"Mob Wives" star Drita D'Avanzo is off the hook for kicking her neighbor's ass over a parking spot ... all because the neighbor refused to snitch.

Drita was supposed to appear in a NYC courtroom Wednesday morning in the case, but we've learned the D.A. has declined to prosecute her. We're told the the D.A.'s office dropped the matter because Drita's neighbor, Mary Bratti, refused to cooperate.

It's an interesting twist ... considering there's clear video of Drita and Bratti brawling on Bratti's doorstep.

A Tory Lanez concert turned into a WWE battle royal ... with chairs, bottles and tables getting thrown after the singer provoked the crowd to go berserk ... according to witnesses.

The "Say It" singer performed with K Camp in Midland, TX on Saturday night and while onstage, fans say Lanez told everyone ... "Let's f*** this place up!" You can tell from this video he's pissed about something. Lanez says, "Bitch ass security."

Things got out of hand quickly ... cops were called in, and security pulled the plug on the show. Multiple arrests were made and the venue was trashed.

The promoter and venue owners are both considering going after Lanez legally ... for inciting the riot.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' producers let a giant skeleton out of Porsha Williams' closet at the final reunion show taping ... raw footage of her dark alley assault on pal Jami Ziegler.

We broke the story ... Porsha allegedly attacked Jami at a party in December while being filmed ... all because she didn't like the person Jami brought as her plus one.

Producers told the ladies the cameras didn't capture the fight ... since Jami ran out of the house and down a dark alley where the beatdown occurred ... but turns out it wasn't true.

Our sources say the whole thing was captured on a camera ... notably Porsha throwing some pretty mean punches, and the footage will air in April.

We're told several women on the show want her kicked off since it was her third fight with castmates ... Cynthia, Kenya and now Jami, if you're keeping score.

Katt Williams has a rambling explanation for his fight with a 17-year-old ... he thought he was 19.

Katt actually goes on, and on, and on, telling his audience Friday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn how he got into the scuffle.

In the end, he wants to make one thing clear ... he didn't get his ass whipped and pity the poor fool who dares to try.

Meek Mill is calling BS on the guy he calls Drake's ghostwriter ... saying neither he nor his team whupped Quentin Miller's ass.

As we reported, Miller claims Meek and his crew left him bloodied after a run-in at the Bev Hills Nike store. But our sources say Meek's telling friends that story is fabricated, and there's zero evidence of such a run-in.

We're told Meek thinks the proof is no security camera footage has surfaced from the busy Wilshire Ave location. Translation: pics or it didn't happen.

Our sources says Meek thinks Drake masterminded Miller's story ... just to take a shot while he's on house arrest.

Drake and Meek Mill's beef got physically violent when Meek took out his anger on Quentin Miller -- the guy he accused of writing Drake's raps -- by allegedly attacking him in Bev Hills.

Miller claims the beatdown happened at the Nike Store. He's not specific on when, but says it was after the whole feud blew up in Meek's face. You'll recall, Meek attempted to out Miller as the guy who wrote Drizzy's rhyme on "10 Bands."

Miller refused to take full credit and denied ghostwriting, which fueled the fan backlash against Meek.

Andre Berto is adamant he did NOT call Victor Ortiz a "f*g" during a fight at their press conference this week -- telling TMZ Sports, "I respect gay people."

Adrien Broner may be done in by instant replay -- 'cause police say they have video from the alleged violent robbery outside of a Cincinnati bowling alley that could sink the boxer.

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... officials have video from outside of the Cincinnati bowling alley -- which they believe will help prove Broner beat up and robbed a man with a gun on January 21st.

Sources connected to the case tell us the video is grainy and dark and you can't see any fighting -- you CAN hear a voice that sounds like Broner demanding, "Give me my money back."

We're told you can also hear people imploring Broner -- "A.B. chill ... A.B. c'mon!"

Broner has been charged with felonious assault and robbery -- and faces serious prison time if convicted.

It's no wonder Katt Williams got tossed around like a rag doll by a 17-year-old boy ... the kid was a bona fide high school wrestler.

Luke Wash, who wrestled for Gainesville High, is no stranger to the choke hold in which Williams found himself. Take a look at the pic -- it's easy to see, Luke's a natural as he towers over his opponent.

As TMZ reported ... Luke and Katt got into it during a soccer game, and the jawing continued after the match. Luke got in Katt's face, Katt punched him and Luke took the comedian down.

