Team USA Athletes Our Olympic Sweaters Are UUUUGLY

Published | Updated

The biggest threat to morale for Team USA at Sochi this year is ... a SWEATER -- this according to several American athletes who tell TMZ Sports their Olympics outfits are straight up ugly.

Ralph Lauren just revealed the U.S. opening ceremony outfits the other day ... and the jocks we spoke to tell us there's a buzz in the Olympic community about how unattractive they are.

"Initially, the reaction was 'Are we REALLY wearing that?" ... one Team USA athlete told us.

Another reaction -- "HAHAHAHAHA, oh man ..."

Another Olympian was more optimistic -- saying, "Maybe people will see us wearing the sweaters and they'll become a trend. Or maybe they'll be worn at ugly sweater parties."

One thing's for sure -- the design isn't turning off fans. The online team store is SOLD OUT of the sweaters … which cost a cool $595-a-pop.

Tyga Ordered to Pay Over $200k For Jacking Fancy Bling

Published | Updated

Rack city bitch, rack rack city bitch ... is what Tyga's former jeweler is more than likely saying -- after a judge ordered the rapper to pay the guy over 200k this week for stealing his jewelry.

We broke the story ... Tyga was sued last year by Jason of Beverly Hills -- a famous jeweler who said Tyga never paid $91k for diamond and gold jewelry back in 2012 (a pantheon timepiece and a chain; pictured below). He also wanted a late fee ... which doubled the amount.

Tyga tried downplaying the story when the lawsuit was filed, tweeting, "I don't f*k with #bitchn**gas @jasonofbh" ... however, a judge feels like he did eff with Jason ... and entered a default judgement against him.

Total judgment: : $208,334.47

Tyga's rep insists this is "all a misunderstanding" and claims they're working to rectify the issue.

Ten, ten, ten, twenties and the fifties.

Adidas Standing By Bieber He's Still Wearing Our Kicks

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's DUI arrest has NOT cost him the support of a major sponsor ... TMZ has learned Adidas is standing by him -- for now.

The athletic shoe company tells TMZ, "Nothing is changing in our relationship with Mr. Bieber at this time" ... which sounds like they're leaving that door open.

Bieber signed a big endorsement deal with Adidas back in 2012 -- he and Selena Gomez are the celebrity faces for the company's NEO line.

The Biebs earned about $58 million last year ... a good chunk of that from deals he made to hawk sneakers, headphones, nail polish, makeup, a prepaid credit card and the acne cream, Proactiv -- which paid him about $3 mil until that deal ended.

None of those other companies -- as far as we can tell -- have made any move to ax Bieber.

And judging by that mugshot ... maybe he shoulda stuck with Proactiv.

Justin Bieber Too Cool For School During Court Appearance

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber made a point of showing off his tattoos and his muscles during his court appearance Thursday in Miami Beach.

Bieber appeared via closed circuit TV as the judge set bond in his DUI/resisting arrest/driving on a suspended license case.

Check out how Bieber rolled up his jumpsuit sleeves. He let his arms do the talking because he said nothing as the judge set bail at $2,500 ... which we're guessing he can afford.

It's not exactly a capital offense, but Bieber hired the best ... attorney Roy Black, who helped William Kennedy Smith beat the rape rap. He's also repped Rush Limbaugh and Kelsey Grammer.

Bieber should post bail soon.

Brad Pitt's enlisted a military style haircut, but it's not just for a movie role -- BP now says there's another, more vain, reason for the new 'do.

Pitt cruised into LAX on Sunday looking like he was heading to basic training -- sporting a high and tight fade ... telling paps, "It's fashion, baby."

Truth is Brad's also shooting a World War 2 drama called "Fury" -- but does it really matter?

The proof is in the clip ... every hairstyle looks good on this gloriously handsome bastard.

Machine Gun Kelly Photog Sues ... I Want My Mug Shot Money, Bitch

Published | Updated

This photo of Machine Gun Kelly is now at the center of a big legal battle ... thanks to the photographer ... who claims the rapper's manager STOLE it from him to make crappy t-shirts.

Dario Calmese filed the lawsuit in New York, claiming he initially shot the MGK photo in 2012 for a limited edition t-shirt line with clothing company Black Apple (above) -- emphasis on "limited."

During production, Dario claims Black Apple submitted the photo to MGK's manager Byron Kirkland for final approval ... and everything appeared hunky dory.

The Black Apple tees hit the market without a hitch -- but soon after, Dario claims the mug shot photo began to surface on cheap knockoff t-shirts around the web, including at online stores Spencer's Gifts and Live Nation Worldwide.

Now Dario is pissed ... claiming Byron hijacked the photo for his own personal t-shirt production -- outside of Black Apple -- not only using the pic without his permission, but cutting him out of the action as well.

Dario wants everyone (except Black Apple) to STOP producing the mug shot tees stat. He's suing Live Nation, Spencer's, Byron Kirkland and more ... demanding a bunch of money.

