Bam Margera is on the run from the police with his girlfriend and her 8-year-old child, and to make matters worse, he's developed an addiction to meth ... at least according to his brother, Jess Margera.

The former "Jackass" star's sibling is making the alarming allegations on Twitter, claiming Bam is in a really bad place right now.

Jess says Bam is traveling by car with his girlfriend and her daughter, and he says he "can't even imagine the environment in that car night now," worrying about the kid's safety and adding ... "she doesn't deserve this unnecessary trauma."

Bam's brother claims he's picked up a meth habit recently and is now "unrecognizable." Jess says he doesn't know what Bam's capable of when he's using meth and says it's been "scary" and "heartbreaking" to see Bam "hallucinating."

TMZ broke the story ... Bam's got a warrant out for his arrest in Pennsylvania, where State Police say Bam got into an altercation with his family and then made a getaway into the woods.

Bam Margera's friends are trying to get him help as his alarming behavior continues, but an attempted intervention on his behalf didn't take ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bam tell us ... a couple of Bam's longtime friends organized the intervention earlier this month, while he was in San Diego, on the heels of his L.A.-area arrest for public intoxication.

Our sources say Bam's buddies told him they loved him and were worried about him and wanted to help get him back into rehab.

We're told Bam seemed receptive at first, but ultimately a couple of factors blew the whole thing up.

For starters, our sources say Bam's current girlfriend was not receptive to the idea, and didn't want him to leave for treatment, because she would have nowhere to live if he went to rehab.

What's more, we're told Bam's estranged wife Nikki was called during the intervention and made it clear she was willing to let him back into her and their son Phoenix's life, contingent on Bam getting sober. Our sources say this upset the girlfriend, and she kicked everyone out.

The failed intervention went down shortly after we obtained video of Bam screaming at Nikki as she ate with Phoenix in a Burbank restaurant ... an outburst that came minutes before Bam was busted for public intoxication.

The former 'Jackass' star -- who has been in and out of rehab for years due to addiction and substance abuse issues -- is in more legal trouble, this time on the other side of the country.

Bam Margera is a wanted man in Pennsylvania on a slew of criminal charges -- this after cops say he got into an altercation ... and made a getaway into the woods.

The Pennsylvania State Police tells TMZ ... State Troopers responded to a reported disturbance Sunday morning around 11 AM ET near Pocopson Township -- which resulted in an alleged victim accusing Bam of being involved in some sort of physical confrontation.

The only problem ... by the time cops showed up, Bam had fled the scene of the incident into a nearby wooded area, and as of now hasn't been found.

Now, a warrant has been issued for his arrest ... and the PA State Police are actively searching for him -- asking the public for any help on info regarding his whereabouts. The charges he's facing sound pretty serious ... although, we're told they're all misdemeanors.

While we still don't know what exactly happened here -- or who the alleged victim is -- we know BM's facing 4 counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final count of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact.

As you know ... Bam's been going through a lot of issues in his personal life of late -- most of which seem to stem from his addiction and substance abuse issues ... not to mention his partying lifestyle.

Bam Margera allegedly threatened to use brass knuckles to kill a man ... and the man thinks loud sex might be the reason why.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a 28-year-old man named Daniel Cardenas claims Bam burst into his home in the middle of the night last month, waking him from his sleep and getting in his face to make a death threat.

Cardenas claims Bam told him something along the lines of, "You have 12 hours to leave the house or I will kill you with my brass knuckles."

The guy claims his roommate heard the alleged threat, came in the room and forced Bam to leave ... but he says Bam came back 90 minutes later and again slammed his door open, waking him and telling him, "You have 12 seconds to leave," while shoving a clenched fist with a handful of rings in his face in another perceived threat.

For context, Cardenas claims he lives in an Oceanside, CA home where Bam's girlfriend, Jessica, and her 8-year-old daughter have been staying in the wake of Bam's domestic violence arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... Bam was arrested for domestic violence after a woman told police the former "Jackass" star kicked her ... and our sources said the woman was Bam's current girlfriend.

In the docs, Cardenas claims Jessica and her daughter have been staying in his home since Bam's arrest, and he says the folks living in the home got mad at him a couple days after Bam's arrest because he says he was having "some very loud sex in the house" and Jessica's kid may have overheard.

