Scooter Braun has a new protege ... a son, because we found out his wife has given birth, and one of the first people to eyeball the kid was Scooter's OG protege, Justin Bieber.

Yael Cohen Braun gave birth Friday to a baby boy. We're told everyone's doing great. They're still in an L.A. hospital and their floor was populated Saturday with several huge music stars, including Justin.

We don't know the kid's name. The only thing we know is that his name is NOT Scooter.

Apparently, some of the nurses didn't know who Scooter was, so when Justin walked in they freaked out.

Bobby Brown's bloody, bottle smashing family brawl was even more intense than we thought ... after hearing the 911 call one of the witnesses made.

The caller tells dispatch the fight was a violent free-for-all involving at least 8-10 people inside the W Hotel -- and someone had smashed a glass and was using it as a weapon.

It's incredible ... Dionne Warwick -- the cousin of Whitney Houston, who died in a bathtub 3 years ago and the cousin of Bobbi Kristina, who is clinging to life after almost drowning in a bathtub -- slipped and fell in her shower and ended up hospitalized for almost 2 weeks ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the slip and fall occurred January 24th. Dionne was at her home in South Orange, New Jersey January 24 when she fell.

She was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where she underwent ankle surgery and was released Thursday.

The timing is remarkable. The 911 call for Dionne came in at 10:19 AM on Saturday, January 24th. The 911 call for Bobbi Kristina came in exactly a week later, at 10:25 AM on Saturday, January 31st.

Bobby Brown is adamant ... he doesn't want to take his daughter Bobbi Kristina off life support because he believes in God-driven miracles.

Bobby's feelings are not shared by doctors, who have advised him she will not improve and pulling life support is an appropriate action. But Brown and his family -- who are deeply religious -- believe doctors cannot account for miracles ... miracles the family has seen before.

We're told Bobbi Kristina's condition has remained the same since Monday morning ... her brain functions are minimal and there has been no improvement.

Family sources say this has been an ongoing discussion and they believe Brown could come around to the doctor's point of view as time goes on ... but as of late Thursday he's not budging.

When his daughter was transferred to Emory University Hospital Tuesday Brown was hopeful the renowned staff could do something, but the fact that there's been no change is what doctors believe is the handwriting on the wall.

10:50 AM PST -- Cops tell us the fight started over a valet parking ticket between Tina and her son. Cops also say a witness told them Shayne allegedly began throwing punches at his mother after he was hit.

As if Bobby Brown didn't have enough on his plate -- his family got into a bloody, bottle-smashing, all out melee during his birthday dinner Thursday night in Atlanta.

After Bobby left Bobbi Kristina's hospital bedside, he went to have dinner with his wife, siblings and cousins at their hotel restaurant ...where people got wasted, and things blew up. Family sources tell us Bobby's nephew, Shayne Brown, called his mother (and Bobby's older sis) Tina ... "a crackhead" ... and then she went off.

We're told Tina spit in her son's face and cracked a bottle over his head -- multiple punches were thrown ... and one witness says there was "blood everywhere."

When the dust settled ... 3 people were injured and we're told Shayne had to get stitches for the cut on his head.

11:45 AM PT -- There are reports that Bobbi Kristina was taken off life support ... but TMZ has been told by sources close to the family that these claims are absolutely false.

We are also told that Bobbi Kristina's grandmother Cissy has still not seen her but plans are in place to get her to Emory University Hospital as soon as possible.

There's nothing more doctors can do for Bobbi Kristina -- and they've told Bobby Brown it's time to withdraw life support ... TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell us the decision is now in Brown's hands -- but we're told he's refusing to make the painful choice today, and instead wants to wait until after the weekend.

The timing could not have been worse. Today is Bobby Brown's birthday.

We're told Brown has been hopeful his daughter can beat the odds because someone in his extended family battled out of a coma after 8 days.

Bobbi Kristina was moved to Emory University Hospital Tuesday because the facility has a world class neurological department, but it appears doctors have determined there's no hope.

Bobbi Kristina has been in a medically-induced coma since Saturday, when she was found face down in her bathtub.

