Khloe's Wedding Hair -- $4,500 For Nothin'
So it's Khloe's wedding day and she wants a straightforward 'do -- some curls, a few extensions, a little added volume -- no problem. That will be $4,500 please ... not including tip ... for a wedding that isn't even real.
According to her stylist Roy Arbib at Shampoo in LA, Khloe wanted to "keep it simple" ... so it's only natural that her wedding hair cost more than a used Honda -- or $4,500 to be exact. And that didn't include the $500 tip she left on her way out.
The swanky salon -- usually closed on Sundays -- opened up just for the bride-to-be and her three friends, who were styled for $1,000.
Good thing she kept things simple.

Crash Victims to 'Dr. Phil' Show -- Give Us a Brake
Five "Dr. Phil" fans are now suing the very show they once loved -- after a road trip to catch a taping of the program allegedly turned into the worst experience of their lives.
Flashback to December 2007, when a bus chartered by the "Dr. Phil" show -- which was carting members of a Ventura County mothers group to see the show -- crashed while en route, injuring 17 people.
According to the lawsuit, filed earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, the brakes on the bus "failed and lost power, making the bus unable to stop" ... causing it to collide with "another vehicle, two concrete curbs, an iron fence and two trees."
Now, five women on board that bus are suing Dr. Phil's production company, claiming the show "negligently hired" the faulty bus to pick them up.
The five women are asking for unspecified damages against Dr. Phil's production company -- Peteski Productions -- along with Bus America, Inc. and the bus driver.

Evi Quaid -- Victim of Unfriendly Fire
The enormous sign Evi Quaid made last week -- which accused her arresting officer of taking bribes -- somehow caught fire this weekend ... and lucky for everyone, the Quaids weren't around to complain about it.
Law enforcement sources say the Quaids skipped town before Evi's sign caught fire on Saturday -- and as of right now, cops don't have any clue as to who's to blame for the flame.
One thing is clear ... someone in Marfa, Texas isn't amused by Evi's antics -- and considering her recent track record with the local police, we don't expect the minor crime to get solved any time soon.

People No One Knew Were Married Now Divorcing
We've learned Emmy Rossum's husband has filed for divorce from the "Dragonball" actress -- less than two years after they secretly wed.
Justin Siegel filed the divorce docs on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. According to the docs, the couple was married in February of 2008.
The docs show Justin wants the court to make Emmy pay for the cost of the divorce -- and he wants spousal support.
They have no children together.
Police Receive Ryan Jenkins' Hard Drive
Buena Park Police officials tell TMZ they've now received the computer hard drive found with Ryan Jenkins when he was discovered hanged back in August.
We're told the BPPD received the hard drive from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police -- who found the computer in Jenkins' room in the Thunderbird Motel in British Columbia on August 23.
As we've previously reported, no suicide note was found with Jenkins -- but police tell us they hope there will be data on the hard drive that will shed new light on the murder of swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore.
Police tell us the case could be closed within weeks.

Hasselhoff's Daughter to 911 -- My Dad Is 'Fine'
We've just obtained the 911 calls that resulted in David Hasselhoff being taken to the hospital last week -- and in one of them, David's daughter tells the dispatcher her mother got someone to call 911 just to start a bunch of drama.
Here's what went down: In the first call, one of Pamela Bach's friends calls 911 to report an incident at Hasselhoff's house. When the dispatcher calls the house, David's daughter Hayley answers the phone.
She begs the dispatcher to call off the ambulance by saying, "Turn around ... we're completely fine." She then blames the whole thing on her mother, saying, "My mom is trying to cause something ... nothing happened here at all."
Bach told us Hayley called her that day and said David had been drinking -- but David later told us he was just having a bad reaction to a combination of meds.
UPDATE: We've reached out to David's publicist, but hey, it's Yom Kippur in Hollywood.
UPDATE 4:01 PM PT: Pamela's rep just gave us the following statement:
"Pamela and her friends' 911 calls last week were in response to receiving a distressed call for help from David's home. During the subsequent call, the dispatcher made the final decision to still send the paramedics after their request to speak with David directly were not met.
Rev. Al -- Ready to Rumble ... with Illiteracy
Reverend Al Sharpton is set to lay the smack down tonight on WWE Raw -- just don't expect to see him bodyslamming John Cena in the ring.
Yesterday in D.C., the preacher man with the best bouffant in the biz told us the only things he'll be fighting are "illiteracy" and "ignorance" as part of a national tour on education. No word on how "ignorance" looks in spandex.
We're told Sharpton was given a "nominal fee" for travel expenses -- but donated that moolah to the tour.

Jackman & Craig -- Can You Hear Us Now?
Wolverine and James Bond are not to be messed with, especially when they're doing the whole acting thing.
Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig were trying to perform their play "A Steady Rain" Wednesday night in NYC -- but some nitwit forgot to turn off his mobile phone. Jackman set the dude straight -- staying in character all the while. Minutes later, the ring tone echoed through the theater again and Craig's response was Tony-worthy.
Neither actor seemed shaken or stirred.

