The entire Southern California coastline was roped into the story last weekend, after Alex von Furstenberg -- the son of designer Diane von Furstenberg -- hired a small plane to fly over the beaches with a sign that read, "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women."

It's all over Alex's fiancee, Ali Kay.

According to Reggie's rep, Miller and Ali met at a Malibu supermarket back in March. Reggie says the two flirted and spent the rest of the day texting like crazy -- each sending more than 50 texts to the other in a 6 hour span (we obtained Reggie's phone records and verified the number of text messages that were sent back and forth).

Reggie claims Ali -- a clothing designer -- even texted him 2 provocative photos of herself (above), which TMZ has obtained.

But according to Reggie, in April he had enough and took her out of his phone contact list. But Reggie says in May, Ali reconnected with him, wanting to know why he had closed the door. Reggie says the next day he got an angry call from Alex.

TMZ has learned Hartwell and her husband, former Oakland Raiders linebacker Edgerton Hartwell, were booted from their multi-million dollar Georgia mansion last week -- after the couple defaulted on their loan and the bank sold it shortly after.

Hartwell's rep tells us the couple was in talks with the lender to restructure the loan because the home had lost value -- but that failed. They originally bought the place for $2.9 mil back in 2007 -- but the bank only got $1.9 mil when they resold it this month.

The rep says "Ed and Lisa are fine. They have settled in their [new] home, that sits on 10 acres and they OWN it!"

Usher's bathroom has ignited a war between the singer and the plumbers who worked on it -- and the next thing to be drained could be Usher's wallet.

Bobo Plumbing Company in Georgia claims they never got paid for the $2,335 worth of work they did on Usher's Georgia mansion back in 2007 -- work that included installing a shampoo bowl in the home's private salon and installing all the plumbing in one of his bathrooms.

But here's the catch -- Bobo's is now suing Usher, claiming if they don't get paid, they should have the right to sell the home and take their payment from the proceeds.

The former singer from Diddy's MTV reality show "Making the Band 2" has once again made the cut -- but cops say this time Sara Stokes was using a knife ... to stab her own husband.

We know what you're thinking, "someone must've beat the crap out of this woman" -- but according to cops, it was the exact opposite.

This bloody mug shot was taken after Stokes was arrested for domestic violence August 2 at their home in Moreno Valley, CA.

According to law enforcement sources, Sara stormed out of the house after arguing with husband Tony -- she tripped, fell down and accused him of doing it.

We're told Sara -- who hurt her head in the fall -- grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm -- while their 3 kids watched.

Paramedics and cops came and Stokes was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. The D.A. is deciding whether to charge her.

Sara's lawyer, Eric Kayira, tells us, "Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured."

Somehow ....

Billie Jean Jackson is bound and determined to be a part of Blanket's life -- she just filed legal papers, begging the court to give her three days a week with Michael Jackson's youngest son.

Billie Jean asks the court to grant her three wishes:

1) Hire a handwriting expert to check Michael's will for forgeries
2) Not to be arrested by Katherine Jackson or John Branca
3) Get to visit Blanket every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM

And there's this: "MICHAEL JACKSON IS GOD, and GOD cannot die, yet his ESTATE is in this probate court."

Let that simmer for a bit.

The parents of another man Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise named in today's wacked out press conference say their son, Christopher Caputo, did once date the "unstable" woman -- but it's "totally impossible" for him to be the father of any of Michael Jackson's children.

Caputo's 'rents tell TMZ the two dated when Chris was 16-years-old. They believe Cruise had "mental issues" back then and was "fixated" on their son.

Chris is now 44 and he hasn't spoken to Cruise since high school.

FYI -- On her MySpace, Fields also says she's the "biological mother" of Brad Pitt, all his children, Gisele Bundchen, Leo DiCaprio, Anna Nicole Smith ... and she ran for President in 2008.

The Heal the World Foundation has filed court documents asking for the right to use the Michael Jackson trademark.

The Foundation -- founded by Jackson in the 90's -- has raised millions of dollars for relief efforts around the world.

The Foundation wants to use the Jackson trademark to market products.

TMZ has obtained an order signed off by the judge giving Michael Jackson's estate the authority to sell rights to a Michael Jackson book. The company that wants to purchase the rights -- Opus Media Group.

We just got him on the phone.... He says "Cruise" has been calling him lately to organize a high school reunion. He eventually had to cut off contact because she sounded "not quite right."

They're coming out of the woodwork -- someone else is trying to lay claim to Michael Jackson's kids.

A woman who goes by the name Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise has filed three guardianship petitions -- one for each of MJ's three kids -- claiming "I am the biological mother of Prince Michael Jackson II and all of his siblings." Cruise also claims she's married to Michael Jackson "who is now deceased" -- but is also "engaged to Prince Michael Jackson II's biological father."

She also thinks she's the mother of one of Tom Cruise's kids.

We just got off the phone with Mark Lester, the man who claims he's not only the godfather to Michael Jackson's three kids -- he may also be Paris' baby daddy, thanks to a sperm donation.

Lester seemed agitated when he spoke with News of the World, expressing concern for Jackson's three kids and complaining he hasn't seen them.

We asked if he might go to court to try and force the issue. His answer -- there's "absolutely nothing malicious" about his intentions and it's "highly unlikely" he'll go to court.

As for whether the Jackson family has shut him out of the kids' lives ... Lester wouldn't answer.

Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Londell McMillan, passes this off as a "genetic lottery attempt."

World famous magician Jonathan Pendragon probably really wanted to be at his arraignment in Ventura County on Thursday -- but considering he was in a medical facility on a mandatory hold, he had to miss it.

Pendragon was arrested last month for allegedly firing a bullet into the floor during a dispute with his wife. Fast-forward to last Sunday -- cops picked up Pendragon again, this time for trying to break into the family home, violating his wife's restraining order against him.

Law enforcement tells us when they showed up, Pendragon was in his full performance costume, threatening to kill himself. He was placed on a 5150 hold at a medical facility in Ventura County.

And he wasn't there when his arraignment came up, so he was arrested by Ventura County police for failure to appear.

Pendragon's next magic show might be the fellas down in cellblock B.

TMZ has obtained the first picture that shows "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak with her infamous sugar daddy -- better known as "Big Poppa" -- although "big" seems a bit ironic.

The photo was taken last November at the Hotel Atlantis in the Bahamas -- because real ladies don't stay at the Ramada.
