Jasmine Lennard's attorneys just fired off a letter to "LKL" and CNN -- warning them not to let Tila use the show "as a platform to make further false and defamatory allegations" about Lennard.

The lawyer says, among other things, Tila better not allege Jasmine has a criminal record or outstanding warrant, that Jasmine broke into Tila's home, that Jasmine is a prostitute, and that Jasmine is pregnant or has ever been pregnant.

As for "Larry King Live," Tila has told people "LKL" pulled the plug on the interview this morning. CNN had no comment.

Jayson Williams' blood alcohol level was .24 -- 3 times the legal limit -- when he crashed his SUV last week ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Williams was arrested for DWI after his vehicle swerved across four lanes of traffic before striking a tree in NYC early Tuesday morning.

Williams fractured his neck in the accident. He was arraigned in the hospital.

Thomas Dekker -- who played John Connor in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" -- just got a deal he couldn't refuse in his DUI case.

Dekker just pled no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving in connection with an accident in which a 17-year-old bicyclist was injured. Dekker was arrested on two counts of felony DUI and placed on $100,000 bail. He was eventually charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

But apparently the case fell apart when prosecutors learned the bicyclist was at fault -- riding without reflectors the wrong way on a freeway on-ramp.

Dekker was placed on two years informal probation and agreed to take a 12-hour alcohol ed class and pay a $300 fine.

Dekker's lawyer, Blair Berk, could not be reached for comment.

Our sources tell us Arenas has already been called in by the U.S. Attorney but he made it clear he would not testify on grounds of self-incrimination. We're also told Crittenton has lawyered up and took the same position as Arenas.

We're also told head coach Flip Saunders came to the grand jury last week. We don't know if he actually testified in front of the grand jury or just spoke with the U.S. Attorney.

As we first reported, cops are still looking for Javaris' gun -- which witnesses have told cops he tossed into a laundry basket after the confrontation with Arenas. Our sources say someone from the team wheeled the basket out of the locker room. D.C. cops are looking at surveillance video to see if there's a shot of the basket being wheeled out.

Both players could be indicted on felony gun charges.

Heene was photographed today after turning himself in to the Larimer County Detention Center, where he was sentenced to spend 90 days behind bars.

Attorney Michael Flanagan tells TMZ he has already been in touch with Pat Dixon, the Head Deputy District Attorney in the L.A. County D.A.'s office, and Dixon is not sharing any info about the case against Dr. Murray. According to Flanagan, Dixon said he can't share information in a case that could go to the L.A. County Grand Jury.

A spokesperson for the D.A.'s office tells TMZ Flanagan did speak with Dixon on Friday, but all Dixon said was he could not discuss the case. The spokesperson says Dixon never mentioned a possible grand jury.

Richard Heene won't have to worry about the "shower situation" in lockdown -- TMZ has learned dude will get to shower alone.

Heene has roughly an hour to check himself into Larimer County Detention Center -- where he will begin his 90-day sentence for being a hoax-running, resource-abusing d-bag.

We're told Balloon Dad has quite a schedule when he arrives at the jail -- starting with a 72 hour evaluation where authorities will decide where to put the guy.

Heene will also be issued his orange uniform.

As for the food -- Heene will eat breakfast at 6:15 AM every morning. Lights out is at 10:30 PM.

At least he'll be eating like true royalty -- his first meal is turkey a la king with rice.

Outside the Comedy and Magic Club Sunday night, the only words out of Leno's mouth were "I don't know" when asked about the shakeup at NBC -- even though NBC has already announced Leno's taking at least some of Conan O'Brien's time slot back.

As we first reported, Conan now has three options -- one of which could net him as much as $80 million.

Negotiations are set to resume today, so stay tuned ...

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the other Washington Wizards player involved in the incident, Javaris Crittenton, is also facing the possibility of gun charges after witnesses claimed he threw a gun into a locker room laundry basket in an attempt to hide the firearm from team authorities.

We're told, according to witnesses, the whole thing started after Arenas displayed four guns on the bench in front of his locker. Witnesses told authorities Crittenton said, "I have my own gun" -- went to his locker and pulled it out.

