7:00 PM PT -- Solange claims she does not know TaQoya, and her rep says the pic is a "random fan photo."

Mathew Knowles' alleged baby mama was tight with Solange Knowles ... but Solange had no idea her friend was banging her dad.

TaQoya Branscomb has sued Mathew, claiming he got her pregnant in 2010 ... around the time Beyonce's mom, Tina Knowles, filed for divorce.

We're told TaQoya met Solange in 2008 through a stylist. They hung out together on multiple occasions in nightclubs and bars in Houston.

Now here's where the plot thickens. We're told Mathew knew his daughter was hanging out with TaQoya. But Solange was in the dark.

Branscomb is asking for a DNA test, a declaration of paternity and child support.

Malia Obama went to a famous L.A. restaurant Monday night -- a restaurant regularly frequented by celebs and paparazzi -- and when the White House found out a photog took her pic, they went into DEFCON 1 to KILL the photos.

The 16-year-old went to Gjelina in Venice, CA with some friends. The photog got the pic as Malia walked out and then sent it to the AKM-GSI agency to sell. The agency posted the pic on its website for media outlets to purchase, but several hours later The First Lady's Office called AKM-GSI and asked them to please take the pics off the website and delete them from their files.

We're told Michelle Obama's people told the agency they had promises from various media outlets not to photograph the 2 girls when they were not in the presence of their father.

AKM-GSI then agreed, sending an email to the media with the subject, "URGENT SET KILL NOTICE."

The text reads, "Please delete the set of Malia Obama from your archive. The set was sent around earlier today. We cannot distribute this set."

Now here's what's interesting. Malia has been in L.A. over the last few weeks, doing an internship on Halle Berry's TV show for part of the time. Then she showed up at a famous restaurant -- Secret Service in tow -- with photogs all over the place.

So is this a case of the President and First Lady taking precautionary action, or is this a concerned famous mom and dad flexing their muscles?

Brady Williams -- patriarch of the polygamous family featured on "My Five Wives" -- now knows the real problem with having 5 wives and 24 children ... he's $400K in debt ... so he's filed for bankruptcy.

His assets are puny compared to his debts.

We've just seen the salaries for two young actors in Hollywood -- one 6 and one 13 -- and you better grab a cold one ... 'cuz it might ruin your 4th of July barbecue.

One of the actors is Nia Long's teenage son ... Massai Zhivago Dorsey Jr. ... who starred alongside his famous mom in "The Single Mom's Club."

According to his contract, 13-year-old Massai got paid the Screen Actor's Guild standard weekly rate of $2,921 plus 10%.

It gets even better for 6-year-old Bobbi Strayed Lindstrom -- whose mom is best-selling author, Cheryl Strayed. Bobbi was hired for the upcoming movie, "Wild," and her contract pays a daily rate of $859 -- or almost $4,300 a week!

Beyonce's trying to have it both ways -- first hinting that Jay Z cheated on her ... and now quickly trying to deflect the self-inflicted rumor by posting cute and cuddly family photos.

The pics of Bey, Jay and Blue Ivy taking in some sort of art display popped up on her website yesterday -- a clear attempt to crush the buzz that there's trouble in paradise.

Beyonce set the Internet on fire earlier this week by changing the lyrics to her song "Resentment" during the Cincinnati stop of her tour (with Jay) ... making it sound like Jay had cheated on her.

It's the same tactic she pulled with pics of Solange and Jay after the elevator fight video.

Nick Cannon seems to think he has the role of Richard Pryor locked up for a new biopic ... but Pryor's kids tell us they don't think he cuts it ... but they say they know who can.

Richard Pryor Jr. and Rain Pryor say the man for the role is Marlon Wayans. They believe Wayans understands their dad's psyche and can connect with the character in a compelling way.

As for Nick ... they just don't think he has the acting chops to pull off the role. They say "Drumline" doesn't give him the cred to play Richard.

But the kids have a more fundamental problem with the biopic ... they tell us it dishonors their dad because it's become a vanity project for their stepmom, Jennifer Pryor, who they believe will skew Richard's life to make her look good.

The kids are also clearly pissed they've been cut out of the project.

This may explain why Nick was kind of coy on TMZ Live Wednesday ... reluctant to acknowledge if director Lee Daniels has tapped him for the role. It seems he wants his participation to fly under the radar, so the family doesn't kick up dust and scare the studio.

Romeo is just like every other kid struggling with divorce, and as a result he's decided he's putting the kibosh on discussing Master P and Sonya Miller's ongoing war ... at least until it's settled.

We tried to ask the formerly Lil’ celeb a simple question about his dad’s famous gold tank from the "Make 'Em Say Ugh" video -- but instead he blurted out a PSA for latchkey kids everywhere.

Robert Downey Jr. has been very privately helping his son struggle with addiction problems for years ... with some success ... sources connected with the family tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... 20-year-old Indio was arrested Sunday for cocaine possession. We're told it's the latest slip in his ongoing struggle with drugs ... and his dad has been deeply involved in Indio's treatment.

