They were once locked in a battle royale ... but now Britney Spears' daddy Jamie Spears and ex-hubby Kevin Federline are acting like best buds.

Remember when K-Fed wrestled custody away from a then-unstable Britney? Well now they split time with Jayden James and Sean Preston, and at a youth soccer game this weekend in Woodland Hills, everything seems hunky-dory.

If Kim Kardashian were a man ... authorities would be opening a creeper investigation after she pointed a video camera at 17-year-old Kendall Jenner's outstretched body and rhapsodized about her booty.

Kim acknowledges the creep factor as she points the lens at her sis. What's interesting ... Kendall appears to be the hair heir apparent to the Kardashian throne, yet Kim is gushing over her sister's beauty.

She's only 16 years old, but "Dancing with the Stars" front-runner Zendaya is on track to rake in $345,000 during the ballroom battle ... IF she can make it to the finale.

According to her "DWTS" contract ... Zendaya collected $125,000 to kick off the competition and appear on the first two weeks of the show. After that, she gets paid weekly -- SOP for all the contestants.

The good news for the dance-savvy Disney star -- the $$$ goes up, the longer she can last. Here's the breakdown:

Weeks 3 & 4: $10,000 per week ($20k total)
Weeks 5 & 6: $20,000 per week ($40k total)
Weeks 7 & 8: $30,000 per week ($60k total)
Weeks 9 & 10: $50,000 per week ($100k total)

Grand total for all 10 weeks: $345,000

You gotta understand, Zendaya's been blowing away the competition -- meaning there's a good chance she could take home the mirror ball ... and with it, all that cash.

Sure beats flippin' burgers.

Jenna Jameson is a mess ... so much so her kids are now under the sole care of their dad.

Sources close to Jenna tell TMZ ... Tito Ortiz had major concerns about Jenna's ability to care for their 4-year-old twin boys. They had a confrontation over custody recently and now we're told Tito is the primary caretaker.

In fact ... Jenna has moved out of the couple's Huntington Beach home.

As TMZ previously reported ... Jenna was arrested after her assistant claimed the former porn star beat her with a brass knuckle iPhone accessory. Jenna skated on the charge, but the assistant filed a restraining order painting Jenna as an out of control mess.

Stephen King's knack for terror crossed the line this week into reality ... when his TV adaptation of a fictitious gunfight sent terrified young students scrambling for cover.

CBS is calling lights, camera, action on "Under the Dome" -- a sci-fi horror show based on King's novel about a town that gets trapped under an invisible force field.

The script called for a gunfight with all the sights and sounds. Problem is, the midday Tuesday shoot was filmed in a park just a few hundred yards from the Pine Valley Elementary School in Wilmington, N.C. ... and it sent everyone there into a blind panic.

Students on the playground after lunch got the worst of it ... and hotfooted it inside the building. It seemed so real ... a deputy on duty at the school put students in lockdown for 20 minutes until the source of the "gunfire" became apparent.

Although producers had obtained the proper permits to shoot the scene, we've learned cops and school officials were not warned about the midday Tuesday barrage.

And how ridiculous to film a shooting scene next to an elementary school?

Stephen King ... still scaring the kids.

The woman accusing Kim Porter -- Diddy's baby mama -- of being a hard-core druggie who exposed her kids to marijuana and cocaine is a fraud who is pissed off because she got the ax ... this according to sources close to Kim.

Our sources say ... former nanny Dawn Drago is a convicted shoplifter -- something she didn't disclose on her employment application. But more to the point, we're told she's extremely bitter because she was fired for falsifying time sheets.

We're told Kim is adamant ... Drago's drug claims are completely false and the lawsuit is retaliation for getting 86'd.

A rep from the law firm representing Drago tells TMZ, the shoplifting conviction is irrelevant "because she was not working at a shop." That's the quote. We don't understand it either.

Diddy's twin daughters were surrounded by drugs and even covered in a mysterious white powder ... this according to a new lawsuit filed against the baby mama.

Nanny Dawn Drago says she worked for Diddy's ex, Kim Porter, from 2011 to 2012. Drago claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Porter chain-smoked pot in the house while the young girls were home.

But Drago claims marijuana was not Kim's only drug of choice. She alleges she found cocaine as well, and on one occasion she says she was driving the kids to school and noticed they were covered "in a white powdery substance."

Drago claims the kids had gotten into "a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance in a bag in the back seat."

Drago says she confronted Porter, who said the bag contained "medicine."

And there's more. Drago also claims Porter verbally and violently abused her before eventually firing her last year.

As for why she was fired ... Drago says the marijuana smell was choking and she dared to complain she couldn't take it.

The case -- filed by Patrick Reider -- seeks unspecified damages.

Diddy's stepson Quincy found a bright side to being the victim of a swatting prank -- at least he knows the cops will come should anything really happen.

Quincy told our photog yesterday that he was on his way home when the swatting call went down, and his aunt gave him the play-by-play over the phone.

Quincy said he found the whole thing to be pretty scary, telling our photo, "Of course it's scary because that's my home, that's where I lay my head my head at night. I understand that police can't take it light ... I'm glad everyone responded safely and no one got hurt."

Prince Michael Jackson was out on a date with a girl who appears to be a princess ... TMZ has learned.

We got these pics of Prince and Remi Alfalah, who we're told is a Kuwaiti princess. They were bowling Wednesday at PINZ in the San Fernando Valley.

