Harambe's experiencing a comeback of Hollywood proportions -- going from a symbol of national tragedy to a spreader of Christmas joy ... albeit on a not-so-attractive holiday sweater.

The infamous gorilla is featured front and center on a Fresh Brewed Tees design, and sales are blowing up. They've already sold more than a thousand in less than a week, at $49.99 each.

Pretty amazing turnaround ... considering how divided the nation was on the big guy's demise.

Jared Fogle, Brendan Dassey and a bunch of other famous prisoners may have given up many of their inalienable rights, but not the right to get the bird on Turkey Day.

We surveyed the landscape, and here's what the joints are offering for Thanksgiving dinner:

Brendan Dassey (Wisconsin)
The "Making a Murderer" star gets roasted turkey with giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, biscuits, pumpkin pie with crust on top, veggie salad and chocolate milk.

Suge Knight (Los Angeles)
Suge's meal is similar to Dassey's, but he gets a dinner roll instead of a biscuit and a pumpkin muffin instead of pie ... and milk without the chocolate.

Kevin Gates (Florida)
The rapper also gets a traditional meal, but add corn and a fruit turnover to the spread. Sorry, no milk. Gates' prison also serves a vegetarian option of rice, beans and fruit.

Joe Giudice & Apollo Nida (New Jersey)
The 'Real Housewives' hubbies will chow down on a traditional meal, cafeteria-style, that includes stuffing and dessert.

The L.A. Mission had celebrities giving back for Thanksgiving by rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands deep in mashed potatoes and gravy.

Stars like Emmy Rossum, Ali Landry, Garcelle Beauvais and 'Walking Dead' actor Tom Payne joined current L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti and former Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa in helping serve Turkey Day meals to the less fortunate.

Even former Laker Derek Fisher got in on the action.

The army veteran who was denied a free meal at Chili's on Veterans Day is getting HOOKED UP by Mark Cuban ... who just offered the guy 2 season tickets to Mavs games for the rest of the season!

Ernest Walker's story made national news -- he was dining at Chili's in Texas when the manager questioned his military service and took away his food. Walker recorded the incident on his phone.

Chili's eventually apologized -- but now, we've learned Cuban heard about the story and wanted to personally honor the vet ... so the Mavs owner made the following offer:

-- 2 season tickets to the Dallas Mavs games for the rest of the season

-- 10 bonus tickets to Wednesday night's game so Walker can bring 10 more vets!

-- 10 bonus tickets to most Mavs home games to give out to other vets and people in need

-- Cuban agreed to donate money to Ernest's campaign to feed 1 million soldiers

We spoke to Walker who says he's pumped about the offer and expressed his gratitude to Cuban when they talked on the phone earlier Wednesday.

Instagram model Alexis Ren and her ex-bf Jay Alvarrez, also a model, crushed millions of their sappy fans when they broke up -- but they can take heart ... Alexis looks totally fine now.

We got the bubbly chick after her 20th birthday dinner at Delilah in WeHo, and she dropped some solid career advice ... if Instagram fame is your game.

Not much on the romance front here, but Alexis did say Thanksgiving's a good holiday for cheating ... diet-wise, anyway.

A bunch of Philadelphia 76ers players and staff prepped 50,000 Thanksgiving meals Tuesday to give to the needy ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Players like Robert Covington and Sergio Rodriguez -- along with 200 staffers -- donned their finest hairnets at the Boys & Girls Club in Frankford and got to work prepping the meals.

The 76ers tell us the 200+ person crew took about 90 minutes to get roughly 52,000 meals ready -- to make sure at-risk youth and their families will have a delicious holiday.

Good work!

Washington Redkins stars Pierre Garcon and Chris Baker were doing a pretty cool thing Monday night, giving away Thanksgiving turkeys ... when suddenly a HUUUGE Cowboys fan crashed the party!

The woman -- sporting her Dallas Cowboys beanie -- is hilarious ... getting right up in Baker's face and pledging her allegiance to her squad ... adding, "I look forward to seeing you Thursday!"

The video is great -- the woman talks smack, but does it in a playful manner -- while ultimately saying, "For real, thank you baby. Regardless of what team I belong to, I still think you're doing a good thing."

Cam Newton is hosting 800 underprivileged kids (and their families!) for a massive Turkey Day extravaganza in Charlotte.

And if you're still not impressed -- each kid gets a 2ND Thanksgiving meal to take home for later!!!

It's all part of the NFL star's 4th annual "Cam's Thanksgiving Jam" on Monday -- which includes entertainment for the kids, celebs and the QB himself serving the food!

The Cam Newton Foundation says each family will also receive a "full second Thanksgiving meal to prepare at home, courtesy of Food Lion Feeds."

Pay attention, Wolfgang Puck's about to pull your Thanksgiving dinner out of the fire.

The celebrity chef -- who's whipped up dishes for the Oscars, ESPYs and even Prez Obama -- served up some wisdom for the upcoming holiday. Of course, it starts with a great turkey, but Wolfgang went deeper with some advice about meal prep and, more importantly, meal talk.

Less than 24 hours after shocking the Pittsburgh Steelers, Ezekiel Elliott, Dak Prescott and a bunch of other Cowboys stars hit up a Salvation Army to serve an early Thanksgiving dinner to the needy.

The guys were in pretty good spirits -- and the people at the Salvation Army couldn't have been more excited!

Jason Witten, Lucky Whitehead and Alfred Morris were among the players who pitched in.

Dak and Ezekiel seemed especially chummy during the charity event -- and at 8-1, why wouldn't they be?

Chris Brown's daughter paid Selena an adorable tribute, and the late singer's family couldn't be prouder.

Selena's brother, A.B. Quintanilla, tells TMZ he was moved when he saw Royalty's Halloween getup -- a glitzy purple jumpsuit like the one Selena made famous in a 1995 Houston performance ... just a lot smaller.

A.B. tells us, "I think it's beautiful that of all the Disney characters, princess and superheroes, she picked my superhero." He also gave props to Chris, saying ... "you have an adorable daughter."
