Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship can't get any more real than this -- hanging out with her toddler son!

Blake joined Gwen and Apollo for lunch Thursday in Studio City, the first time we've seen them in more of a family type setting. Of course, Gwen has two older boys ... so Blake's not fully immersed yet, but it's starting to look like it's only a matter of time.

This should go a long way to quieting the doubters ... for a while, anyway.

Kendall Jenner had a lot in common with the guy she planted her first kiss on ... their dads both starred in the '80s crime drama "CHiPS."

Kendall copped to kissing elementary school crush Chad Wilcox during a game of truth or dare back in the 5th grade. Turns out Chad is the son of actor Larry Wilcox, who most famously played Officer Jon Baker.

Kourtney Kardashian is flatly denying she's hooking up with Justin Bieber, but our sources say Bieber and company are laughing, because she is.

Sources close to Bieber tell TMZ the fling started in October when they ran into each other at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.

Our source says Kourtney flirted and Justin decided to make a move, and they've hooked up a couple of times since then ... the last being this past weekend when Kourtney left Justin's Beverly Hills hotel at 4 AM.

Kourtney has been grilled like a cheeseburger by her family and she's insisted all she's done with Bieber is hang out with groups of people in the hotel.

Justin and company beg to differ ... as one source says, "He's single, she's single and they're just having a good time. Nothing serious."

Selena Gomez and One Direction's Niall Horan left the 'X Factor' finale after-party within seconds of each other Sunday night in London -- doing ZERO to help her claim that they're NOT dating.

Selena even hung backstage after 1D performed during the finale. Odd, since just days ago she insisted there's no romance between them and they're just friends.

For some reason, she tried to hide her face from photogs outside -- even though she'd already been seen hanging at the show. Maybe she's just in de-Niall?

Kourtney was out at The Nice Guy Friday with no Scott Disick in sight. As we reported, she's not getting back with Scott, although they're spending time together as parents of 3 kids.

She left the club late Friday night and made a beeline for the Montage in Bev Hills where Justin Bieber stays -- he was at the club as well. She left the hotel at 4 AM.

Her sister Kylie was hanging at Saks Fifth Ave Friday night ... sans Tyga. Although it seems weird, they're still together but often hang separately so as not to confuse their brands.

Michael Lohan wants to be able to hookup with his estranged wife without fear of getting arrested -- no easy task when you're married to Kate Major, but he's asking a judge nonetheless.

TMZ obtained docs Lohan filed asking the court to lift a restraining order Kate got against him last month when she feared for her safety. Sources connected to the troubled couple tell us Kate's been calling and texting him ever since her drunken arrest on a Jet Blue flight ... even during her rehab stint.

We're told they've even hooked up a couple times at a hotel where Lohan is staying. Obviously, Michael is worried he could get arrested for the contact with Kate ... as long as the restraining order is in effect.

Officially, for all the doubters, the TV sweeps period ended 12 days ago -- so maybe they're not together just for ratings.

Then again, for you true believers ... there is still a 'Voice' finale to promote.

Nick Cannon and Nicole Murphy wrapped up a dinner date by doing something that proves they're definitely banging ... or maybe just BFFs.

Nicole and Nick -- who are both famously single these days -- grabbed dinner over the weekend in West Hollywood. Nick was dressed to the nines, as usual ... and Nicole looked fine as hell, as usual.

After dinner they went furniture shopping. Unclear what they browsed -- tables, couches, or mattresses -- but it's an odd way to follow up dinner. As for the other obvious question ... there were rumors earlier this year they were together.

However, a source close to both Nick and Nicole tells us they're just "friends."