Bruce Jenner kept Kris Jenner in the dark over his sex change until their family meeting several weeks back ... and she flipped out because she just couldn't believe the man to whom she was married for 22 years wanted to become a woman.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Kris heard all the buzz about Bruce but he never told her and she never asked. It sounds incredible, but we're told there was "a serious lack of communication in the marriage."

When they had their family sit down -- which of course was recorded -- we're told Kris squarely challenged Bruce, disbelieving he truly wanted a sex change. Things got heated because Bruce insisted he was both comfortable and determined.

We're also told Kris felt this was a shining example of the fundamental problem they had in their marriage -- they hardly communicated with each other, and Bruce was especially shut down.

But Kris was not singled out. Bruce kept virtually everyone in his life -- including his close male friends with whom he spent lots of time -- in the dark.

You may recall, when TMZ posted the story in December 2013 that Bruce was getting a laryngeal shave, he told us he absolutely was not undergoing a sex change. We were told otherwise at the time but Bruce was adamant.

It was all part of his plan to gradually let people get wind of what he was doing so it wasn't an enormous shock.

Bobby Brown is in emotional turmoil ... as he deals with the prospect of losing a daughter, he celebrates something that he's telling his grieving family ... his wife is pregnant.

We've learned Bobby's wife, Alicia Etheredge, is 4 months pregnant ... something he hasn't shared with many of his relatives. The timing is awful, but it can't be hidden as they sit in hospital waiting rooms.

We're told Bobby and Alicia have shared the happy news as they sit vigil for Bobbi Kristina, whose brain function has perilously diminished.

There's lots of stress ... as we reported there's a feud brewing between Bobby's family and Whitney's. But we're told so far Alicia is handling it well.

Tough situation ...

The Kardashian family will do something they've NEVER done before ... turn down promotion for their TV show.

Family sources tell TMZ ... not a single Kardashian or Jenner will do press related to the premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 10.

The reasons we got are pretty obvious. They don't want to spill more details about Bruce's transition for several reasons. First, they want the reveal on THEIR show, which will absolutely address it.

Also we're told Bruce is adamant that he wants to control his own story, which will be chronicled in a docuseries that will air as early as May, but only after the "Kardashians" finale airs.

12:15 PM PT -- Matt's rep got back to TMZ and said he hasn't owned the ranch since 2011. The website to the ranch, however, still lists Matt as "co-owner." And Matt's nephew Madison went on TMZ Live and said, "My Uncle Matthew, the hunting part is part of the ranch, but he is more with the cattle. That's where his passion is."

Matthew McConaughey has a side business ... letting people onto his property to hunt caged-in animals, and it has enraged animal rights activists.

Matt owns a ranch in Mertzon, Texas with his brother Mike. The ranch breeds and sells horses and cows. The ranch also offers whitetail deer hunting ... where people can come to hunt deer that can't run away.

Hunters can actually stay on the property during the hunting trip ... there is food, a tavern, and other amenities.

As for the hunt ... people can go out during the day and shoot the deer. Someone connected with the ranch tells TMZ there are 22,000 acres for the animals to roam, but animal rights groups claim the deer hang by the feeding area, which makes them easy targets.

The ranch touts the fact that in 2007 they "high fenced" the area so the deer couldn't escape.

-- "NO MORE support for you Matthew in anything and everything you do."

We reached out to Matt's rep ... so far no word back. But the actor's nephew, Madison McConaughey -- the ranch cattle manager -- tells TMZ they've had death threats from people who don't understand the nature of what they do. He says, "People are disgusted with us but we're disgusted with them."

Madison adds, people who come there do so for the "hunting experience" and he says "We're proud of what we do."

Another ranch manager tells us, "No meat goes to waste after the hunts. It helps feed our families."

A somber Bobby Brown showed up at Emory University Hospital Wednesday to visit his daughter Bobbi Kristina ... who is still in medical peril after Saturday's near drowning.

Bobby did not answer the photog's questions about his daughter's condition. As we reported, her signs improved earlier in the week -- Bobbi Kristina's brain swelling went down and her eyes are showing some movement. But doctors say they can't predict the outcome since she was without oxygen for somewhere between 2 and 5 minutes as she lay face down in her bathtub.

