Just like the time he was removed from the boulder ... Aron Ralston is now a free man -- and even better for him, the charges for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend have been dropped.

TMZ has learned the case against Aron -- the real-life inspiration for the movie "127 Hours" -- has been dismissed ... and we're told it's because prosecutors determined they didn't have enough evidence to convict him.

However, Aron's girlfriend Vita Shannon is still facing two criminal charges for allegedly assaulting Aron in front of their 8-month-old child.

Here they are ... pics of the drug aftermath at Lindsay Lohan's mansion party in Miami ... showing two burned out joints and something that appears to be the remnants of a baggie of cocaine.

TMZ already reported there was coke and booze EVERYWHERE at the party before things got violent ... and now, we've got pics of the mansion taken after everyone left the scene.

It's unclear who the drugs belonged to ... but Lindsay's camp insists the actress kept her nose clean the entire night ... and didn't booze either.

Still, Lindsay knows ... insane mansion parties in Miami aren't exactly bastions of sobriety ... and Lohan (who's still on probation) knows she shouldn't have put herself in that situation in the first place.

In fact, we're told after the rager ... and subsequent fight ... we're told Lindsay scrambled to find a private jet to get her ass out of town ... calling several private jet owners hoping to call in a favor.

Eventually, she found a ride ... and in a pic obtained by TMZ, you can see Lindsay smiling on the plane ... as if she doesn't have a care in the world.

The man who socked out Paris Hilton's little bro WILL BE arrested for the attack ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We broke the story ... Lindsay Lohan's friend Ray LeMoine has admitted he threw the punches that wrecked Barron Hilton's face during a mansion party in Miami last week -- though Ray claims Barron struck him first.

Still, law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officials now believe they have "probable cause" to arrest Ray and will most likely make their move in the very near future.

Barron Hilton claims Lindsay orchestrated the attack because she thought he was talking smack about her at the party. LeMoine claims LL had nothing to do with the altercation.

Barron not only wants to press charges -- we're told he wants to sue both Lindsay and Ray.

Paris Hilton's brother Barron is about to take Lindsay Lohan to her favorite place -- no, not the Chateau Marmont -- he's planning to take her ass to court!

We broke the story ... Barron Hilton told cops Ray LeMoine beat his face in at Lohan's request Friday morning -- and TMZ has learned the 24-year-old Hilton is now planning to file suit against LiLo and Ray.

Sources close to the Hilton's tell us Paris met up with a lawyer Saturday afternoon -- before threatening Lindsay on Instagram -- and hooked him up with Barron to get things going STAT!

As we previously reported ... Ray claims Lindsay is 100% innocent -- and says he only punched Barron after the Hilton family member got physical first.

The real world inspiration for the Academy Award nominated movie "127 Hours" was arrested Saturday night in Denver on suspicion of domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Aron Ralston -- the man who made headlines in '03 after he ACTUALLY amputated his own forearm with a pocket knife when a boulder dislodged and trapped him inside a Utah canyon -- faces one count of assault and one count of "wrongs to minors" ... according to reports.

The movie based on his best-selling book was nominated for 6 Oscars -- including a Best Actor nom for James Franco who played Ralston.

Aron is currently being held in Denver County jail with no bail and is scheduled to appear in front of a judge tomorrow.

8:10 AM PST -- According to the police report ... Ralston told cops his girlfriend punched him twice in the back of the head after he pushed her during an argument about his son with another woman.

The report also says the couple's 8 month old son was present at the time of the assault.

The guy who laid the smackdown on Barron Hilton's face this week is claiming Lindsay Lohan had nothing to do with the attack ... and his rep tells TMZ the blame falls entirely on Barron.

A rep for Ray Lemoine (yes, really) claims his fists only started flying after Barron refused to leave the house ... and says Paris Hilton's little brother got physical first.

We're told Ray had been renting the house for a few days -- and allowed LiLo to stay there because she was a friend of a friend ... but claims Hilton got all pissy when Lemoine asked him to leave after the party Friday morning.

The rep claims Hilton pulled the "do you know who I am card" but Ray didn't care -- so Barron pushed him ... and that's when things got violent.

We broke the story -- Barron told cops Ray attacked him at Lindsay's request ... but the rep says Ray is adamant Lindsay had nothing to do with his actions.

The guy who's being accused of punching the crap out of Barron Hilton's face this week has been ID'd by police ... and now cops are on a mission to crack the case ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the puncher has been identified based on witness testimony as New York resident Ray LeMoine -- and now they want his side of the story.

We're told officers attempted to interview Ray yesterday outside the house where he allegedly beat up Paris Hilton's little bro on Friday ... but nobody was home.

As for Lindsay Lohan -- who's being accused of orchestrating the attack -- our sources say they tried to question LiLo yesterday at her new hotel ... but she was M.I.A. both times.

The guy who played Goldberg the Goalie in "The Mighty Ducks" is accused of trying to PEE on his ex-girlfriend ... after allegedly punching her in the face ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Goldberg's ex Sonja Dimitrievska filed docs in L.A. this week asking a judge to grant her a restraining order against the 90's star -- real name Shaun Weiss -- claiming he beat the crap out of her several times during their 2-year relationship.

In the docs, Sonja says the final straw was back in April ... when she came home to a drunken Goldberg who threatened to kill her and pull her eyes out.

Sonja says she left for a few hours to let him cool off ... but claims Goldberg was in her bed holding a machete when she returned home -- and proceeded to sock her in the face.

Sonja says she ran away to hide in a nearby bedroom ... but Goldberg broke the door down and tried peeing on her while saying "this is all you're worth."

But here's where things take a turn -- Sonja says GOLDBERG called the cops ... and when they got to the scene, they arrested HER.