In seeking court-ordered protection from Bam, Cardenas says ... "All I can figure is Jessica told Bam about the loud sex which her daughter overheard and this is why he was so upset, although it of course gives him no right to attack me, threaten my life, or kick me out of a home he has no rights to."

Cardenas also claims Bam told him, "That girl will have PTSD for the rest of her life," when making the alleged threats.

The judge signed off on a temporary restraining order ... and now Bam has to stay 100 yards away from Cardenas and the home.

Bam Margera is sending a clear message to his former "Jackass" costar Johnny Knoxville ... vowing to knock him out in a boxing ring, and he says it's all for revenge.

Bam posted the disturbing invite late Monday night, calling out Johnny and the show's co-creator Jeff Tremaine for, in his words, hooking him on "18 different medications" that he claims messed him up permanently ... and now he wants to get back at him with a little bare-knuckle boxing match.

He goes on to taunt Johnny, double-dog daring him to agree to the fight without gloves. He also calls out Jeff for being "too much of a p**** to get in the ring with me."

FYI -- the "death waiver" Bam's referring to is the wellness agreement he claimed he was pressured into signing back in 2019 in order to participate in "Jackass Forever," which fans of the movie remember he didn't appear in.

He filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against Johnny, Jeff, and a slew of others -- claiming the agreement he was forced to sign was impossible to comply with ... but they reached a settlement last year.

TMZ broke the story, Bam was arrested in Burbank last week for public intoxication, and video obtained shows him screaming at his estranged wife, Nikki Margera -- upset about how much time he gets to spend with their son, Phoenix.

Bam Margera had cops at his hotel room door ahead of his recent arrest ... and police say he was booted from the ritzy hotel just hours before getting handcuffed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD was called to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel just before noon Wednesday ... after someone said they heard yelling from his room. We're told the caller was concerned about possible domestic violence.

Cops say they spoke to Bam and a woman with whom he was in the room ...  Bam was on the phone with his ex and things got heated.

We're told there was no sign of injury and no one was looking to make a report ... although Bam and his female friend were asked to leave the hotel, which they did.

TMZ broke the story, Burbank PD got a call around 3:45 PM for a disturbance at a Thai restaurant -- video obtained by TMZ shows the former "Jackass" star screaming at his estranged wife, Nikki Margera. Remember, she's considering a TRO because of that.

Bam Margera's wife Nikki Margera is looking at possibly filing for some legal protection against him ... this after his recent arrest for public intoxication, TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Nikki's considering filing for a restraining order against the former "Jackass" star, which she hopes would protect her and their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

Meanwhile, Nikki tells us Wednesday's incident "was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix," calling it a shame because "the visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well."

She claims Bam arrived Wednesday intoxicated and belligerent -- adding "This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back."

Nikki's attorney, David Glass, tells TMZ ... they've been trying to work with Bam on setting up regular visitation. However, Glass says that's all contingent on Bam staying sober and treating Nikki with respect -- something he says just hasn't happened.

Bam Margera went on a tear, screaming at his estranged wife in a Burbank restaurant as she ate with their child ... minutes before his public intoxication arrest.

The video shows a clearly agitated Bam going nuclear Wednesday on Nikki Boyd, and it appears he's upset because she's not allowing him to spend time with their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

At one point, Bam tells Nikki, "Phoenix has his own mind." Bam says his son wants to see him and yells at his estranged wife, "Let him have his own mind," punctuating his claim by stomping on the ground.

Before storming out of the restaurant, Bam screams at Nikki, "Why are you making me wait f****** five days? F****** f***!!!"

Remember ... when Nikki filed for legal separation from Bam back in February, she asked for both legal and physical custody of their son ... because she says Bam was not sober during a previous visit with Phoenix.

Folks inside the restaurant tell us Bam came in by himself and approached the table where Nikki and Phoenix were sitting ... speaking with her for a little while before losing his cool.

TMZ broke the story ... cops in Burbank responded Wednesday to a call for a disturbance at a Thai food restaurant, and when they got there they found Bam arguing with his wife. Bam was arrested for public intoxication.

The former "Jackass" star recently vowed to be a more present father, even getting Phoenix's name tattooed on his face.

Bam Margera is the proud owner of some new ink, this time it's in honor of his son -- and the guy put it right on his face for all to see.

