MLB Legend Dwight Gooden Removed From Home After Threatening Estranged Wife

Published | Updated

The estranged wife of Dwight Gooden has been granted a temporary restraining order against the baseball legend after she had to call the police on him for making threats against her and her family … TMZ has learned.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Monique Gooden called the Bergen County Police Department in New Jersey on March 1. Monique claims Dwight made "terroristic threats," specifically claiming he said, "All bets are off and I will hurt you and your family. You'll see, just wait."

We're told when police arrived, they called a family court judge who granted Monique a temporary restraining order on the spot after speaking to her on the phone.

Dwight is currently living in the same home as Monique as the couple goes through their divorce, but the judge ordered Dwight to grab his belongings and leave ... which he did. He was not arrested or taken into custody by police.

The court order also strips Dwight of visitation of his two young children until the next court hearing ... which is March 11. The judge will also decide at that time on whether to make the temporary restraining order a permanent one.

He was also ordered to continue to make payments on the Range Rover and its insurance for his wife, and make child support payments from a previous court order.

Monique filed for divorce back on November 20, 2012 after three years of marriage. Dwight was arrested back in 2005 for allegedly hitting Monique after she threw a phone at him.

Calls to Dwight were not returned.

Rihanna & Chris Brown Deadly Ending on 'Law & Order: SVU'

Published | Updated

Rihanna's controversial reunion with Chris Brown will end with him killing her -- at least that's the way the writers of "Law and Order: SVU" see it ... based on last night's explosive episode.

This had to be the easiest script the 'SVU' crew ever wrote ... as it copied the Rihanna-Chris saga almost exactly -- and simply changing the names to Micha and Caleb.

The first brutal domestic violence incident goes down as Micha (Rihanna) catches Caleb (Chris) hugging another woman, and says ... "Caleb, I can't leave you alone for 5 minutes without you getting trashy."

Caleb (Chris) says "Who you steppin' to?" -- then yells, "Skinny ass whore!" ... as he slams her head to the ground and punches her in the face.

Just like real life ... Micha (Rihanna) refuses to testify against Caleb (Chris Brown). The 'SVU' detectives even say at one point, "They should go on a double date with Chris Brown and Rihanna."

But the ending seemed to be ripped from a different scandal.

Caleb (Chris) and Micha (Rihanna) are having a romantic moment on a private yacht when she asks about a text message on his phone. Caleb (Chris) says, "Haven't you learned to mind your own business?"

The next scene is a reporter at a memorial for Micha (Rihanna) ... whose body was found in Bermuda ... floating next to the yacht.

Ricky Schroder in Altercation with Airport Worker

Former child actor Ricky Schroder -- famous for his role on the 80s sitcom "Silver Spoons" -- assaulted an LAX airport worker in the middle of a busy terminal this week ... all because she wouldn't let him board with 3 bags ... at least that's what the woman told police.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... airport police were called to the scene early Monday morning following the alleged altercation.

The woman's story ... she was checking boarding passes when Ricky attempted to go through security with three bags ... when the limit is two.

The airport worker says Ricky then slapped her hand when she reached for his boarding pass.

When cops arrived, they interviewed both parties. No arrests were made and no report was taken.

Ricky's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ ... the woman was rude and confrontational when she told him he had too many bags. Singer says the woman hit Ricky's hand and his phone went flying. Ricky lunged to grab his phone and she screamed, "Assault!"

Singer says there are independent witnesses to corroborate Ricky's story and if Ricky did what she said he would have been arrested.

TMZ obtained video of the scene moments after the confrontation ... in which the worker tells her side of the story.

But it didn't go as planned ... OR DID IT??? We're told the two got into a heated verbal exchange ... which quickly escalated when Suzie threw her plate of meatballs across the table, striking Kenya.

According to our sources, Kenya fired back by lunging at Suzie and then punches were thrown on both sides. Producers were forced to step in and break it up.

Our sources say fellow cast members Evelyn Lozada and Tami Roman walked away -- wanting no part in the melee. Police were NOT called to the scene.

We're told the fight WILL be shown in the upcoming season. Of course it will.

Lil Wayne I'm Sorry FOR NOTHING Except Saying 'F**k LeBron'

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne says he's NOT SORRY for saying he banged Chris Bosh's wife ... claiming his only regret from his All-Star weekend rant was insulting his "homie" LeBron James.