Indio has been in and out of treatment programs for several years. One source says until Sunday Indio had a fairly long stretch of time when he was clean, in no small part because of Robert's counseling.

We're told Robert feels a degree of guilt as a father ... because he's been through the same struggle.

One source put it this way, "Because of Robert's own struggle he's very much in tune with his son's sobriety. And that has really helped Indio."

Everyone we've spoken with says Indio is a good person who is polite, well-mannered and serious about trying to stay clean, but like so many people with addiction problems, he's slipped.

Indio has also seen Robert help others who have struggled, including Mel Gibson.

Justin Bieber was a full-on good Samaritan Sunday ... rushing to the aid of 3 of Floyd Mayweather's kids who were involved in a bad car crash.

Here's what we know. Floyd was on the red carpet Sunday afternoon for the BET Awards when he got word his kids were in a bad crash in L.A. Floyd happened to be on the phone with Bieber at the time and told the singer how bummed he was that he was on the red carpet and not there for his kids.

Bieber happened to be in an SUV not too far away from the crash and jumped into action, racing to the scene.

Biebs told the cops he was friends of the family and wanted to check on their well-being.

We're told it was a multi-vehicle collision ... several cars and a motorcycle. The kids were not seriously injured -- one had a busted lip -- and Bieber tried comforting them by playing his new music for them.

Bieber was then allowed to put the kids in his SUV and drove them to Floyd ... then returned to the accident scene to inform cops the children were with the boxer.

Big Boi is crediting a carpenter for saving his marriage ... but not just any carpenter.

Our photog got Big Boi at LAX and congratulated him on reuniting with his wife, Sherlita. The two filed for divorce last year ... but withdrew their legal docs earlier this month.

R. Kelly can't accept the fact he has a transgender child -- a daughter who chooses to live as a male -- and at least one very close relative is attacking the singer as heartless.

Andrea Kelly says R still refers to 14-year-old Jaya as his daughter ... even though Jaya came out as transgender earlier this month and now calls himself Jay. She tells TMZ, "That's like calling him [R. Kelly] a background singer, not the king of R&B."

The "Bump N' Grind" singer made his feelings clear last weekend ... when a Chicago radio host dared to ask about Jay. It's apparent, Kelly not only can't handle it ... he doesn't believe it.

Rob Kardashian's family wants Rob to get help for what they say is a very bad drug problem ... sources directly connected with the family tell TMZ.

Our sources say the family is well aware of what has been going on with Rob, depicted by these photos during a drug-fueled party a few days ago.

You can see Rob holding a double cup ... the container of choice for Sizzurp. The cup on the table actually has the words, "Codeine Boys" emblazoned on it. He's also seen smoking weed.

We're told the Kardashians have been calling rehab facilities, but Rob refuses to go. They feel desperate because they don't know what to do and hope pictures like these may change Rob's mind.

One of the most bizarre scenes on TV in a long time played out on Nancy Grace's show Wednesday night ... when she broke the news to the father of a missing boy that his son had just been found.

Charles Bothuell IV appeared stunned ... hyperventilating as Nancy showed suspicion. The boy had been missing for 11 days and somehow turned up in the family's basement, even though Bothuell said the basement had been repeatedly searched by authorities and the family.

Authorities say they have no idea how the boy ended up in the basement ... whether he was there the whole time or whether he was recently put there. The boy's stepmother refused to take a polygraph.

So we gotta ask ...

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J says he can't be a bad dad -- despite owing more than a million bucks in back child support -- 'cause he loves his kids ... and even buys them expensive kicks.

Stevie was at Mr. Chow in L.A. Tuesday night with partner Joseline Hernandez and one of his adult sons. The kid showed us how well daddy takes care of him by displaying his Jordans.

The problem ... Jordans don't cut it with the judge, who had Stevie J arrested for being a child support scofflaw.

Kim Kardashian is a master at spin ... showing the world she protects her kid in airports and on airplanes.

Kim showed up to LAX last night with North West, and displayed her baby in grandiose fashion, asking photogs for space because the kid was taking a snooze.

We're guessing it's not coincidental ... just last week North West flew coast-to-coast without Kim ... who took an earlier flight home. North was in the care of an entourage of hired help, but people criticized mommy for not taking the same plane.

Casey Kasem's children wanted him to die so they could collect on his sizable life insurance policy -- so claims the DJ's widow, Jean Kasem.

Jean tells TMZ ... Kerri Kasem called the funeral home and asked how quickly they could issue a death certificate. Jean thinks it's a money grab --- "Their impatience for Casey to die was obvious when they killed him and now their impatience to collect on the life insurance is even more telling."

Jean also scoffs at the private memorial Casey's children held over the weekend ... telling us, "We have had to once again handle all of their incessant sleaze peddling while preparing the arrangements for a befitting funeral for Casey."

Speaking of which ... it's unclear why Jean hasn't had Casey's body flown down to L.A. for a burial ... more than a week after his death.

Kerri tells us it's pretty clear ... Jean is deflecting a looming criminal investigation for elder abuse.
