We’re told Fatal was the passenger in a Dodge Challenger driven by Zanetta L. Yearby -- and he was ejected and killed in an absolutely horrific crash early Friday morning in Gainesville, Georgia. Two car seats and one wheel are about all that's left of the vehicle.

Zanetta was arrested at the scene and charged with DUI, reckless driving, and first degree vehicular homicide. She's still in custody.

Arum's Top Rank boxing promotions company just filed a $100 MILLION lawsuit against Al Haymon -- who many consider the most powerful man in boxing.

According to the suit, Top Rank claims Haymon has been using unsavory tactics to monopolize the boxing industry -- including illegally blocking fights, blocking venues and freezing out other promoters, including Top Rank and Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports company.

Top Rank claims Haymon -- who "famously runs his empire from an old school flip phone" -- is leveraging his impressive client list (which includes Mayweather, Adrian Broner, Danny Garcia and more) to monopolize the boxing industry.

For example, Top Rank claims Haymon cajoled one of his fighters -- Peter Quillin -- to turn down a $1.4 million payday in 2014 (the biggest payday of his career) because Jay Z had won the right to promote the fight and Haymon didn't want to let Roc Nation get his foot into the boxing game.

Top Rank is going after Haymon and his financial backers, the Waddell & Reed investment group for fraud and conspiracy.

Sue Bob White -- who stars in the documentary "The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia" -- learned a 'no duh' lesson ... don't name-drop yourself to cops, when you have outstanding warrants!

Sheriff deputies in Martin County, Kentucky tell TMZ ... Sue Bob and her soon-to-be mother-in-law Virginia came in to bail out Sue Bob's fiancé, Eric -- who she also referred to as her brother ... soooo, yeah.

During the process, we're told Sue Bob couldn't help but mention that she's a famous TV person since the documentary's release. So, deputies ran her name -- just for fun -- and it turned out Sue Bob had an outstanding warrant for shoplifting.

The name-dropping only cost her a $525 fine, but Virginia was less lucky. She had an outstanding warrant for public intoxication, and got arrested.

Kidd Kidd was scheduled to perform Tuesday night at the XXL 2015 Freshman Class concert at the Best Buy Theater ... a show that hypes up and coming rappers.

The NYPD has been on the hunt for Kidd Kidd since February, when he allegedly assaulted and strangled a woman in a domestic dispute.

Kidd Kidd was hauled off and 50 Cent and the rest of the G-Unit crew jumped into action and filled in for him at the show.

Kidd Kidd has had his problems. In 2011, he was parked outside a house in New Orleans when someone sprayed his car with bullets, hitting him 6 times ... 3 less bullets than his mentor.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello went underground Friday night ... for a little wrestling.

Kim Kardashian got an early morning wake-up call -- not from her French hotel's front desk -- but from a random drunk woman banging on her door!

According to our sources ... pregnant and hormonal Kim was rousted out of bed at 4 AM when the woman started kicking her Cannes hotel room door, and trying to get in for a tête-à-tête. Kim went to check who was banging, and got treated to a view of the woman lifting up her dress and flashing her.

We're told Kim yelled at the woman to beat it, but she refused to leave -- and Kim had to call security 3 times before they arrived to gave la chick ... le heave-ho.

Rapper Rick Ross is behind bars once again after being arrested for the second time this month ... and the situation seems way worse than a simple pot bust.

The U.S. Marshals Service tells TMZ ... Ross was arrested Wednesday morning in Fayette County, Georgia and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.

The incident in question happened about two weeks ago, according to the Marshals, and it involved a confrontation between Ross and a man doing work at one of his homes (which was previously owned by Evander Holyfield).

Law enforcement sources tell us the assault charge is for a pistol-whipping, and the kidnapping charge is because the man was allegedly not allowed to leave the house.

Ross was picked up at his main residence, along with his bodyguard, and arrested without incident.

We're told the Marshals were contacted a couple of days ago by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department to assist in the arrest. The Marshals typically assist in high profile and dangerous warrants.

Since Ross travels a lot, the Marshals gathered information about his movements over the course of the past couple of days and decided Wednesday morning at his home was the safest time for the bust.

Two weeks ago, Ross was busted for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, also in Fayette County.

Mo'ne Davis won't have to worry about that whole "finding a job" thing when she grows up -- 'cause the 13-year-old Little League phenom was just DRAFTED by the Harlem Globetrotters.

The legendary hoops team just conducted its 9th annual player draft -- in which it selects people who get an open invite to play with the team whenever they want.

Among the 2015 "draftees" ... soccer star Alex Morgan, 2015 NCAA slam dunk champ LaQuavius Cotton ... and Mo'ne!

"We talked to her yesterday," Globetrotters Sr. V.P. of Communications Brett Meister tells TMZ Sports ... "she was thrilled to be drafted."

Unfortunately, Mo'ne won't be able to join the squad yet because she's about to begin high school ... but the Globetrotters are hopeful they can work something out in the future.

In fact, Meister tells us the team was super impressed with Davis when she played with the gang back in March ... saying, "She fits the Globetrotter DNA. Great athlete, entertainer and personality."

By the way, Mo'ne's birthday is tomorrow ... helluva way to turn 14!

Britney Spears is once again on the market ... she's split from boyfriend Charlie Ebersol.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Britney and Charlie -- who had been dating for the past eight months -- did not have a messy breakup. It kinda looked like it was because Brit deleted several pics of him from social media, but we're told it was more that the relationship simply ran its course.

As TMZ first reported, when the pair got together -- before their first date, even -- Brit's dad made Charlie sign a non-disclosure agreement ... so don't count on him spilling the beans on the relationship any time soon.

Plus, Ebersol's no stranger to the fame game -- he's a TV producer whose dad is sports media legend/"Saturday Night Live" co-creator Dick Ebersol.