Weezy called in to WEDR radio in Miami moments ago to address the video footage that surfaced of the rapper's All-Star weekend performance -- when he said, "F**k LeBron. F**k She Wade. F**k Chris Bosh. F**k all y'all."

And the zinger ... "I f**ked Chris Bosh wife."

But Wayne's not sorry for what he said -- telling the radio station, "I don’t apologize for that night. I don’t apologize for being who I am ... I don't take nothing back ... This is who I am."

But the refusal to apologize came with two caveats --

1) Wayne took back what he said about LeBron, saying "I didn't mean to say ['f**k LeBron.'] That's my homie."

2) Wayne apologized to the CITY of Miami for his outburst ... but he specifically did NOT apologize to the Miami Heat.

TMZ published the video ... showing Lil Wayne trashing the Heat and the NBA, claiming the Heat got him banned from all NBA events. During the radio interview, Wayne says the bad blood stemmed from a Heat-Lakers game last week, in which Dwyane Wade cussed him out for rooting for the Lakers. Wayne says things got heated from there ... and now he hates everyone ... except LeBron.

Toronto Raptors to Wale Please Don't Hate Us

The Toronto Raptors are trying to make things right with rapper Wale ... after Wale and the team announcer got into serious beef at last night's game ... TMZ has learned.

Wale -- the Grammy-nominated artist behind the 2009 mega-hit "Chillin"-- confronted Raptors announcer Matt Devlin at the game in D.C. last night ... after Devlin made a comment on the air about how Wale is, "Not Drake, that's for sure."

Wale took the comment as an insult -- and tweeted to Devlin, "Watch your mouth." The rapper then approached the broadcasting booth and yelled a few words at Devlin. It's unclear what he said.

But now, a rep for the Raptors tells TMZ ... Matt was NOT trying to diss the rapper, but his comments were "meant to be making fun of himself for not knowing who Wale is, especially a Grammy-nominated artist with more than 2 million Twitter followers."

The rep says, "It’s a shtick that Matt and our analyst do consistently to poke fun at the fact neither is pop culture savvy."

The Raptors say Matt " feels badly that Wale may have felt he was making fun of him."

The team adds, "We have reached out to Wale’s management group to see if we can turn this into a positive. We’d like to have him join Matt on the broadcast when we return to Washington at the end of March."

We reached out to Wale -- so far no word back.

Alec Baldwin Allegedly Threatens Reporter, Hurls Racial Slur at Photog

Published | Updated

Alec Baldwin was involved in another confrontation with the media ... after he allegedly threatened to choke a reporter to death and hurled a racial slur at a photographer.

Both Baldwin and the photographer for the New York Post, G.N. Miller, filed harassment claims against one another following the run-in.

According to the Post, the reporter Tara Palmeri, approached Baldwin while he was walking his dogs to ask him about a recent lawsuit against his wife Hilaria. The reporter says Baldwin responded by grabbing her by the arm and saying, "I want you to choke to death."

The Post says Palmeri played an audio recording of the threat to police.

Baldwin then turned the Post's photographer -- who they say is black and a retired detective with the NYPD's Organized Crime Control Bureau -- and allegedly called him "a coon," "crackhead" and "drug dealer."

The Post says Baldwin posted several tweets about the incident, one of which said, "Thank u 2 NYPD officers who came to my home 2day so that I could file a formal complaint against NY Post 'photographer' who assaulted me."

The tweets have been deleted.

Baldwin was involved in two confrontations with photographers last year just days apart -- on June 19 and June 29.

Alec Baldwin says the claim he hurled a racial slur "is one of the most outrageous things I've heard in my life." Baldwin says it never happened.

As for what caused the explosion of tempers ... sources very close to Baldwin tell TMZ ... it all emanated from a story in the Post a few days back, reporting that Alec's wife was being sued by a student in her yoga class, claiming he was instructed to perform a dangerous move in an overcrowded class and was injured as a result.

Alec's sources say the actor was infuriated because the Post story did not give her side, even though they claim they had multiple conversations with the reporter, saying the class was not overcrowded and the injured man got special attention because he was being careless and even admitted the accident was his fault.

Sources close to Alec say he's the one who called the cops and lodged a harassment complaint against the Post photog. One Baldwin source denies Alec threatened to choke the photog, claiming he said, "I hope you choke to death."

6:55 AM PT -- Baldwin just tweeted using the official Alec Baldwin Foundation's Twitter handle -- saying, "I find it ironic that my foundation's last grant was $50,000 to the Arthur Ashe Learning Center."

