Bethenny Frankel and estranged hubby Jason Hoppy buried the hatchet -- temporarily -- to celebrate their daughter Bryn's birthday.

They were strolling the street in NYC, looking happy, but snapshots can be deceiving.

As TMZ first reported, Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013, but they have been in a mega- fight over money and custody issues ever since. Just last month, Bethenny was ordered to fork over $100k to Hoppy's attorneys ... and still there is no deal done.

Jada Pinkett Smith was locked and loaded Wednesday ... telling photogs the pic of her 13-year-old daughter in a bed with a 20-year-old guy was innocent ... and we're all "covert pedophiles" for thinking otherwise.

Jada arrived at LAX for a trip to NYC ... and she was brimming with anger, knowing we'd ask about the pic of Willow and her friend, "Hannah Montana" star Moises Arias.

The divorce between "Game of Thrones" director Alex Graves and his estranged wife has gone nuclear ... he claims she's a vindictive, unbalanced woman who's holding their kids hostage.

Graves claims in court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- that his wife Sarah refuses to let him see his 15-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter unless he falls for her ploy to get more money.

Graves says he worked his ass off as a Hollywood director to provide a stable, upscale lifestyle for his family ... with exotic trips and festive holiday celebrations.

But Graves thinks his wife resented his work and complained for years he didn't earn enough because he's too stupid.

He says she's bipolar and is fixated on the belief he's having an affair. Graves accuses Sarah of spying on him and using their son to try to bait him into admitting infidelity.

13-year-old Willow Smith is old enough to make decisions on who she hangs with -- even innocently in bed ... this according to Willow's parents.

Sources connected to the Smith family tell TMZ ... Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith believe their daughter is "very mature" ... enough so to make her own decisions, as long as they don't clearly cross the line.

Will and Jada view the now-famous photo of Willow in bed with 20-year-old "Hannah Montana" star Moises Arias as innocent fun ... an expression of art.

The Smiths have known Moises for years, and he's best friends with 15-year-old Jaden.

Bottom line ... Will and Jada have NO issue with the pic.

Will Smith's 13-year-old daughter took a pic in bed that's raising a lot of eyebrows ... because she's laying next to a topless 20-year-old man.

In the photo ... Willow Smith is in bed -- fully clothed and on top of the covers -- and an actor named Moises Arias is sitting next to her sans shirt.

Moises -- best known for his role as Rico on "Hannah Montana" -- and Willow don't appear to be touching each other in the black and white shot he posted on Instagram ... still it's a strange scene.

Moises eventually deleted his IG post -- but other people have reposted it and called the image perverted.

It appears the pic was taken by Moises and Willow's friend ... who posted the bed photo and several others of Willow, Jaden Smith and the Jenner girls.

"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter broke down in tears in court just moments ago ... after her mom played a schmaltzy home video of Ariel's childhood memories.

Chrystal Workman played the video for the courtroom as a weird last ditch effort to get her daughter to change her mind about living with her older sister Shanelle ... instead of with her mom.

Chrystal told the court she would relinquish her bid to reclaim her parental rights over Ariel -- after a judge stripped her of custody in 2012 -- if Ariel agreed to watch the video ... which she did.

The home video contained piano instrumentals and pictures from Ariel's childhood -- as a baby, from school, of the whole family together, and more.

Ariel, Shanelle, Chrystal, and several other members of the Workman family were in tears as the video played -- but Ariel didn't change her mind ... and the judge signed off on Shanelle's permanent guardianship.

Master P's estranged wife says the rapper is straight up lying when he says she does drugs in front of their kids ... and claims it's all part of P's attempt to brainwash their kids against her.

Sonya Miller is reacting to last night's comments from her estranged husband, telling a TMZ photog he'd give her whatever she wanted in their divorce ... as long as she got off drugs.

But Miller says she is not on drugs and that she's never done drugs in front of her kids. She says she feels horrible her kids claims she's on drugs, and feels P brainwashed them.

Miller claims P is just using their kids as pawns, saying, "When I filed divorce, that’s when he came and took my kids ... I was the one dealing with and raising those seven kids when he was running the streets."

Master P is willing to give his estranged wife whatever she wants in their divorce, he just wants one thing in return ... for her to get off drugs.

Romeo opened up last night about his mom and dad ... Sonya Miller and Master P's split -- and her legal demand for a chunk of his empire ... telling us, "Honestly, I love my mom to death, but I mean -- we gotta just work out some things. She gotta be a better parent, y'know."

It sounds like he's referring to Master P's allegations that Sonya is smoking marijuana around their children ... which she's denied.

Master P's estranged wife wants a $67 million parting gift from her marriage -- claiming she deserves a HUGE chunk of the rapper's empire ... which includes a small city worth of properties, a fleet of expensive cars, and more.

Sonya Miller just filed legal docs in the couple's bitter divorce, estimating the total value of community assets from the marriage at $178,743,300 -- including 31 properties, 13 cars, 45 companies, and other stuff. She wants nearly 40% of everything.

According to the docs, the real estate properties are spread across Cali, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia -- she wants eight of them. She also wants one of their three large chandeliers (valued around $300,000 a pop).

Sonya estimates the value of Master P's businesses -- including No Limit Records -- at $136,101,000 ... and wants $54 million of that. She also wants $10 million of Master P's "Make 'Em Say Ughh!" energy drink company.

Other stuff -- Sonya wants her $28,000 wedding dress ... and ONE of Master P's 13 cars (the Escalade). Master P also owns a black Rolls, a green Bentley, a Porsche, a Jag, another Escalade, and several other ridiculous vehicles.

All told, Sonya is demanding $67,647,800 -- leaving Master P with a measly $111,095,500.

The transplant gave Robin a fresh infusion of stem cells ... but Wednesday in NYC -- she told us she also inherited some of her sister's physical traits.

We're told they're also getting family photo albums from Pearson.