We're told cops are investigating the incident and the consequences could be serious for Katt ... his bail could be revoked.

Katt Williams can't use the "he jumped me first" excuse anymore ... because a new full and uncut video of the fight between him and a minor clearly shows the comedian struck first.

You can see Katt and the kid exchanging words while walking off a soccer field, and the jawing goes on until Katt's up against a wall. Seems pretty obvious the kid was egging on Katt, but it's also clear the comedian got physical.

Katt might still argue he felt threatened -- the kid was inches from his face -- and that's why he threw a punch.

Katt Williams attacked a kid during an Atlanta soccer match because the kid had gotten all up in his business, and aggressively ... so allege sources connected with the comedian, and new video seems to at least partially support his claim.

Katt punched the boy in Gainesville, outside ATL, and it was caught on video. The boy then pounced on Katt, putting him in a rear naked choke hold.

The first video that surfaced shows the punch but almost nothing before. The new video shows the kid and his buddies following Katt, who sits passively against a wall. The kid seems to challenge Katt, accusing him of talking crap.

It seems Katt is trying to diffuse the situation, but the kid orders him to stand. When Katt gets up, the kid approaches him and gets inches from his face. That's when Katt strikes.

As we reported, cops are investigating the incident.

What's more ... the video that surfaced Wednesday (top) shows Katt punching the kid and then the young man puts Katt in a rear naked choke hold. But check out the video below. Sources connected to Katt tell TMZ they believe it clearly shows the video released Wednesday was altered and the kid actually put Katt in a headlock BEFORE the punch.

When you watch the video above, look closely at Katt's hair, which gets messed up when the kid has him on the ground. Katt's hair is also messed up when he punches the kid.

9:14 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us the police have reviewed the video and have launched a criminal investigation with Katt as the target. Katt, who is also on bail for multiple assault charges, is currently out on bail but one of the conditions is that he keeps his nose clean. The police are also reviewing the bail order to determine if he violated and whether bail should be revoked.

Put down your popcorn ... Stephen A. Smith says he will NOT accept Glenn Robinson's invitation to fight him in a MMA cage match -- after Glenn called him out on "TMZ Sports."

Smith just appeared on "First Take" and actually APOLOGIZED to the former NBA star for dragging him back into the headlines by going public with their decade-long feud on a radio interview last week.

But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows ... Smith made it clear the two sides hate each other -- will ALWAYS hate each other -- and he insists the allegations he made about Robinson being a racial hypocrite are 100% true.

As for the offer to fight it out once and for all ... Smith says "the street in me" wanted to handle it one way ... but the "grown man" in him convinced him to go another direction.

Jared Fogle was almost guaranteed a beatdown in prison, because guards made it clear to the other inmates he was the teacher's pet.

We've learned prison staff told the inmates before Fogle arrived at Englewood Correctional facility that he would be arriving in late December and that no one should mess with him.

Our sources say the staff made it clear ... anyone who attacked or harassed Fogle would be dealt with harshly.

That was enough for Steven Nigg, the 60-year-old inmate who beat Fogle up weeks after his arrival. We're told Nigg resented Fogle because the staff made him seem "untouchable" ... so he touched him.

Jared Fogle got a surprise beatdown in federal prison from an inmate who has major issues with child molesters ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, Fogle got jumped in the rec yard at Englewood prison in Colorado back on January 29, and it was not much of a fight. An inmate named Steven Nigg pushed Fogle down and then unloaded a barrage of punches to his face.

Nigg, who's in for a weapons charge, left Fogle with a bloody nose, swollen face and scratches on his neck. 60-year-old Nigg was also injured -- a small cut on his left hand from delivering the whuppin'. Prison officials put Nigg in solitary as punishment.

We spoke to Nigg's family and they're not surprised. We're told Steven's pissed because so many child sex predators are housed in the low security facility, and Fogle was just the last straw.

Jared's attorney had no comment. We don't wanna say karma, but ... oops.

It's been 10 days since the Brock Osweiler pizza shop incident ... but the NFL is still not saying whether or not it's investigating the Houston Texans QB for his role that night.

The moment in question is right before Brock gets pushed from behind ... when he used his arm to physically move one of the women at the shop who was in a verbal altercation with his wife.

Some people (including high profile media members) say Brock crossed the line ... others believe he used a reasonable amount of force to keep the peace.

We've been calling the NFL to find out if they were investigating the incident -- and were told, "We don't have a comment."
