4:50 PM PT -- A station spokesperson tells TMZ Iris "is ok and is understandably taking some time off to recover."

A Telemundo reporter was viciously punched in the head Wednesday on live TV.

Iris Delgado was at the tail end of her live shot at Philadelphia City Hall when a woman sauntered up to her and said, "Excuse me, excuse me." It's unclear what set the woman off, but the punch is painful to watch. She was punched 3 times and pulled to the ground.

You hear the anchor say, "¡Ay Dios mio!" (Oh my God).

Law enforcement tells us Iris complained of pain to the right side of her head.

The attacker was arrested.

We got the 5'4" actor in NYC Thursday and he has 2 surefire ways to thwart an attack by large men.

8:20 AM PT -- Lamont now says he's NOT the guy who fought Bieber ... even though he totally owned it on Thursday. He says he's been getting death threats from Beliebers and even got fired from his job.

Remember, he posted a video on Thursday talking about the fight. He's now saying he lied, though it's unclear WHY he did so.

Justin Bieber incited the 6'5" man who brawled with the singer by calling him a motherf***** ... this according to the very large guy himself.

Lamont Richmond is the guy with whom Biebs picked the fight. We're told this is how Lamont's story goes ... he'd just left a bar when he saw Justin outside the Westin in Cleveland. Lamont says he and his 2 chick friends chilled with Bieber for a short time.

Check out the photo below. Lamont says he dared to ask Bieber if the women could take a pic and get a John Hancock. Lamont says Bieber snapped back, "No autographs tonight, motherf*****."

Lamont says Justin reeked of alcohol and got all Quien Es Mas Macho on him, "puffing his chest up," and then took a swing. That was enough for Lamont.

You see Lamont restrain Bieber in the video ... and says he's sure, if he went full force, he would have killed him.

We're told Lamont has already met with a lawyer and plans to sue. For what is anyone's guess.

Justin Bieber's street fight erupted over chicks and autographs ... at least according to a guy who's claiming he's the one who went toe-to-toe with Bieber.

Lamont Richmond, a 6'5" Cleveland local, is taking credit for taking down Justin -- and explaining his take of what led up to the brawl. Just like Bieber, Lamont looks no worse for wear in the video he posted.

Check out the clip ... he makes it sound like it all could've been settled if Justin signed something.

We can't confirm Lamont really is THE GUY ... but it would be odd to lie about fighting Justin. Hardly earns you a CSD (Certified Street Dude).

Floyd Mayweather LOVES the way Justin Bieber fought Wednesday night -- telling TMZ Sports, "He showed he ain't no bitch."

Bieber's been training with the boxing legend for years -- but Mayweather says the most impressive part of the fight video isn't JB's form ... "He showed he got heart."

Mayweather says he doesn't know why Bieber got into it in Cleveland last night -- but says the lesson is clear ... "Justin Bieber ain't no bitch."

Justin Bieber was still fired up when passersby managed to break up his Cleveland brawl.

We just obtained this video, shot seconds after the first fight clip -- a Golden State Warriors fan grabbed Justin from behind and pulled him off the dogpile.

Watch, you can tell Justin was still itching for a fight -- but witnesses tell us no more punches were thrown. The huge guy he was fighting is off in the background.

JB just posted a pic -- letting everyone know his beautiful face is unscathed.

Justin Bieber got into an all-out street brawl with a guy much bigger than him Wednesday night in Cleveland.

TMZ obtained this video of Bieber, shot shortly after 11 PM, outside his hotel in downtown Cleveland -- he was face-to-face with the guy, who threw a light blow at Justin's head. That's when Justin uncorked a blow right to his face ... and then it's on!

Several people were standing nearby and tried to jump in, but the fight ends up spilling to the ground.

It's unclear what started the scrap. Bieber was in town for the game 3 of the NBA Finals, and was wearing a Cleveland Cavaliers shirt ... so it could be post-game trash talk. Also, witnesses say Bieber was getting peppered with requests for photos, and we know how he feels about that.

Overall ... we'd say Justin held his own, though he ended up on the bottom of the pile.

Australian rules football legend Richie Vandenberg got hit in the face with a glass at a NY bar early Thursday morning ... but despite his injuries, he refused medical attention, TMZ Sports has learned.

Here's what we know ... 39-year-old Vandenberg -- who captained the Hawthorn Football Club from '05 to '07 -- was partying at the Catch bar in NYC with a lady friend when someone came up to her and asked her to dance.

We're told she refused... and Richie came over to help get her point across, when the dude smashed Richie in the face.

Police were called and the suspect -- a 32-year-old man -- was arrested. Cops say Richie suffered a laceration to the forehead but didn't want to go to the hospital.

BTW, Vandenberg was a stud during his time with the squad ... and was hailed as turning Hawthorn into one of the most dominant clubs in the AFL.

A Dallas high school employee claims Deion Sanders' teenage son brutally attacked him on school grounds ... beating him so badly, he needed spinal surgery ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Amber Heard's ex girlfriend, Tasya van Ree, says Amber's domestic violence arrest was ridiculous because it was never that violent.

TMZ broke the story, Amber was arrested at the Seattle International Airport in 2009 after Amber allegedly grabbed and hit Tasya's arm. She was booked, her mug shot was taken, but ultimately the D.A. declined to prosecute.

