chris previously said Christina helped him through a rough period during his pill addiction, and they had formed a romantic bond. That drove a wedge between Chris and Kenan.

Fentanyl has killed another American ... and this time it's Jackson Browne's son Ethan Browne, an actor, model, and musician.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Ethan died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and lidocaine.

The medical examiner says the manner of death was accidental.

Nick Reiner knows he killed his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner, but he doesn't understand why he's in jail ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

Our sources say Nick's fatal mental spiral occurred about a month before the murders, when doctors changed the meds he was taking for schizoaffective disorder -- a severe mental illness that causes delusions, hallucinations, and mania. The meds made him increasingly dangerous and erratic. We're told the meds are still not working properly.

Nick Reiner's mental breakdown in the weeks leading up to the murders of his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner, is directly tied to a head-scratching decision by doctors to change the meds he was taking for his mental illness ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

TMZ has a new documentary -- "TMZ Investigates: The Reiner Murders: What Really Happened" -- airing Friday at 8 PM ET on FOX and dropping on HULU Saturday. We explain in the doc, Nick was diagnosed around 2020 with schizoaffective disorder ... a condition that manifests itself with schizophrenia symptoms -- including delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized thinking -- and mood disorder symptoms, including mania and severe depression.

Our sources say a month before the murders, Nick was stable on his meds for schizoaffective disorder ... we're told the meds were working just fine. For some reason, his doctors decided to change the meds. Our sources would not say why doctors made that decision ... only that we would be shocked to learn the reason, which we're told makes no sense.

The viral reports of people "scromiting" -- AKA barfing their guts out -- after smoking weed are nothing but propaganda from "Big Alcohol," who are Big Mad their sales are down ... so says High Times' publisher Josh Kesselman!!!

Alcohol consumption was reportedly down about 54% in 2025 to its lowest point in nearly a century in the United States ... as more Americans are favoring health and cannabis trends over scarring their livers. There have also been several bankruptcy filings from distilleries in the past few months.

TMZ Sports has obtained more details about Lenny Dykstra's New Year’s Day traffic stop ... with cops suspecting the former Mets star had either crack or meth on him.

Pennsylvania State Police claim Dykstra -- who was the passenger -- opened the glove box during questioning just after midnight to confirm his identification ... and they observed in plain sight a "container holding suspected crack-cocaine/methamphetamine and a glass smoking device containing suspected drug residue."

Police didn't field test the substances, but he has since been formally charged with misdemeanor possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to local reports.

Ousted Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, will face justice Monday morning for alleged drug trafficking and other serious crimes — as they are transported from an NYC detention facility to a federal courthouse.

FOX News filmed the couple — wearing handcuffs and shackles — being led by heavily-armed federal agents into a helicopter for the short flight from Brooklyn to lower Manhattan, where they will make their first appearances in court after being indicted.

After the helicopter landed at a heliport, Maduro and Flores were escorted to an armored truck, which drove them to the courthouse. Maduro is charged with narco-terrorism, conspiracy to import cocaine, and other offenses. Flores faces charges including cocaine importation conspiracy and possession of machine guns.

Colombia could be next up on Donald Trump's hit list.

The president floated the idea Sunday while speaking to a group of reporters aboard Air Force One ... after referring to Colombian President Gustavo Petro as a "sick man" who "likes making cocaine."

The commander-in-chief vowed that Petro would not be "doing it very long" -- referring to cocaine production -- prompting a reporter to ask if there would be a U.S. military operation in Colombia. Trump bluntly replied, "It sounds good to me."

Two weeks ago, Trump made an initial threat to Petro, telling him to "watch his ass" and calling him an “illegal drug leader.” Following the arrest of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro, Petro said he's not worried about anything happening to him.

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria was facing charges of public intoxication and resisting a peace officer before her tragic death last week ... TMZ has learned.

As you know, Victoria was found dead at Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning, with the dispatch audio indicating it was a suspected overdose.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Victoria is accused of being in a public place while under the influence of toluene, which the National Institutes of Health describes as an inhaled solvent "voluntarily used by adolescents and adults for their euphorigenic effects."

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria had a plea deal that demanded sobriety waiting to be signed ahead of her sudden death ... TMZ has learned.

As you know, she was found deceased at Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning, with the dispatch audio indicating it may be related to an overdose. We also told you she had multiple run-ins with the law over the years ... with a recent drug-related arrest in April.

And, according to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Victoria was offered a plea deal following the April incident, during which she was found to be in unlawful possession of cocaine -- and resisted arrest. The plea deal Napa County had offered would require her to plead guilty to resisting/obstructing arrest and possessing a controlled substance ... but would free her of the charge against her of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In return, she'd have to refrain from using drugs and submit to random testing.

10:30 AM PST --  President Donald Trump said Venezuela VP Delcy Rodríguez has been sworn in as the president of Venezuela -- when asked about her, Trump said, "She’s, I guess, the president" and said she was "picked by Maduro."

He claimed she will work with the U.S., adding ... "She had a long conversation with Marco [Rubio] and said we’ll do what you need. She had no choice."

She previously denounced America's military involvement and Maduro’s capture.

9:16 AM PST --  President Donald Trump has announced that he plans to "run" the country of Venezuela “until such time that we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition,” in a press briefing Saturday morning. His announcement comes after the U.S. military captured the country’s president, Nicolás Maduro, and his wife, who are being transported to America on drug and weapons charges.

Trump did not offer how the United States would oversee Venezuela but noted he has his eyes set on Venezuela’s vast oil reserves. He suggested American oil companies can rebuild the country’s energy infrastructure and consequently regaining rights to the oil there, adding ... "It’s going to make a lot of money."

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, have been indicted on drug and weapons charges following their overnight capture by the United States military.

As you know, President Donald Trump said Saturday the pair was taken by U.S. troops and is currently on a warship en route to New York to face charges, which can carry a hefty prison sentence if found guilty.

The commander-in-chief also shared a photo of him in custody on the USS Iwo Jima looking quite comfy in a matching sweatsuit and a bottle of water in his hand.

In the indictment unsealed Saturday, Maduro and his co-conspirators have been charged with narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy, possession of machineguns and destructive devices and conspiracy to possess machineguns and destructive devices.

President Trump is starting the new year off with a bang -- capturing the leader of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, while launching airstrikes on the South American country.

The prez hopped on Truth Social early Saturday to announce the U.S. military "successfully carried out a large scale strike against Venezuela." He added that Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, were "captured and flown out of the Country."

The commander-in-chief's brief message came several hours after the U.S. attacked the city of Caracas -- Venezuela's capital. Maduro and Flores were reportedly dragged out of their bedroom by U.S. forces in the middle of the night while they were sleeping, according to sources who spoke to CNN.

Witnesses posted videos online showing the strikes as they unfolded, showing large plumes of black smoke and the sky turning fiery red. Attorney General Pam Bondi says Maduro and his wife have been indicted on federal drug and weapons charges in the Southern District of New York. Bondi notes they "will soon face the full wrath of American justice on American soil in American courts."

A witness at Victoria Jones' death scene told first responders she'd been using cocaine in the lead-up to her passing ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... when authorities arrived at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel Thursday morning, they saw blue tinge on Victoria's lips and fingernails and immediately suspected she'd overdosed on drugs.

We're told a female witnesses told first responders Victoria had been doing cocaine that night.
