Twas 3 days before Christmas, and at Charlie Villanueva's pad ...

A new TOILET was being delivered after someone took the one that he had.

Some scumbags in Dallas broke open his door ...

And ripped Charlie's beloved crapper right out of the floor.

But not everyone is evil you see ...

Enter the miracle workers at a company called Poo-Pourri.

They reached out to Charlie and offered to help ...

By giving him a NEW toilet they picked out themselves.

He's also being gifted with a year's worth of spray ...

To make sure his bathroom smells good all night and day.

We're so thrilled that Charlie has a new place to poo.

Turns out Santa Claus is real, and he's black, and he plays for the Washington Wizards -- because John Wall just got into the holiday spirit by buying Rolex watches for ALL of his teammates.

We talked with some peeps over at Govberg Jewelers in Philadelphia who tell us Wall came to them some time ago with the idea to cop Rolex President Day-Date watches for every member of the Wiz squad.

BTW -- these watches retail around $40k -- and the Wizards have 16 guys on the roster, so that's around $640k worth of yuletide.

Before you start to feel bad about the sweater you got your sibling, Wall signed a $207 million extension with the Wiz back in June, so y'all definitely aren't the same.

Charles Barkley gave a big shout-out to the Republican party for the brand new tax law -- saying it sucks for poor people ... but, since he's in the 1%, he's gonna blow his new savings on a ROLEX, BABY!!!

Sir Chuck was talking politics at the very end of "Inside the NBA" --- when the gang was talking about Christmas presents ... and Barkley got giddy about his holiday plans, thanks to the G.O.P bill.

"They say [the money] it's gonna trickle down ... I'm gonna trickle my fat ass down to the jewelry store and get me a new Rolex!"

Barkley -- who furiously campaigned for Democrat Doug Jones in Alabama -- was clearly roasting Republicans during the segment ... and added one final shot about how the bill will affect the poor.

"Thank you Republicans, I know I can always count on you to take care of us rich people, us one percenters."

Tyga and Arnold Schwarzenegger aren't so different from the rest of us ... procrastinating like good Americans to get their last-minute Christmas shopping done.

We got a bunch of celebs out in Bev Hills Thursday night looking for goodies with just 3 days left before Santa comes to town. From the look of things ... Tyga checked a bunch of stuff off his list, and he looks tremendously happy about it.

Tyga's getting into the holiday spirit ... and it looks like he's feeling jolly about his new 'do, too.

The rapper was spotted Christmas shopping in Beverly Hills Thursday ... while rocking an afro instead of his usual cornrows. He made a Prada purchase for somebody on his nice list and went on his merry way.

And what's Tyga Claus riding around in these days? A brand new red and white Bugatti that beats the hell out of Santa's sleigh.

Senator Cory Booker's not hiding his disdain for the GOP tax bill, which he says just pulled a Tonya Harding on America, and especially his home state.

We got the distinguished gentleman from NJ on Capitol Hill shortly after the House gave final approval to President Trump's tax overhaul -- and he says this vote wasn't about politics. He says even Republicans from his state voted against the bill.

The L.A. Rams have been crushing it on the field ... but what they just did for a local homeless family is the most amazing thing they've done all year.

Here's what happened ... Tavon Austin and Robert Quinn wanted to do something extra special for the holidays, so they teamed up with the LA Family Housing charity to find a well-deserving family to gift a fully-furnished, 4-bedroom apartment.

The lucky recipient is Shwonna Cox and her 6 children ... who lost all their belongings in the wildfires. Shwonna is an employee at USC, but was having trouble getting back on her feet.

But get this -- not only did Austin and Quinn put a roof over their heads ... the Rams hooked up Shwonna's new crib with a Christmas tree AND presents under the tree.

Blac Chyna's Christmas card screams both naughty and nice ... nice because her two kids -- 5-year-old King and 1-year-old Dream -- are so damn cute, and naughty because of the "Dear Santa let me explain ..." caption.

Blac Chyna's noticeably absent from her Xmas card which she shared on Snapchat, but she's not hiding who's been bad or good in her house. King's face speaks for itself, but we're guessing he'll still get plenty of presents under the tree.

As for Dream, it's not her first Christmas card appearance. She also made it into days 9, 13, 17 and 19 of the Kardashian's 25 days of Christmas photo shoot. Kid's already a pro.

Prince Harry flies a helicopter, so it should be no surprise he was behind the wheel driving Meghan Markle to Buckingham Palace, but still ... where's the butler?

Megs rode shotgun Wednesday as they headed off to Queen Elizabeth's pre-Christmas luncheon. Not to be outdone, big bro Prince William -- who also flies a mean bird -- insisted on playing chauffeur for Kate Middleton.

We get it, the Princes are totally down-to-earth kinda guys ... but can't QE2 hook 'em up with an Uber? Especially for what looks like a formal family affair.

The Grinch isn't about to screw up the holidays for a 5-year-old kid in Mississippi ... who had the presence of mind to call 911 and report the possible heist. Seriously.

TyLon Pittman dialed 911 over the weekend from his home outside Jackson, and he meant business. In the ultimate neighborhood watch move ... TyLon informed police he'd caught wind some guy named Grinch was trying to steal everyone's Christmas.

The call is hysterical ... partially because the 911 operator fully indulged the kid.

Cops did respond to Tylon's house, and reassured him they'd keep the Grinch dude at bay.

Love him or hate him ... gotta respect WWE superstar The Miz for his Christmas plans -- he's heading to the Middle East to spread holiday cheer to the troops!

The Miz and his wife, Maryse, were out doing some Xmas shopping in Bev Hills when he revealed he's teaming up with the USO to entertain American military members stationed overseas.

Miz is super excited about his holiday plans -- even though he doesn't know exactly where he's going yet.

Kate Upton in a one-piece swimsuit bouncing cross-court and getting her sweat on is really all the setup you need for this video.

The supermodel suited up for day 19 of LOVE Magazine's Advent calendar ... and we have to say ... B-R-A-V-O. Kate outdoes herself in this #StayStrong campaign -- showing off her athletic skills while rocking heels, and a fancy Burberry scarf.

Mohamed Hadid doesn't need to see his daughter Bella's half-naked, hammer-yielding LOVE Magazine Advent calendar video to know he'd be a huge fan ... in theory.

We got Mohamed out in Bev Hills Monday and asked him about Bella's "hammer jam," where she went primal on a tire -- while wearing lingerie.

While you'd think it'd be awkward for a dad to give his daughter props for that sort of thing, Mohamed actually manages to not make it weird. (Definitely helps he hasn't seen it.)
