Here Comes Honey Boo Boo

Mama June has given TLC an ultimatum -- either put "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" back on the air, or she'll sue the network for treating her far more harshly than the Duggar family.

Mama June's lawyer tells TMZ, he gave the network the demand Friday, claiming the family's rights were violated when TLC yanked the show hours after TMZ posted a pic of June with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel. They say Josh Duggar's conduct was far worse, with fewer consequences.

The attorney told TLC the family is willing to work for the same terms as before and they are all on board.

The lawyer told TLC he'd be happy to resolve the matter in court ... where he believes he can score a $1 million jury verdict.

Mama June is so angry TLC has not cancelled "19 Kids and Counting" she's prepared to sue TLC, claiming the Duggar family is way worse than hers, yet they still have a show.

June tells TMZ there is no way TLC can justify keeping the Duggar family on the air yet yanking 'Honey Boo Boo.' June notes within hours of TMZ posting the pic of her cavorting with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel, TLC pulled the plug on her show.

June says she never molested anyone and McDaniel wasn't ever on her show, yet Josh Duggar is a central figure on the TLC show and admitted to molesting some of his sisters, who are also on the show. What's more, she believes Jim Bob and Michelle covered up their son's misdeeds.

With that backdrop, June says she's out hundreds of thousands of dollars because of the abrupt cancellation of her show, and if the Duggar family stays on the air, she wants to sue the network for what she believes is blatantly unfair and inconsistent treatment.

And June adds, "I read that the Duggar family said, this happening with their son brought them closer to God and each other. So they're saying it's ok to have family touch time? Hell no."

Mama June shook what her mama gave her at a strip club Saturday night, handling the pole like a pro.

June was all over the business of one stripper, then ferociously grinded another one who was hanging on to the pole for dear life.

It all went down at Crazy Horse Gentleman's Club in Pompano Beach, Florida. As TMZ reported, June pocketed a cool $5,500 for her appearance.

But June got more than she bargained for, because the crowd made it rain in a big way.

Redemption.

Mama June is joining a band ... in her lap.

The 'Honey Boo Boo' matriarch is so inspired by her recent 45 lb. weight loss, she's gunning to lose another 50, with the help of the Lap-Band.

We did the math ... she currently weighs in at 276 lbs., and if she achieves her gastric goal she'll go down to a svelte 226.

June made the decision to go under the knife because she's plateaued with her trainer and her relatively healthy diet.

She'll have the surgery this summer, which means she'll just miss bikini season.

Mama June's making stacks o' cash from a Florida strip club -- and in related news ... there's a polar vortex pushing through hell.

A rep for June tells TMZ the "Honey Boo Boo" matriarch has a signed deal to appear later this month at Crazy Horse Gentlemen's Club in Pompano Beach -- but before you start booking flights ... we're told June's keeping her clothes on.

June will pocket $5,500 for the meet and greet with fans, and get VIP treatment -- including first class airfare and deluxe hotel accommodations.

Although she won't be in her birthday suit ... there's a chance June might hop onstage to show off her new figure. She's lost 45 pounds!

The guy who admitted he threatened to gun down Mama June and her daughter on Facebook is getting off without serving jail time.

Andrew Kurt Summers pled guilty Monday to one count of making a terrorist threat. He got 3 years probation, and was fined $1,000. But the big news .... he won't be locked up.

Summers -- who claimed it was all a big joke -- was also ordered to have no contact with Mama June, Pumpkin, or anyone else in their family.

As TMZ first reported, Summers was arrested for making threats on Mama June's Facebook page.

Anna Chickadee Cardwell is pregnant ... but this time around grandma won't be in charge.

Chickadee tells TMZ, she and husband Michael are 6 weeks pregnant. If Mama June reads this it will be the first time she'll learn she's going to be a grandma 2 times over.

June was calling the shots after Anna's first baby, Kaitlyn, was born, but this time June will be allowed to visit when Anna's around, but that's it.

Anna says she doesn't trust her mom's judgment anymore, because when she was younger, June would leave her with various people for long periods of time. One of them was child molester Mark McDaniel.

Anna says the only men who she'll trust with the new baby will be her husband and Uncle Poodle.

But Anna knows the value of a buck ... she says that there's one thing Mama June will come in handy for ... diaper coupons.

The woman loves a good bargain.

Mama June wants the world to know ... "I'm bisexual."

The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" matriarch tells TMZ she had 3 experiences with women in her life but says, "It's no big deal, I was young and experimented with it, never went pro though just played the minor leagues."

