Snooki's ex-BF Emilio Masella is adamant ... he's not the mastermind behind the naked Snooki photos that leaked onto the Internet last week -- telling TMZ, he never even saw them before they hit the web.

In case you haven't checked out the pics -- they're basically a bunch of selfies taken inside a hotel room. Snooki's standing in front of a mirror in various states of undress, grabbing her boobs, etc -- pretty tame compared to some episodes of "Jersey Shore."

But Emilio insists he wasn't on the receiving end of the pictures -- claiming it must have been a more recent flame based on Snooki's body. Emilio didn't say what clues gave away the time frame.

Kris Humphries was once again spotted on the beach in Miami with a mystery girl ... but TMZ has already cracked the mystery.

The girl is Kris' nutritionist, Tracy Paradise, and we're told there is absolutely nothing romantic between the two. Our sources say she works Kris out when his other trainers are not available (not like that, you pervs) and sometimes serves as his assistant.

Manny Pacquiao lost a VERY controversial split decision last night to Timothy Bradley, setting the stage for a rematch ... that seemingly was already in the works! Something smells fishy ...

The internet set on fire last night when Pacquiao was declared the loser ... even though anyone with two eyes (or even one) could see he won the fight easily.

Our good friends over at TheBigLead.com point out ... Bradley tweeted a photo of a poster for the rematch back on May 29. Most experts agree that a decisive Manny victory would have meant no rematch.

So we gotta ask ...

Vivica A. Fox told our photog yesterday afternoon ... President Barack Obama smells "fabulous" -- innocuous comment ... or hint of A GIANT COVERUP!?!?!?!?

The "Independence Day" star was at a breakfast with Obama on Thursday and when we asked what kind of cologne the prez wears ... Fox offered up the olfactory praise.

But here's the thing ... even though Obama claims to be off the tobacco wagon, he has yo-yoed when it comes to smoking more times than Oprah's weight. So if he's hitting the cologne bottle ... it could be to mask the smell of his cancer sticks.

So we ask ...

Kris Humphries' lawyer has been speaking with the lawyer for girlfriend Myla Sinanaj ... trying to negotiate a non-disclosure agreement ... for a price.

Sources connected with Kris tell us ... his lawyer reached out to hers earlier today, trying to muzzle her from talking about their relationship. Our sources say Kris is nervous about the texts, emails and other documents she has relating to their relationship -- things Kris wants to keep under wraps.

As for why Kris wants to muzzle Myla -- his lawyers are demanding millions from Kim Kardashian, alleging she defrauded him and broke his heart. It's hard to make the case when Kris is banging another chick two months after Kim files divorce docs.

We're told, in addition to a non-disclosure agreement, Kris wants Myla to sign some sort of joint statement ... again, for a price.

Everyone can chill out -- Zack Morris says he didn't totally slam "Saved by the Bell" ... and insists his words were "taken out of context" in a controversial interview.

TMZ just spoke to Mark-Paul Gosselaar about the Yahoo! story in which he's quoted as saying of 'SBTB' ... "It's not a great show." Those words ignited an uproar on the Internet this week, but Mark told us, "I'm proud of that show and have no problem talking about it."

Mark does admit calling the show's writing "cheesy"... but says, "That's why people like it! I wasn't saying it was a bad show, just that the writing reflected" '80s cheesiness.

MPG says he's "bummed" his words were twisted, and adds ... "everything I've ever done after the show has pointed to me having nothing but respect for it."

Kris Humphries GF Myla Sinanaj is in a tight spot -- she's been dating a guy for 5 months who says he's single, trashing the in-laws of his estranged wife, and acting a little "Single White Female" by impersonating KK. Short story -- she needed a coffee break.

It's no surprise Myla was mum on her way out of a Starbucks in New Jersey this AM. Funny thing ... on the other end of the country Bruce Jenner -- whose face Myla calls "scary from too much plastic surgery" -- was at a Starbucks getting a java of his own.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak just dug herself a hole to China by telling us Monday she is not living in her home illegally -- turns out, what she told us was a big fat LIE, because TMZ has the lease.

Kim is embroiled in a verbal war with her landlord, Kendra Davis. As we reported, Davis has said she's trying to evict Kim because she has no right to live in the house and won't pay rent. For her part, Kim insisted she's paid every cent of the ren and the lease was still in effect.

So here's the smoking gun ... According to the lease, either Kendra or Kim had a right to terminate the lease by giving written notice 30 days before May 30. If no one gave notice, the lease would be extended beginning in June on a month-to-month basis.

But here's the deal ... Someone did give 30 days notice -- AND IT WAS KIM AND HER HUBBY!! Take a look at Kroy Biermann's email to the landlord dated March 29, 2012. So the lease officially terminated May 30 -- so she lied to us when she said it was still in effect.

It's now June 5 and Kim and Kroy are still in the house. Under the lease, they're considered squatters -- i.e., illegal tenants -- and the lease says they are required to pay $600 for every day they illegally stay. The landlord says they haven't paid $600 a day, so it appears Kim also lied to us when she said she was totally current on rent.