Soon after, we're told, witnesses say Wizards officials began to enter the locker room -- and Crittenton tossed his weapon into a laundry bin, which was wheeled out of the locker room before anyone knew what was going on.

Authorities are still looking for Crittenton's gun -- and we're told they're also re-examining surveillance footage, looking for anyone wheeling out the bin.

McFadden, who played ball at the University of Arkansas, rolled into a Little Rock gun shop on Wednesday and purchased at least two firearms -- one of which is a shotgun -- along with camouflage gear and hunting supplies.

We spoke with McFadden's agent, who told us Darren is an "avid hunter and responsible gun collector." The agent added, "Darren holds a gun license and is legally permitted to buy guns in the state of Arkansas. Darren has also taken gun safety classes."

TMZ spoke with the photog -- not one of ours -- who told us, "Of course I'm going to sue them ... but I don't care about the money."

As we previously reported, Lohan's driver is a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.

The photog claims he is "lucky to be alive" -- especially because the driver was wearing sunglasses while driving in a dark alley.

The photog added, "I want to press charges so badly ... she's going to jail."

Lindsay Lohan's car struck a photog this morning, and her driver is now a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.

The incident occurred at 12:30 AM in front The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood. Lindsay's driver was behind the wheel of her BMW when it made contact with the paparazzo.

Lindsay is not a suspect -- though she was reportedly inside the car during the incident.

Ironically, it was Lindsay's assistant that reported the incident.

We broke the story that Jay Leno will be reclaiming his old time slot. There has been speculation that NBC exercised a loophole, which would allow the network to give Conan a portion of his time slot back (12:05-12:35) without having to pay Conan a penalty -- but sources tell us that is not the case.

We're told NBC is in breach of it's agreement with Conan by moving the start time of his show. As a result, Conan now has three options.

Option 1: Quit the show and spend the next four years at the beach. If Conan does this, our sources say NBC would have to pay him the value of his contract. We're told it's a five-year deal, worth as much as $20 million a year. With four years to go, Conan could conceivably get $80 million. But given his skin pigmentation and, possibly, his ego, the beach is unlikely.

Option 2: Go to either FOX or ABC. This is where it gets complicated. If Conan were to strike a deal with either network to do a competing show, any salary Conan pulls in would offset the obligation owed by NBC. So, for example, if Conan made $20 million a year at NBC and ABC were to pay him $15 million a year, NBC would only owe Conan $5 mil a year for the four years remaining in his contract.

Option 3: Eat crow and take the 12:05-1:05 time slot. If Conan takes this option, our sources say it's likely NBC would negotiate a new contract with the same salary Conan was getting before. Even though the salary isn't supported by the time period, it's cheaper than paying him off. NBC, we're told, prefers this option, because Conan would not be splintering Leno's rating by going to another network.

So, Conan, will it be door #1, 2 or 3?

It all went down Thursday -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Rodman was drinking at a restaurant called Waterfalls inside the Atrium Hotel. We're told cops were called after several patrons complained about Rodman's behavior.

Sources at the restaurant tell TMZ Rodman had at least one vodka drink before cops were called.

When police arrived, Rodman was cooperative with the officers and eventually agreed to leave without further incident.

The two co-founders of the legendarily successful dessert shop are calling off their marriage -- and judging by the court docs, they've got millions of dollars of assets to unswirl ... including 14,000,000 shares of the company's stock.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Hyekyung "Shelly" Hwang claims she has rightful claims to several tasty items including an L.A. Pinkberry location, a 2008 Bentley, a $30,000 bank account, $300,000 in treasury bills, furniture, artwork, and jewelry.

It's unclear how much the couple is worth -- but judging by the 73 locations that sprang up in 5 years, we're guessing there's a ton of yogurt money up for grabs.

Thursday night, Stark raced over to his ex-wife's Southern California home after receiving a call that her roof was on fire. Once he arrived, the entire place was a smoldering wreck -- and his ex-wife's giant new family had no place to go.