Bobbi Kristina was transferred to Emory Tuesday because the hospital is renowned for treating brain injuries.

Bobby is also dealing with family drama. We're told he and his family are not getting along with Whitney Houston's relatives, and he also has beef with Nick Gordon.

Beyonce and Jay Z are moving to L.A. and they've already enrolled Blue Ivy in school ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned ... Beyonce and Jay Z are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills and actively looking for an estate to buy on the westside of L.A., which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel-Air. We're told they have already discreetly looked at a number of homes, but so far none fit the bill.

We've also learned the famous couple enrolled their 3-year-old into a toddler program at an elite private school -- we know which one but we're not naming it. But we will tell you, the tuition is $15,080 a year.

We're told Blue Ivy was admitted halfway through the school year, which is unusual. The school generally only accepts students at the beginning of the school year.

As for why they're moving, sources connected with the couple tell us they want "a change in lifestyle." You'll recall, Bey and Jay spent the summer in a $200K a month rental near Bev Hills.

We do not know but assume they will keep their New York digs.

Bobbi Kristina has been moved to another hospital to get the best neurological treatment available in the area ... TMZ has learned, and the move is not without bitter family drama.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Bobbi Kristina is at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA which is considered one of the top facilities for neurological problems. She was at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA near her home where she was found face down in a bathtub Saturday.

It looks like the move could intensify a brewing feud between the families of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. We're told the families are bickering over who gets access to the part of the hospital where Bobbi Kristina is receiving treatment.

As one source put it, "The Houston family is sick of the Brown family acting up, as they always do."

Bobbi Kristina was never ever Mrs. Nick Gordon ... at least that's what her father Bobby Brown is claiming.

According to Bobby's attorney ... "Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon." For once, the Houston family agrees with Bobby Brown ... telling TMZ, Gordon and BK never officially wed.

Further, we're told by Houston family sources ... there are no legal documents that would allow Gordon to get any of the Whitney Houston fortune Bobbi Kristina inherited -- if she passes.

The fake marriage revelation flies in the face of several statements Bobbi Kristina and Nick both made on camera back in early 2014.

Shortly after the alleged wedding ... Bobby was visibly shocked when we broke the news to him, and he doubted it was true.

Police found drugs in Bobbi Kristina's house in the wake of her near drowning ... this according to her family.

We've confirmed ... over the weekend cops went back a second time to search the house. The first time they went they found nothing, but we're told they went a second time and seized several items.

Cops will not confirm they found drugs, but family sources tell TMZ authorities told the family that is indeed what was found.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they believed from the beginning Bobbi Kristina ended up face down in a bathtub as a result of drugs.

As for why cops didn't find anything during the first search ... we're told they were only looking for items that were "out in the open." Law enforcement tells us the second search was more thorough.

Robin Williams' widow is fighting his 3 children over property the kids say is clearly theirs ... and the dispute is so bad it has ended up in court.

Susan Schneider has filed legal docs complaining someone came into the house days after Robin's death and took some of the actor's belongings. But the kids tell a very different story.

Zak, Zelda and Cody Williams claim Susan is essentially attempting a money grab by ignoring the plain language of his will and trust and trying to redefine it to benefit her.

Sources connected with the kids tell TMZ ... Susan refused to let them in the house after Robin died. We're told before Robin met Susan -- he was very clear in the trust he created ... he left his personal effects, including his Oscar for the movie "Good Will Hunting", movie memorabilia, action figures, graphic novels, theater masks and other items to his 3 children.

Susan -- who was only married to Robin for 3 years -- acknowledges she has no right to items related to his acting career, such as his suspenders from "Mork and Mindy," but she wants other items like the tux from his wedding and other "knickknacks."

Sources connected with the children say Susan can absolutely keep the items she accumulated with Robin while they were married, but they say she has gone way further. For example, they're indignant she is apparently trying to redefine the word "jewelry." We're told the kids are supposed to get all of it, but she's saying "jewelry" does not include his watch collection.

And people who were extremely close to Robin say he would be heartsick that this was not worked out between family ... privately.