The landlord gave us a letter that she sent Kim and Kroy today ... telling them they're in the house illegally and must vacate immediately, and if they don't she'll see them in court.

Calls to Kim weren't returned. Pants on fire, Kim.

Simon Cowell's ex-fiancée, Mezhgan Hussainy, has absolutely no plans to write a scathing tell-all book about everyone's favorite acerbic judge, despite reports to the contrary ... TMZ has learned.

British tabs are buzzing today with a report that Hussainy is out of "revenge" against Cowell and plans to pen a book and reveal all the couple's dirty laundry.

But a source close to Hussainy tells TMZ she is "not the type of person" to write such a book and that Hussainy and Cowell are still very close ... despite breaking off their engagement last year.

A rep for Hussainy tells TMZ she "has absolutely no plans to write a book of any sort."

Lamar Odom the basketball player and Lamar Odom the reality star are two completely separate people and he likes to keep it that way ... but maybe he should think about merging the two.

Our photog spotted the former Los Angeles Laker out in L.A. yesterday and asked him if Kris Jenner (mega-manager that she is) is handling his basketball career. Lamar explained, "Those are two separate entities -- the basketball player and the guy that's on reality TV ... She handles the reality star."

An interesting statement from L.O. because when he and Khloe pulled the plug on their reality show ... he claimed he was going to focus on his basketball career. Not a good move on Lamar's part to say he's still in the reality TV world ... if he's serious about having a team take him seriously.

Tyler Perry is calling BS on reports Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina walked off the set of his TV show "For Better Or Worse" -- claiming the rumors are "not true at all."

Bobbi Kristina has a small recurring role on the show -- but reports have been circulating she called it quits before wrapping the season, storming off the set in tears.

Now Tyler -- the creator of the show -- has taken to his website to dispel the rumors, writing, "There is no way that she could have walked off the set because we have finished taping the season."

Tyler writes, "Were there tough days for her? Yes of course. Not because of the acting or any job-related issues but because of the fact that she had just lost her mother."

Sources directly connected to Matthew Fox tell TMZ ... the actor has never beaten a woman in his life, contrary to the allegations made by his "Lost" co-star Dominic Monaghan.

As you know, Monaghan tweeted the allegation, claiming Matthew "beats women. not isolated incidents.often ..."

Our sources say Fox and Monaghan have not spoken for years, and they never had any sort of blowout argument so it's baffling to Fox as to why Dominic would go on such a rant.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and wife Mary Kennedy had a turbulent relationship long before she committed suicide, and just-revealed 911 records show that cops had to repeatedly calm things down.

Police reports obtained by the NY Daily News show the estranged couple called 911 over a dozen times in the last few years ... most notably in May of 2011, around the time RFK went public with his new love interest -- actress Cheryl Hines.

In one incident Bedford cops found the couple outside in the midst of a "domestic disturbance" with "books and papers strewn about the area." Three hours later police returned again to find RFK locked out of his house.

Just a few months prior police were summoned to the home while Mary Kennedy was having an "emotional breakdown" ... the officer on scene said he found RFK in his bedroom trying to calm Mary down.

Charlie Sheen tells TMZ ... he is NOT the mystery buyer who dropped $230k on Lawrence Taylor's Super Bowl ring ... despite widespread media reports to the contrary.

LT had gifted the Super Bowl XXV ring to his son TJ ... who decided to put the ring up for auction without asking his father for permission first. It sold for $230,401 ... and LT's agent told various media outlets he believed Sheen was the buyer.

According to Sheen ... LT's agent was wrong.

“As much as I would be honored to own such an important artifact, I had nothing to do with the acquisition" ... Sheen tells us.

It's not a crazy rumor ... considering Sheen is a bigtime sports memorabilia collector who already owns Babe Ruth's 1927 World Series ring.

No word if the REAL buyer plans to reveal his or her identity any time soon.

"Community" creator Dan Harmon's firing from his own show came shortly after his very public view with Chevy Chase -- but fellow cast member Jim Rash says one thing has nothing to do with the other.

Our photog caught up with Rash -- who plays Dean Pelton on the show and won an Oscar earlier this year for co-writing "The Descendants" -- outside a theater in Hollywood last night. He told us that the cast "couldn't love him more" and the decision to not re-new Harmon's contract was totally out of their hands.

It's not the darkest timeline for "Community" fans, but it's close -- creator Dan Harmon is out as showrunner after Sony Pictures Television opted not to renew his contract.

Sony had clashed with Harmon for quite sometime, reports Vulture, so the news did not come as a total shock. Harmon's most publicized dust-up was with one of the show's stars, Chevy Chase, which included Harmon playing an obscenity-laced voicemail Chase had left for him to a room full of people.

Harmon blogged last night that he learned the news the same way everyone else did, via press release. In fact, Harmon said he hasn't even so much as spoken to Sony since NBC renewed the show for a fourth season last week.

He wrote, "Do not believe anyone that tells you on Monday that I quit or diminished my role so I could spend more time with my loved ones, or that I negotiated and we couldn’t come to an agreement, etc. It couldn’t be less true because, just to make this clear, literally nobody called me."