Gray Wake, Bam's tattoo artist, tells TMZ ... the former "Jackass" star came with a friend into Tribal Roots Tattoo Studio last week in Escondido, CA -- looking to grab a new tat.

He says he recognized Bam instantly because he grew up watching the series, but didn't know ahead of time he was coming in. Gray tells us Bam wanted his son's name, Phoenix, above his eyebrow, and he wanted it written in Arabic.

We're told Bam already had the design on his phone, Gray helped him out with the placement, and then they just went for it. He also got a small tattoo on his hand.

As you know, Bam's been dealing with problems lately on multiple fronts ... his wife Nikki Boyd filed for legal separation in February, calling it quits after she claimed Bam had a non-sober visit with Phoenix.

He was also arrested earlier this month for domestic violence after allegedly kicking a woman. Law enforcement said the victim referred to Bam as her "husband" -- although our sources told us it was NOT Nikki, but rather his current girlfriend. The D.A. told us he would likely not be charged.

BTW -- looks like Bam also got a matching stomach tattoo with a fan after his face and hand ink ... so he's apparently on a tat spree right now.

Bam Margera recently expressed outrage over his estranged wife bashing him -- but she has every reason to after the difficult state of affairs he's left her in ... so says her lawyer.

Nikki Boyd's attorney, David Glass, tells TMZ ... "Unfortunately, Mr. Margera doesn’t seem to understand what ‘supporting your wife and child’ means" -- this in response to Bam saying last month that he was "disappointed" in what she and Glass had said about him publicly.

Glass adds, "Nikki has no car, no money, is being evicted from her apartment, and can’t afford to send their child to school, while Bam drops $50,000 on bail, and who knows how much on a Las Vegas spree."

Of course, DG is referring to Bam posting bail last week after being arrested for domestic violence near San Diego -- although the D.A. says the goods aren't there to prosecute him.

The final haymaker from Glass ... "Either Bam, or his parents -- whoever controls his money -- has to provide Nikki with enough money each month so she can care for their son."

You'll recall ... Nikki recently filed for legal separation from Bam, following months of them not being together amid his addiction struggles. Things appeared to be on a good path for a time -- when Bam brought their son, Phoenix, onstage with him while he was on tour with Steve-O -- but things fell apart.

Late last month Bam addressed the financial support situation in a social media post directed at Nikki and Glass. Bam claimed that he didn't need to pay Nikki spousal support because they were never officially married. He went on to say that he had done his part by paying her $5k a month, but if he wasn't able to see or talk to his son then he wouldn't be sending anymore money.

The legal problems continue to mount for Bam Margera, the former "Jackass" star was arrested for domestic violence after a woman told police he kicked her.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ ... Bam was arrested last Thursday around 5:30 AM after deputies were called to a home in Escondido, CA for a domestic dispute.

We're told the alleged victim told deputies Bam kicked her ... and he was arrested and booked into the Vista Detention Facility on a charge of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner or fellow parent.

Law enforcement says the alleged victim told police her "husband" kicked her ... but our sources say the alleged victim is NOT Bam's estranged wife Nikki Boyd, but rather his current girlfriend.

TMZ broke the story ... Nikki filed for legal separation from the "Jackass" star last month, when her attorney David Glass told us the decision was a direct result of Bam spending time with their son while Nikki believed him to be under the influence.

The SDCSD says Bam posted $50,000 bail the day after his arrest and was released from custody.

Bam Margera says he's disappointed his estranged wife and her attorney are bashing him in the media ... but he insists he's been supporting his son, and hopes to one day share his side of the story.

It appears Bam and Nikki Boyd's legal separation is already getting nasty ... with Bam going online to respond to her recent allegations of what led to her filing for the split.

Bam posted a photo of Nikki, Phoenix and himself in happier times, and captioned it ... "I am very disappointed about what Nikki and her lawyer have said about me publicly as a father. I love my son more than anything in this world. I have in fact been supporting my son. No one knows my side of the story which makes me sad. But hopefully one day they will. "

Bam's been responding online -- albeit to total strangers -- claiming the separation is all Nikki's fault. In one comment he says, "I bought her a car in Petaluma and gave her 10 grand in ones, she still couldn't just say thanks Bam. She drove me to drink two weeks ago. I am better now."

As we reported, some people close to Bam, like Steve-O, are extremely concerned about his substance abuse -- but he's telling folks he's sober, and plans to stay on the wagon. He also says he's waiting for attorneys to give him the green light to tell his side of the story.