A source at the Kuwaiti consulate tells us ... Remi is indeed a princess who is a junior in high school. Michael Jackson's 16-year-old son Prince is also a junior. They attend the same private school.

Remi was dropped off at the bowling alley in a black SUV ... but he drove her home.

Believe it or not, not every girl wants to be kissed by a prince.

Prince William got the ultimate rejection when an adorable little girl recoiled in horror after he tried to plant a wet one on her cheek in Scotland on Thursday ... clearly, she was not convinced he'd had his cooties shot.

Heidi Klum ain't afraid of no stupid water ... 'cause just three days after saving her son and two nannies from a dangerous rip tide in Hawaii, Klum got back into rough waters ... at Disney's California Adventure.

It's a pretty brave move considering the frightening scene in Oahu earlier this week ... when Heidi sprinted into the ocean to pull her son Henry and their two nannies out of the surf, while wearing nothing more than a skimpy bikini.

In fact, the water was so rough that day, her boyfriend Martin Kristen could be seen struggling to catch his breath on the shore after the terrifying incident.

But there was no water rescue necessary in California on Wednesday ... when a fearless Heidi was seen laughing her way through Grizzly River Run with Martin and her kids.

Lamar Odom's charity, Cathy's Kids, never donated a single dollar to the AAU basketball program ... despite L.O.'s claims ... at least that's what the president of the Amateur Athletic Union tells TMZ.

We spoke to Henry Forrest ... who tells us, "Cathy’s Kids has never donated to us. They have never, ever contributed to us. On Sunday morning it was mentioned that Cathy’s Kids has contributed to AAU Basketball teams ... that is an incorrect statement."

Forrest is responding to the "Outside the Lines" report, in which ESPN showed documents seemingly proving $1.3 million of the $2.2 raised by the charity was donated to "AAU team sponsorship."

When asked about the specific programs Cathy's Kids helps to support, Odom told the reporter, "A lot through AAU basketball in my neighborhood where I come from in South Jamaica, Queens."

But Forrest tells TMZ it's simply not true -- though he does say it's possible Odom used the money to finance an independent local team that was allowed to participate in AAU events.

“It is possible that Cathy’s Kids sponsored [an independent] team that registered to play in an AAU event. But teams like this only register to play in our events, they are not affiliated with AAU."

Forrest explains, "AAU doesn’t have anything to do with local organizations that put together independent teams. We don’t manage those teams or deal with those local teams put together. They only register to play."

Khloe Kardashian is finally coming to her husband's defense -- claiming Lamar Odom is not the shady charity scammer he was made out to be in an ESPN report.

Mrs. Odom lashed out in a statement posted on her website ... saying, "It is unfortunate that my husband has been the target of an attack on athletes’ charities, although he has personally contributed approximately $2.2 million to his foundation, Cathy’s Kids, to fulfill its charitable purposes that include helping underprivileged inner-city youth."

Khloe is clearly going after an "Outside the Lines" report that said there was NO evidence that any of the $2.2 million raised by the charity went towards cancer research, as the mission statement for the charity said it would. Instead, the report says a majority of the cash went towards two "elite" youth basketball teams.

During the "OTL" report, Lamar bizarrely explained, "It's my money" ... and now Khloe is trying to clear up Odom's comment ... saying her husband personally contributed "more than 90% of the money raised by the foundation."

She adds, "All of the funds donated by Lamar and the other contributions to Cathy’s Kids were used for one of the foundation’s intended charitable purposes. Not one penny went to help Lamar personally or any member of his family. No charitable funds were misused, and the IRS has repeatedly given Cathy’s Kids a clean bill of health, confirming that there were no improprieties."

"Cathy’s Kids was formed with several purposes in mind, including benefitting underprivileged youth and cancer research. A decision was ultimately made that the charity should focus on one of those purposes -- to help enrich the lives of underprivileged inner-city youth."

It's about damn time New Jersey banned children from tanning -- at least without parental permission -- this according to the face of the biggest underage tanning scandal in history.

Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil got emotional on the street yesterday ... telling TMZ, she fully supports Governor Chris Christie's new "Tan Mom Law" that bans anyone under 17 from going to tanning salons without a parental stamp of approval.

Patricia tells us, "I don't think children ever should tan ... I believe that it should be something that's spoken about and now it's been rectified after I went through a year of mockery for something I never would do and did not do."

Quick recap: Patricia was arrested last year on child endangerment charges after being accused of putting her 5-year-old in a tanning booth. Patricia denied the charges from the beginning, and a grand jury opted not to indict her.

Lamar Odom is facing allegations the tax exempt charity he created is being sketchy with its money ... and not donating ANY cash to cancer research, despite the charity's mission statement.

Lamar established the charity -- Cathy's Kids -- in memory of his mother, who died from cancer when he was 12 ... and initially stated that the purpose of the charity was to help underprivileged kids and raise money for cancer research.

But according to official records -- obtained by ESPN's "Outside the Lines" -- there is no evidence any of the money ever went to fight cancer.

There is proof, however, $1.3 million of the $2.2 million that was raised went toward funding two "elite" youth basketball teams -- the insinuation is that the kids on the teams were so good, they were already on college radars for scholarships and other financial help.

Of the remaining $900k, there is no evidence based on available documentation that any of it went to cancer research. In fact, according to OTL, there's no evidence whatsoever of where the money went.

Lamar sat down for an interview with ESPN producers -- he brushed off questions about where the money went by saying it was all his dough, despite the fact the money was raised through solicitations on his website, Khloe Kardashian's website and others.