While she and Sugar Bear are currently broken up, June says she is working things out with him. But if they don't get back together ... "It's open season. I will keep ALL my options open."

Standby ladies (and guys) ... Mama's about to run wild.

Sugar Bear's brother Billy is alive and well, which is hardly news except June and S.B. thought he wasn't.

As we reported, Sugar Bear and June filed a missing persons police report Tuesday, because they hadn't seen or heard from Billy since Saturday. They were especially worried because Billy was going through hard times ... unable to find a job and in the middle of a contentious breakup with his baby mama, who supposedly was not letting him see his kids.

But now Billy has resurfaced and doesn't understand all the fuss. He says he was just working with a friend and didn't feel like returning phone calls or texts from them. He says he was in contact with other family members.

Billy also says he was with his kids last week, so June and Sugar Bear were making a big deal out of nothing.

Sugar Bear's brother is missing, and Sugar Bear and Mama June are so worried we're told they've filed a missing persons report.

Billy Thompson was last seen 3 days ago in McIntyre, Georgia. He's gone off the radar, not returning phone calls or texts.

The last time Billy was seen was Saturday, at Sugar Bear's home where Mama June's daughter Jessica was getting ready to go to prom.

Mama June's people tell TMZ, they're especially worried because he's been going through hard times lately. He's unemployed and unable to find work. He's also having a hard time seeing his kids in the wake of a bad breakup with his baby mama.

Mama June is angry and clear ... her own mother has driven a wedge between her and Chickadee, because she's "a money hungry bitch."

June flew into LA Wednesday and told our photog, it's Chickadee's own fault she's run out of cash ... June says she's given her plenty.

June then made it clear ... the gravy train has left the station, so Chickadee needs to fend for herself.

Mama June has been quite the cash cow recently ... which is why her daughter Chickadee is fighting for a cut in the action.

June has found a way to make a lot of money post "Honey Boo Boo" ... we're told it's in the 6 figures. She's scored cash from paparazzi shoots and made a bundle doing various TV interviews.

Now the tricky part ... we're told Chickadee feels entitled to some of the money because June's only claim to fame is the TLC show, of which Chickadee was a big part. Yes, it's a thin argument at best.

And our sources say June has told Chickadee to pound sand ... her money is her money.

Mama June's hungry for the spotlight ... but sheddin' pounds may be what gets her back on TV.

June was spotted at a Hollywood park Friday puttin' in the work ... TMZ has learned she's got her eyes set on being a contestant on NBC's "The Biggest Loser" and she's hired celebrity personal trainer Natasha Kufa to get the ball rolling.

She may be in compromising positions but she's definitely on a mission ... she says she's determined to drop 100 lbs.

She's already shopping show ideas around ... maybe a workout tape too?

Mama June does not scare easily ... she's back in L.A. pitching new TV shows starring her and her brood, scoffing at veiled TLC threats.

It's June's second trip to La La Land after "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" got the ax, despite TLC's warning she's not allowed to pitch new shows until May.

June -- who is fresh out of the hospital after a bout with pneumonia -- blew into LAX Thursday and told us she's meeting more producers. We're told 2 projects include a relationship show involving her and Sugar Bear, and a "Beverly Hillbillies" type show.

Mama June was rushed to a hospital Friday in Georgia after her temperature went through the roof ... and doctors said she has pneumonia.

Sources close to June tell TMZ ... she was having trouble getting out of bed Friday morning. Turns out she had a 103 fever, so a family member immediately drove her to the ER.

In addition to the pneumonia ... she also had extreme dehydration.

Mama June was at the hospital all day and eventually got some shots and meds ... then doctors sent her home, but told Honey Boo Boo's mom to stay in bed for a few days.

We're told Sugar Bear pitched in to watch the kids while June was getting treated ... and he's gonna hang around for a few days to help out while June is stuck in bed.

Honey Boo Boo and the brood are laughing off TLC's legal threats ... because they say their contract was breached by the network -- and they have no obligation to fulfill their old deal.

Sources close to Mama June and co. tell us the family claims their health insurance hasn't been paid since November -- which was part of their contract -- so they no longer believe they should answer to TLC.

But our network sources claim the deal only required TLC to pay through 2014 -- which it says was covered in full. For extra generosity, the network claims it agreed to pay for the family's insurance this year too, up until May -- and we're told THAT is June's beef.

We're told TLC intends to make the payment ... it just hasn't yet.

As we previously reported ... TLC sent the family an ultimatum saying they can't work for another entertainment company until their contract runs its course at the end of May.