Britney Drops $3,000 on Cavities
Britney Spears, two tater tots in hand, invaded the Sugar Factory candy store in Las Vegas this weekend ... and dropped more money on candy than most people do on a new TV.
We're told Brit went buck nutty on the sweets -- three Halloween baskets for her kids, two buckets of Swedish fish and a box of Sugar Factory milk chocolate. Where she really went off was on lollipops: 25 of her own Circus Tour pops for a whopping $25 a piece.
What a sucker.

'Doctors' Doc Accused of Botched Nipple/Tuck
Not that men actually need their nipples or anything, but one man claims a plastic surgeon from the TV show "The Doctors" is the reason his poor, useless pink spots went missing back in the mid 90s.
We've learned Dr. Andrew Ordon -- who stars on the Dr. Phil produced show -- was penalized by the Connecticut Medical Examining Board in 1999 for providing "negligent care to a patient," this according to documents filed in California in 2000.
We spoke to the guy Dr. Ordon allegedly messed up, who told us the doc performed a nose job and chest liposuction on him back in 1993. The patient (who asked to remain unnamed) says his nose came out crooked and his chest uneven.
The patient claims Dr. Ordon attempted a number of remedies to even out his chest -- including a procedure which removed most of the guy's nipples.
The docs show Dr. Ordon was reprimanded for his negligence and fined $2,500 -- and although he never admitted guilt, Ordon "chose not to contest the allegations" against him.
We called Dr. Ordon for comment ... nada.
Khloe/Lamar Rehearsal Dinner -- Well Rehearsed
A family prayer and an emotional toast are intimate family moments during a wedding rehearsal dinner -- or just what's coming up next on the Kardashian reality show du jour.
The rehearsal dinner for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's wedding was an intimate affair -- if you ignore the camera crew and producers. At one point you can see Khloe's mom, Kris Jenner, arguing with someone on the staff about the cake.
Stay tuned for the wedding ... after a short break from our sponsor.

Guy Claims LiLo Stiffed Him on Rented Ride
The guy who lent Lindsay Lohan his Maserati -- which she proceeded to smash up -- finally came to his senses and decided to just rent her another car instead. The only problem -- he claims she never paid him.
Dennis DeSantis claims Lindsay owes him a total of $10,260 for various cars she rented from his company, Specialty Car Craft, back in May.
The bill goes up to $12,310 when you factor in other expenses like detailing and towing.
Lindsay slightly cracked up the Maserati she borrowed from him back in March. DeSantis forgave her for that, but says he is considering legal action for the unpaid bill.
A rep for Lohan could not be reached for comment.
Lamar Odom's Kids -- No Shows at Wedding
Lamar Odom's baby mama tells TMZ the two kids she shares with L.O. won't be at his wedding to Khloe Kardashian.
Liza Morales also tells us she did not have a meltdown, contrary to some reports, but admits, "Yes, the circumstances over the last few weeks have been upsetting but none of my actions publicly or from the privacy of my home could be classified as a meltdown. I have maintained a brave face for my children who are my main concern and I remain strong for them."
She went on to say she has "the support of my family and friends and Lamar's family have been nothing but supportive of me and the kids during this difficult time. I wish Lamar nothing but happiness we all deserve to be happy."
Taking the high road -- never a bad thing .... but the kids still ain't going to the wedding.
'Top Chef' Fabio - My Old Boss Is a Jerk, Chicken
'Top Chef' fan favorite winner Fabio Viviani claims his old business partner quick-fired him for all the wrong reasons -- and now he's suing the guy for everything and the kitchen sink.
Fabio and a guy named Jacopo Falleni are going after Michael Takeda -- because they claim Michael promised them handsome rewards for helping him start a restaurant in 2006 ... but never got squat.
In the lawsuit, filed in Superior Court in Ventura County, Fabio and Jacopo say they worked 130-140 hours a week for six months getting Cafe Firenze off the ground -- and were promised 15% ownership of the joint and $4,000 a month for their hard work.
And there's this: Fabio claims he's the reason the place got popular ... because after his stint on "Top Chef," business skyrocketed from a half-million dollars a year to nearly $4 million.
In the lawsuit, the fellas claim Takeda chickened out when it came to paying them the 4k a month and never acknowledged their 15% ownership.
They are suing for unspecified damages.
'Family' Star: My BF Dragged Me Through Glass
Jaimee Foxworth -- who briefly played "Judy Winslow" on "Family Matters" -- was just granted a temporary restraining order against her longtime boyfriend after he allegedly did some horrible things to her.
According to the docs, filed in LA County Superior Court, Foxworth claims Michael Shaw physically and verbally abused her ... and at one point grabbed her arm and dragged her along the floor through broken glass.
On another occasion, as Jaimee was feeding her son in the backseat of a car, she claims Shaw "pulled the car over, jumped into the backseat ... tried to push [Jaimee] out of his car, and threatened to drive [her] son away."
The judge granted the TRO the same day the papers were filed -- Shaw has to stay 100 yards away from both her and the kid.
Jamie tells TMZ she "strongly encourages all women to leave unhealthy relationships before it is too late."