Sources close to Amber tell us both her and Tasya say Amber's arrest was simply a "lover's spat," and all she did was grab onto her arm.

Tasya says she told cops she didn't want Amber arrested, but our law enforcement sources say Tasya was upset and unsympathetic to Amber when she was cuffed and taken away.

Van Ree says the cops were not even going to take action until they realized she and Amber were domestic partners. She says the cops had "mysogynistic attitudes" and appeared to be "homophobic."

Amber Heard's friend who was on the phone the night Johnny Depp allegedly attacked -- says she witnessed firsthand the effects of multiple other attacks ... and had to stop the pattern of violence.

Artist iO Tillett Wright says, "I called 911 because she never would. Because every time it happened, her first thought was about protecting him." She claims Depp repeatedly apologized for other violent incidents and repeatedly swore to "never to do it again."

In a blog post, she writes about an alleged attack in December where Amber woke up with her pillow covered in blood. Wright says, "I know this because I went to their house. I saw the pillow with my own eyes. I saw the busted lip and the clumps of hair on the floor."

She describes Johnny as a dear friend and "brother" who'd helped her through dark times -- but says she needed to call him out after what she heard the night of May 21.

"I was on the phone with both of them and heard it drop, heard him say, 'What if I pulled your hair back?' and her scream for my help, I wondered like so many times before if I should break the code of silence that surrounds celebrities and invite the police into the situation."

Ultimately, Wright says, "I had to stand up for my friend."

Gilbert Arenas says he's sorry he said "f*** my kids" during an argument with his ex -- but says he didn't mean it, and blames Laura Govan for "setting me up."

An audio recording of the conversation was released on "The Breakfast Club" radio show this morning -- and while Gilbert admits it's authentic, he says he did not know he was being recorded.

"Yes I said it ... NOT in the meaning as a #deadbeatdad BUT the meaning of a man who was frustrated of fighting a evil demon everyday," Arenas said in an Instagram statement.

"I was letting [Govan] know NOT even the kids will save u. She thinks she can [leverage] me and the kids, she uses the kids to fight her battles."

Gilbert says he believes Govan leaked the tape -- but says he does not plan to take any sort of legal action over it.

In fact, Gilbert says he will not move to strip Laura of custody because he believes "kids need both parents in they lives."

4:00 PM PT -- Mokrani doesn't know what the hell Chris is talking about ... he tells us he was NOT working security at the club.

8:55 AM PT - Chris Brown posted on social media and said Mokrani was a security guard who assaulted him and tried to kick him out, so his team "handled the situation accordingly."

Chris Brown exploded in anger and stomped on a man's head during a concert ... and the victim is now gunning for some justice.

Malek Mokrani attended a Brown concert in Cannes on May 18 ... it's clear a fight erupted and something clearly upset Chris, because you see his shoe turn into a weapon.

It's unclear if Mokrani was involved in the fight or just collateral damage.

He tells us he went to the hospital with neck and head pain and plans on filing a police report.

We reached out to Brown's rep. So far no word back.

Shane Mosley is dashing the hell out of Amir Khan's Olympic dreams -- saying it would be DUMB AS HELL to fight at the '16 Games in Rio after the way he was brutally K.O.'d back in May.

FYI, Khan has expressed serious interest in fighting for Pakistan at the summer games -- after the International Boxing Association finally voted to allow pros to compete for gold.

But after watching Khan nearly get decapitated by Canelo Alvarez last month, Mosely tells TMZ Sports, the dude needs to rethink his plan.

"I don’t think after getting knocked the f*** out Khan should be talking about representing anyone."

Damn.

As for Mosely, the boxer says he WILL be in Rio for the games, but not to fight ...

"I think there are better people than me to represent the USA. I will be in Rio for the games though. And having a lot of sex on the beach."

Kenya Moore survived a nightmare vacation, and a blowout argument with her boyfriend before they finally broke things off.

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star's now ex-bf, Matt Jordan, announced their breakup, but left out the details of their Memorial Day weekend in Mexico ... where, according to sources close to the couple, they got into a huge dispute. We're told Kenya locked herself in their hotel room, but Matt got mad and "kicked the door in and broke it."

When he got in, the argument got more heated -- he repeatedly called her "bitch" and "c***" ... according to our sources.

We're told they actually flew back to Atlanta on the same flight, but Kenya changed their seats. Once they landed, Matt grabbed her luggage ... and to avoid a scene, Kenya went back to her place in a separate car from Matt. But things blew up again when he showed up to her house and dumped her bag on the driveway, and that was it.

Amber Heard is not going through with her promise to belatedly file a police report ... because she says she still loves Johnny Depp and "doesn't want to bury him" ... so say sources connected with Amber.

As we reported, Amber's lawyer, Samantha Spector, vowed Tuesday Amber would file a police report because she was being trashed in the media, thanks to Johnny and his team.

We're told Amber has now had a change of heart, saying she believes a police report would trigger an arrest and prosecution, and she doesn't want to set the wheels in motion for People vs. Depp.

Sources connected with Johnny scoff at Amber's sympathy, saying she timed the allegations to hurt his new movie, "Alice Through the Looking Glass," which tanked.

Heard claims she still loves the man she now says repeatedly brutalized her.