Ric Flair I Need Protection from My Drunk Glass-Wielding Wife!!

Published | Updated

Ric Flair's estranged wife Jackie is a vicious alcoholic who has physically beaten him several times -- once even assaulting him with a glass object -- so says Ric, and now he's asking a judge for a protective order.

Ric filed docs in response to his wife's legal separation papers -- calling Jackie "cruel" and "barbarous," and claiming she has endangered his life in drunken fits of rage ... multiple times throughout their marriage.

In the docs, Ric says Jackie went after him -- back in February 2010 -- with a glass object and "shattered it over his forehead, cutting him severely, and requiring medical attention."

Ric also claims Jackie -- his 4th wife -- was once arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol level of .22 ... nearly three times the legal limit.

Even though they've been separated since December ... Ric says he's still terrified of his estranged wife, and is now asking the court for a domestic violence protective order.

He also wants to void a separation agreement he signed in October -- in which he promised to pay Jackie tens of thousands of dollars.

Ric claims Jackie's badmouthing -- she called him a cheating scumbag -- cost him lucrative performance and endorsement contracts, and now it's impossible for him to make the payments.

We reached out to Jackie ... who tells us, the allegations are 100% false. And says Rick is using them as cheap trick to "avoid paying her the money to which she is entitled."

Chris Brown Blows Off Incident w/ Gang Member 'It's L.A. Man'

Published | Updated

Chris Brown says he wasn't fazed by the self-proclaimed gang member who screamed at him outside a Hollywood nightclub this week ... telling TMZ that's just how things go in L.A..

We broke the story ... Brown was confronted by an N-bomb dropping loudmouth who claimed he was a member of the Crips -- as he was leaving Playhouse late Wednesday night. It's unclear why he was screaming at Brown, but he seemed to be making a veiled threat when he asked CB if his car was bulletproof.

Chris eventually drove away from the scene, but not before dropping a few F-bombs and N-bombs of his own.

But when we saw Brown leaving an L.A. art studio Friday afternoon ... we asked him what he was thinking during the incident, to which he replied, "It's L.A. brother."

He continued, "You just gotta keep your head down and keep walking."

Strong words from Brown, who doesn't exactly have a reputation for walking away from a conflict ... but maybe, just maybe, he's finally learning.

Chris Brown N-Bombs & Gang Threats in Heckler Showdown

Published | Updated

Chris Brown was the victim, for a change, in an aggressive face-off with a heckler who got dangerously close to Chris' car, then yelled to CB ... "Is that motherfu**er bulletproof?!"

The scary incident went down outside L.A. nightclub "Playhouse" -- Chris was making a quick exit in his Lamborghini when the man ran up to the car and started yelling, "I ain't never seen a ni**er jump in a car that fast, ni**er."

The man -- who's African-American -- continued a non-stop verbal assault on Chris ... saying, "Yo, scary-ass Chris is that motherfu**er bulletproof?" That's when the tension really amps up because Chris appears to yell back at the heckler ... asking if he's bulletproof.

The man replied, "I'm a crip ni**er, hell yeah, I'm bulletproof!"

Before Chris drives away, he rolls down the window of his car ... and you can hear someone (sounds like Chris) warn the heckler, "Don't get f**ked up out here, my n**ga."

Watch the clip ... it's hard to tell if the heckler is really drunk, really angry ... or both.

We gotta give props to Chris -- who's still facing a possible probation violation -- because he drove off without getting into it with the douchey heckler.

Larry Bird's Son ARRESTED Allegedly Tries to Hit GF with Car

Published | Updated

Larry Bird's 21-year-old son Conner Bird was arrested by Indiana University campus police Sunday after allegedly attacking his GF and trying to hit her with his car.

According to campus police, the alleged victim told cops Bird chucked a cell phone at her during an argument at Bird's apartment ... and it struck her in the wrist.

Later that night, the woman says she got into Bird's car to head to the stadium when they started arguing AGAIN -- and she got out of the car to walk home.

But according to the woman, Bird began to chase her through the parking lot in his car -- trying to run her over.

The woman says she got help from another person who happened to be in the parking lot -- and they flagged down a cop.

Campus police quickly located Bird -- and he was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, battery with injury, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

It's not Bird's first run-in with the law -- he was reportedly arrested in 2011 for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