There's more -- the judge eventually DENIED Sonja's temporary request for a restraining order against Goldberg ... and has ordered a hearing for Dec. 17th to discuss the matter in depth.

Barron Hilton posted a photo of his jacked up face on Instagram Saturday -- showing the aftermath of his brawl with a guy he claims punched the crap out of him at LiLo's request ... and it fired Paris up.

Barron Hilton's injuries from a beat down -- which he claims Lindsay Lohan masterminded -- have gotten serious enough that he's seeking emergency treatment in Miami ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Barron was partying at a Miami mansion early Friday morning when he says Lindsay accused him of talking trash, and then had a male friend beat the crap out of him.

Barron was left bloodied with several cuts to his face -- and sources close to the Hiltons tell us the injuries are so bad ... he was advised to seek medical treatment immediately.

We're told Barron turned down the ambulance at his hotel, and instead got private transport to the University of Miami Hospital ... where he received various treatments -- including a CT scan.

Lindsay and her father, Michael Lohan, deny she was involved in the incident at all ... though video outside the party suggests otherwise.

Cocaine and booze were in abundance at Lindsay Lohan's party where Barron Hilton was beaten to a pulp ... multiple sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say a number of people at the party were snorting and drinking non-stop. Sources connected with Lindsay insist she was NOT partaking and even threw some of the druggies out of the party.

Now check this out ... the video showing Barron confronting Lindsay was shot around 11AM EST Friday ... the party having started the night before.

Paris Hilton's little brother Barron Hilton was jumped this morning -- and beaten to a pulp -- and he claims Lindsay Lohan masterminded the attack, TMZ has learned.

We know Lindsay's denying she ordered the hit -- in fact, she claims she wasn't even on the scene at the time of the incident -- but now we have video (above) that proves otherwise. It shows Barron (blonde hair, white shirt) and his friends confronting LiLo right after the attack.

Multiple sources connected to the situation tell us ... Barron attended a party last night at a Miami mansion where Lindsay has been staying while she's in town for an art festival -- a party that lasted until well after the sun came up.

We're told ... during the party, someone accused Barron of talking smack about Lindsay -- and a short time later he was attacked and beaten to a pulp. TMZ obtained a photo of the damage.

We know ... 24-year-old Barron spoke with police following the incident. He claims Lohan orchestrated the beating.

Barron told cops Lindsay approached him at the party with a male friend and began screaming, "'You talk sh*t about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get."

As the guy proceeded to pummel Barron, Hilton claims Lindsay was laughing and egging him on.

Cops were called to the scene and interviewed Barron. We're told Barron doesn't know the identity of his attacker but is adamant Lindsay is the person behind the attack.

We spoke to Michael Lohan who insists Lindsay had nothing to do with the attack and had left the mansion BEFORE the fight went down.

Michael claims there are several witnesses -- including security guards -- who will back up Lindsay's alibi.

Michael says Lindsay was adamant she didn't want to be around any trouble ... i.e. drugs, alcohol, violence ... and even had people removed from the house before the fight ever went down.

Problem with that alibi is -- the video of Barron nearly face-to-face with Lilo outside the mansion ... just moments after the fight.

Lindsay's had bad blood with the Hiltons for years -- stemming back to when Paris' friend Brandon Davis went on the infamous "firecrotch" rant back in 2006.

Here's a shocker ... there was a huge fight at the "Mob Wives" premiere party in NYC last night -- with flying bottles, police and broken bones, TMZ has learned.

Sources involved with the situation tell TMZ ... it all started when the BF of new cast member Natalie Guercio (pictured below) got into a verbal argument with another partygoer ... and things quickly escalated.

We're told more than ten people started fighting in the middle of the venue ... and multiple sources tell us glass bottles were fired across the party.

One source tells us one of the partygoers suffered a broken ankle in the melee ... but we haven't been able to confirm that. We do know one person was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Law enforcement tells us ... someone called police around 10:48 PM ... but by the time cops arrived, the fight was over.

"Price is Right" legend Bob Barker is turning the big 9-0 next week ... but he tells TMZ, despite his age, he could still put a serious hurtin' on Adam Sandler.

Barker went out to a pre-bday dinner at Antonio's Restaurant on Melrose last night and told us he's excited about entering his 10th decade ... "I only have to wait ten years and I'll be 100!"

Bob says this birthday is extra special because, "It takes a long time to become 90."

And even though he says he only feels 85, Barker insists he could still recreate that great fight scene from "Happy Gilmore" ... telling us Adam couldn't even take Regis Philbin!

Nothing new in West Virginia -- just a couple of cousin/sisters beating the bejesus out of each other on a front lawn, while the rest of the family cheers them on ... and TMZ has the footage.

The brawlers are both stars on the TLC show "Gypsy Sisters" (which airs it's season 2 premiere on Thursday) and features a woman named Nettie beating the living crap out of a woman named Kayla.

It's unclear what they were fighting over ... but who cares -- it's got punches, slaps, hair pulling, humiliating face squeezing ... and some serious smack talk.

Chris Brown is responsible for more than $3 million dollars in pain and suffering ... according to legal docs filed by Frank Ocean's cousin over that massive brawl outside a recording studio.

The docs were filed by Sha'Keir Duarte ... who claims one of Chris' goons put the hurtin' on him during the melee between Chris, Frank, and their posses in West Hollywood last January.

Duarte claims Brown's bodyguard brutalized him ... and in his court docs he itemizes his list of damages complete with price tags:

-$1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
-$1,000,000 for emotional distress
-$1,000,000 for punitive damages
-plus, another $60K for medical expenses

As we previously reported ... Chris has filed a counter lawsuit against Duarte, accusing him of provoking the fight and attacking him with kicks and punches.
