Halle Berry is putting her star power behind a major push in California ... pleading for lawmakers and the Governor to step up for women's health.

We got Halle outside CBS Studios in NYC on Thursday and we asked her about some new proposed legislation in California that would require health plans to cover menopause-related treatments.

Halle puts pressure on California Governor Gavin Newsom to pass the bill ... telling him women of a certain age going through the biological transition deserve the same level of care as all other females do, calling menopause health a matter of basic human rights.

Toto's Bobby Kimball's quality of life after his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis is the subject of a forthcoming film ... documenting his journey years after his diagnosis.

John Zaika -- Bobby's longtime friend and the director of the documentary "Kite on a String: The Bobby Kimball Story" -- tells TMZ ... there were signs something was wrong when he was working with the "Africa" hitmaker more than a decade ago, indications like severe hearing loss and some "off behaviors."

The Toto singer noticed something might be wrong with his memory in 2019, so he confided in his wife, Jasmin. They sought help at UCLA's Memory Clinic and he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia that same year -- BTW, the same form of dementia Bruce Willis was diagnosed with in 2023.

Dan Rivera -- the paranormal investigator on a creepy "Annabelle" doll tour who died completely out of the blue in the "haunted" Civil War battlefield town of Gettysburg -- had a history of heart issues ... and the coroner says his death was cardiac-related.

Rivera's autopsy results have been released by County of Adams Coroner Francis Dutrow, and we're told Dan died from natural causes.

As we reported ... Dan was in Pennsylvania for his "Devils on the Run" tour -- hauling the infamous Annabelle doll across the country -- when he died July 13 in his hotel room.

Randy Moss revealed this week that in his doctors' quest to rid him of cancer late last year ... they removed "parts of several" of his organs.

The Hall of Famer spoke in-depth about his fight with cholangiocarcinoma during a sit-down interview with 'GMA's Robin Roberts ... and he explained the surgery he underwent back in December to beat the rare bile duct disease was intense.

Roberts stated Moss told her the operation was a "complex, six-hour" one that "removed parts of several organs." Additionally, she said Moss had to undergo chemotherapy as well as radiation.

Bryan Kohberger says he was diagnosed with a slew of mental health disorders before he entered his guilty plea ... including autism.

The convicted mass killer revealed in a handwritten court filing from June that he had been diagnosed with autism level 1, OCD, ADHD and ARFID, an eating disorder.

Kohberger noted all four mental health disorders were diagnosed in February 2025 ... when he was in custody awaiting his murder trial.

The superstar took to her Instagram Stories to announce she was canceling her show at the Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami. In her lengthy post, Gaga explained she'd been battling vocal strain since rehearsals Tuesday and it worsened during her warmup Wednesday night.

Her doctor and vocal coach warned performing could cause permanent damage. "I want to be hardcore and push through for you, but I can't risk long-term harm to my vocal cords," she wrote, calling it a "hard and agonizing decision" but one she had to make to protect her voice.

Terrifying incident in Key Largo, Florida -- an 8-year-old boy was chomped by a shark on his leg and had to be airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office confirms to TMZ the shark attack went down around 3:24 PM Monday as the boy was snorkeling with his dad and another sibling ... and he was rushed to the Ryder Trauma Center at Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Chilling MCSO dispatch audio captures the chaos ... a scuba boat alerted by the boy's father called in the injury -- the child was reportedly bitten above the knee -- describing the boy as pale and losing a ton of blood.

According to the call, they slapped on two tourniquets and a bandage to slow the bleeding ... all while scrambling to monitor the boy’s vital signs.

Sheriff Rick Ramsay told the Miami Herald the boy went under the knife Monday night. His current condition was not immediately released.

Both the U.S. Coast Guard and Florida Fish & Wildlife were alerted about the shark attack.

Rudy Giuliani is feeling better after his car accident in New Hampshire ... because he's been released from the hospital!

The former NYC mayor and President Trump's ex-lawyer walked out of the hospital on his own Monday afternoon following his Saturday night crash in Manchester, NH, during which he suffered a broken vertebra, according to his son, Andrew.

Andrew told WABC News his dad is in lots of pain, but there are "few tougher than Rudy Giuliani.” Andrew also said he initially thought the worst after hearing about the accident, but now he's encouraged by the fact that Rudy is “up and moving around” and starting physical therapy.

FSU Linebacker Ethan Pritchard Shot In Florida ... Stable but Critical Condition, School Says

Florida State University is in shock after freshman linebacker Ethan Pritchard was shot while visiting family in Florida.

The school said the college freshman was rushed to a local hospital Sunday night and remains in the ICU in “critical but stable” condition. The Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office told WCTV the shooting happened before 10 PM near the Havana Heights Apartments, where Pritchard was found shot inside a vehicle before EMS rushed him to the hospital.

"The Pritchard family is thankful for the support from so many people, as well as the care from first responders and medical professionals, and asks that their privacy be respected at this time," the Seminoles said in a statement.

The team's coach Mike Norvell said at a press conference Sunday this was a tragic event and their thoughts and prayers are with Ethan and his family. He said he visited Ethan and his family in the hospital Saturday night and is grateful for the medical professionals taking care of him.

No word yet on suspects or what sparked the gunfire.

Influencer Jess Hurrell Dead at 42 ... After 8-Year Cancer Battle

Jess Hurrell, the UK-based influencer who inspired thousands online with her chic interiors and uplifting posts, has died after an 8-year battle with cancer.

Her family shared the heartbreaking news on her Instagram Friday, revealing Jess passed away earlier this month following her long battle with cancer. Despite the diagnosis, they said Jess' "positive energy was infectious," and most people never even knew the struggles she was facing behind the scenes.

"Even tackling this horrible disease for over 8 years, people couldn't believe how positive and strong she was," her family wrote. "She always skipped, smiled and powered through life. We are heart broken and she will be remembered forever. Rest in peace my darling xxx."