Octomom Pleads NOT GUILTY To Welfare Fraud

Published | Updated

Nadya Suleman just pled NOT GUILTY to all 3 counts of felony welfare fraud.

TMZ broke the story ... Octomom was charged with cheating the welfare system out of more than $16K by failing to report income she made from personal appearances and her masturbation video.

Octo faces nearly 6 years of prison, but here's the way it usually works. If she pays what she owes, prosecutors will probably reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and judges usually don't send first time offenders to jail -- they get probation and community service.

Octo was receiving food stamps and other assistance because she stupidly had 14 kids.

Michael Jackson Lloyd's of London Pays Big Bucks In Death Claim

Published | Updated

Lloyd's of London has dropped its claim that it doesn't have to honor a huge insurance policy on grounds it was never told Michael Jackson was a drug addict ... and we've learned Lloyd's has now agreed to a payout.

Lloyd's filed a lawsuit claiming it did NOT have to honor the policy it issued to cover losses from the failed "This Is It" tour. Lloyd's felt it had been deceived because no one ever disclosed Michael had serious drug problems.

The case just settled and we know ... Lloyd's has paid something to settle. We're told it's not the full $17.5 mil under the policy. We do not know the amount ... just that it forked over money.

The reason a payout is so important -- Lloyd's essentially folded on its fraud claim.

Casey Anthony Website Making Killing Off Her Purses

Published | Updated

A website selling stuff owned by infamous killers has some new items to hawk ... and the former owner is Casey Anthony.

It doesn't seem like Anthony's hand-me-downs qualify to be sold on serialkillersink.net. for 2 reasons ... first, she was acquitted and second, she's wasn't accused of being a mass murderer.

Nevertheless, money is money, so Anthony's items are being sold right along side property once owned by Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy.

The website's owner -- Eric Holler -- is also unapologetic about what he does, because lots of companies -- including all the TV networks -- profit off of murder.

Check out the 13 Anthony items Holler is selling.

BET We Don't Want Male Host B. Scott Looking Like a Girl

Published | Updated

TMZ has obtained some pretty explosive internal emails and texts between BET execs, who candidly admit they ordered a transgender host to change his clothes during its big awards pre-show because he looked like a chick.

B. Scott is suing the network, claiming he was ordered to 86 his flowing blue tunic, black pants, hair, makeup and heels because they wanted him to look more like a man, even though they knew he was a transgender person.

During last year's BET Awards pre-show ... Scott appeared in his garb in the first segment but claims he was then ordered to change his clothes and remove his makeup ... he obliged but was never put back on the air.

BET Music Programming Prez Stephen Hill wrote a pointed email before the show ... "I don't want 'looking like a woman B Scott.' I want tempered B Scott."
Network VP Rhonda Cowan offered help, "I can speak to him about being less 'womanly.'"

BET had a potential public relations disaster on its hands ... because B. Scott went ballistic after being told to change clothes. BET producer Stephanie Hodges wrote an email shortly after the broadcast, confessing, "He got upset and said he was going to blow this s**t up and call GLAAD."

BET has said it "embraces global diversity" and regrets unintentionally offending anyone in the LGBT community.

But we got an email showing the network was far more cunning. It's from BET honcho Monique Ware:

"The spin should be he was late for a live show and subsequently replaced and it would have been awkward in a live show to have the person assuming his role removed and him inserted." It seems she's saying it would be weird for him to come back on the air as a man.

Ware goes on ... "Unless we can make public the reason we didn't want him dressed the way he normally does, I would stay away from suits, suit selections, etc."

In the various email and text exchanges ... BET execs say Scott had been drinking, was unruly, had shown up late, and was wearing garments that were not pre-approved.

We reached out to BET ... so far no word back.

Fred Durst I Still Have My Stinky Red Baseball Cap

Published | Updated

Fred Durst -- the once angry guy who created "Limp Bizkit" -- is actually a sucker for sentimentality 'cause he just can't part with his famous red baseball cap ... even though it reeks like a blood fart.*

Durst got all nostalgic on us as he was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood ... when we asked whatever happened to the iconic red Yankees cap he used to wear backward on his melon.

Fred told us he's still got the hat -- even though it stinks really bad.

But that's not the reason he'll NEVER wear it again.

*Fun fact -- Blood Fart was a band name Durst considered before settling on Limp Bizkit

Macklemore Rocks Louis Bag We Call That Getting Tricked By a Business

Published | Updated

Macklemore turned his back on the thrift shop thing yesterday -- rocking what looks like a ridiculously expensive Louis Vuitton bag at JFK.

Ironic, Mack rails against designers in his famous song, rapping about how designer labels are a massive waste of money -- "Limited edition, let's do some simple addition / Fifty dollars for a T-shirt - that's just some ignorant bitch (sh*t) / I call that getting swindled and pimped (sh*t) / I call that getting tricked by a business."

We can't verify from the picture that the bag is authentic, but we did some Googling and it looks exactly like Louis' Keepall Bandouliere bag, which retails for $1,770.

So we gotta ask ...
