The family of "Big Brother 16" houseguest Victoria Rafaeli is fuming mad over a joke Frankie Grande made about 2 guys teaming up to take Victoria's virginity ... and they want apologies from him AND his sister Ariana.

During the livestream on Saturday, Grande told two male houseguests they should "double team" Victoria and "take all her virginities." He then made a bunch of extremely sexual gestures. Just watch the video.

Victoria's mother, Lizabeth, tells TMZ she definitely took Frankie's comments to be a "rape joke" and feels her daughter is now a "target for rape" because producers did nothing to stop Frankie's rant.

With Justin Bieber's history of stupid, dangerous, and illegal stunts -- it's pretty amazing he and Gloria Allred's paths are crossing for the first time ... over his alleged Dave & Buster's run-in with a couple.

Allred tells TMZ she's been hired to represent the couple who claim Bieber tried to snatch a cell phone from them last week in the restaurant/arcade.

We broke the story ... police say Bieber lunged at a guy who snapped cell phone pics of Justin and Selena Gomez.

We spoke to Gloria outside LAPD's Hollywood division, and she described her clients' smoking gun -- video of the incident .. which she says they've turned over to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us, LAPD has reviewed it for evidence of a crime -- and while it does show JB lunging ... he never makes physical contact.

The Danish Navy is about to feel the wrath of Charlie Sheen ... because he tells TMZ they've illegally seized a boat he donated to Paul Watson and his boys over at "Whale Wars."

Sheen tells TMZ ... he purchased a 40-foot Zodiac, the BS Sheen, for Watson ... but it was seized late Saturday and perhaps even destroyed.

Sheen is understandably upset, but says he's proud a boat with his name has been out there doing good work. He vows, "This level of insidious and vicious corruption must be dealt with swiftly and harshly."

The Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez re-re-re-re-rekindling is still going strong ... as the couple spent Friday riding around on an ATV in Canada.

The two were spotted riding around in Stratford, Ontario where they each took turns riding on the front of the ATV ... while the other rode behind and held on tight. Considering they are roughly about the same size, it makes sense that they are interchangeable.

"Orange Is the New Black" actress Diane Guerrero is constantly wearing ill-fitting jumpsuits on the show, so imagine our surprise when we learned she has a killer body!

Seems Diane is being transferred from Litchfield ... to Whappington County. You'll love it there!

Joseline Hernandez was NOT on drugs during that ugly brawl on the set of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta"... so says her husband Stevie J -- who tells TMZ they're gonna sue the liars who said she was high.

Stevie claims his co-star, Althea Eaton, made up the story about Joseline smoking crack cocaine before attacking her last month at the reunion show. Althea is suing Joseline for assaulting her.

Stevie tells TMZ ... the suit is BS because Althea and her fiance Benzino started the fight by talking crap in the first place. He claims Althea's lawsuit is a smokescreen ... to hide the fact Benzino slugged Joseline during the tussle.

Stevie says he and Joseline have lawyered up ... and plan to countersue because "no grown man should hit a woman."

We called Benzino who told us, "It's clear that him and his whore jumped off the couch and attacked us and whatever happened from there was merely self-defense."

Jennifer Lopez and Iggy Azalea teamed up for a remix ... which is totally irrelevant when compared to the amazing photo that has ass aficionados stacking the vintage model against the new one.

Justin Bieber is under investigation for allegedly trying to snatch a cell phone from a guy who snapped pics of Biebs and Selena Gomez at a Dave & Buster's.

If Biebs can't keep chill in a freakin' arcade ... it's a bad omen for the next TWO years while he's on probation! Dude's gotta know better.

Justin Bieber is under investigation for several crimes -- including attempted robbery -- for lunging at a fan at an arcade and sports bar ... attempting to get the guy's cell phone.

Justin and Selena Gomez were at Dave & Buster's Monday night when a fan started taking cell phone pics and video of the two. Law enforcement sources say ... Justin lunged at the guy ... in an attempt to take his cell phone and presumably erase the pics and video.

Justin's security held him back and he never made contact with the fan.

Police were called but before they arrived Justin booked it out of there.

Our law enforcement sources say the fan wants to press charges and Justin is being investigated ... and the possible crimes are attempted battery, attempted theft (stealing the pics) and attempted robbery (grabbing the camera in an attempt to permanently deprive the fan of the pics and video).

Justin could be in big trouble, because he's on probation in the egging case and violating the law could trigger a probation violation which could land him in jail.

We called Bieber's rep. They have no comment.

So J.Lo and Casper walked the VMA red carpet separately, sat separately at the VMAs (except for a quick reunion for candy) and each showed up at Mastro's following the show ... but left separately.

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart REUNITED at the MTV VMAs ... if only for a quick second ... when the dancer made J.Lo an offer she couldn't refuse -- Skittles.

Despite the fact they were sitting in different sections, Casper made his way over to Jennifer's section during a commercial break with a sugary peace offering ... and the whole thing was captured on the VMA livestream.

As we previously reported, the two were spotted out together earlier this week -- despite the fact they recently broke up.

Chelsea Handler's irreverent sidekick Chuy has NOT been offered a job on Chelsea's upcoming Netflix show ... but even if he does, he's not sure he'll sign on.

Chuy's manager tells TMZ ... Netflix and Chelsea have been radio silent ... and the clock is ticking. The smart money is on Chuy not getting an offer because if they really wanted him they would have made him an offer.

On the other hand ... the show isn't set to debut until 2016, so there's still time.

But Chuy isn't waiting around. His manager tells us ... He will be on the air by the end of this year -- either on his own show or with someone else. The manager says Chuy is in negotiations with both scenarios ... which are comedy-based.

We're told he's also into doing an overseas comedy tour.

We found out Smart just closed on a $760,000 ranch-style home in Woodland Hills. He put down 20% -- $152,000. And get this ... it's all Casper's money. JLo didn't give him a penny. He's been renting out a condo he already owned and making money doing choreography for artists like Nicki Minaj.

The 2,039 sq ft house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a pool, fruit trees, and a batting cage.

Now the banging part. We posted pics of Smart and JLo driving together Monday in L.A. and it looked like something was up -- she was trying to hide from the photog -- but we're now told they continue to be friends but the romance is over and out.

Plus ... JLO wouldn't be caught dead in THAT part of the valley.