A couple days after Nikki filed for legal separation, Bam went to Las Vegas, making an appearance last weekend at Day of the Dead Horror Con.

His time in Sin City wasn't just a convention stop, though ... he also hit up Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, where he was holding court in a VIP section.

The 'Jackass' star posed for a ton of pics with strippers, and appeared to be having one helluva time.

Bam Margera's wife says a specific incident triggered her to file for separation ... and we're told it was Bam spending time with their son while, she believes, he was under the influence.

David says after the visit she made the hard choice, after years of trying to help Bam, that she needed to protect herself and their son.

TMZ broke the story ... Nicole filed Wednesday, citing irreconcilable differences. She's asking for legal and physical custody over Phoenix, as well as spousal support.

As you know, Bam's been publicly battling substance abuse ... with Steve-O, his friend and 'Jackass' castmate, bracing for his death.

Bam also caused some controversy after claiming Priscilla Presley gifted him items from Elvis' wardrobe -- something Priscilla's denying.

Steve-O says Bam Margera has yet again fallen off the wagon -- which leaves him with no choice but to accept that his old friend might turn up dead one of these days.

As you know, Bam's been on the road with his 'Jackass' costar ... opening for Steve-O on the first leg of his comedy tour. Bam even brought his son Phoenix onstage with him at one of the stops. All seemed to be well -- that is, until Bam posted a shocking caption this week that spurred a hard truth from Steve.

Bam threw up a pic of himself, Johnny Knoxville and SO, writing ... "One arm is a best friend who had my f***ing back all along, another arm is a poser. A pro creation thief. If Jeff tremaine was in this photo, he would be to greedy to fit. F*** jeff. Remember I tattooed that on me long ago jeff? It’s because I knew who you were all along."

He added, "@steveo much love and respect."

Steve-O responded in a since-deleted comment ... which is pretty hard to read. He accuses Bam of staying up all night and getting loaded after the last show -- when he made the post -- and says he's now bracing for the prospect of hearing about Bam's passing, and there is nothing left he can do to save him.

While Steve might've nixed the comment, his feelings haven't changed -- telling TMZ he'll never stop being there for Bam if he wants to actually achieve sobriety. But if not, he says he's done all he can ... and that there's nothing more he can do to try and make him want to recover. He decided to delete the comment after a few minutes and had nothing else to add.

As we've reported ... Bam's been on a very turbulent journey over the past year or so, hopping in and out of rehab facilities -- oftentimes under a court order -- and continuously finding himself in situations where he's partying his face off and drinking to excess.

It's sad. At this point, even his closest allies who remain in his corner are starting to wane.

Steve-O's new opening act for the first 9 shows of his comedy tour is Bam Margera ... and the 'Jackass' alums hit the stage together to workshop some new material.

We got video of Steve-O shocking the packed house at the Elsinore Theatre in Salem, Oregon last Sunday -- and Bam's surprise appearance drew huge applause from the crowd.

In the video, Steve-O helps Bam work on some jokes ... comparing Bam's life to Britney Spears' and telling a few stories from rehab.

Steve-O told the crowd he's bringing Bam along for "The Bucket List Tour" because he was terrified Bam was going down a path that would end in an early death. He said he wants his buddy on the road with him to see if it's possible for him to lead a healthy life and find a happy ending.

Remember ... Bam recently revealed on Steve-O's podcast he was pronounced dead in a hospital back in December, when he had 4 seizures and a nasty blood infection.

Bam Margera says he almost didn't make it out alive during his most recent hospitalization ... after suffering multiple seizures and a nasty blood infection.

The former 'Jackass' star got candid on "Steve-O's Wild Ride!" podcast, sharing just how dire his situation was last month -- in his words, "Basically, I was pronounced dead on December 8th."

He said it all started after he got a gnarly case of Covid -- his body began to shut down and he had 4 seizures, each one lasting about 10 to 20 minutes.

On the fourth seizure he says he bit his tongue so hard he began swallowing his own infected blood ... causing him to get pneumonia and sending him into another seizure.

He recalls waking up in the hospital on the 5th day, not being able to breathe on his own and was clueless he'd been there for so long.

As we've reported, Bam ended up in the ICU at a San Diego hospital last month for a serious case of pneumonia and COVID-19.
