It's not often Gilbert Arenas and his ex-girlfriend Laura Govan agree on anything these days -- but they're BOTH fired up after Gilbert's ex-personal assistant was found guilty of stealing MILLIONS from the NBA star.

A little background ... John A. White was convicted last week of jacking $2.1 mil from Arenas between 2006 and 2012 ... and faces up to 20 years in federal prison.

So, when we saw Laura -- who knew White well -- we had to ask how she felt about the guy now. She summed it perfectly ... "Karma's a bitch."

50 Cent does not want to suffer in the dark ... which is why he's asking a bankruptcy judge to keep the utility company from shutting down his massive unit.

50's in a corner ... the bankruptcy judge has him in a straitjacket, prohibiting the mogul from paying even the most basic bills without court approval. He's asking for permission to pay his electric, gas, trash removal, cable, Internet and phone bills so he doesn't get shut down.

And this is interesting ... between gas and electric, 50 drops an average of $10,597 a month. Remember, he has a 50,000 square foot mansion in Connecticut which he bought from Mike Tyson.

We're thinking ... don't air condition the whole house ... you're in bankruptcy!

Tracy's rep tells TMZ, the terms of Tracy's settlement with Walmart are confidential, adding, "Tracy has had no contact with Mr. Wayans since before the accident so there is no way he would be able to know this and thus is false."

Damon Wayans dropped a bombshell on Charlamagne Tha God's show, The Breakfast Club, saying Tracy Morgan settled his lawsuit with Walmart for $90 million. It was previously reported the money would be paid out over 5 years.

Damon casually mentioned the figure during a discussion about comedians who have the financial independence to do comedy on their own terms.

When you watch the clip, it's pretty clear this was not a premeditated statement ... it came out of Damon's mouth as stream of consciousness.

Shelly fired off legal docs in her bizarre divorce from her BFF hubby Donald Sterling ... bizarre because they still hang out together, most recently at a Beverly Hills pawn shop.

As for why Shelly needs spousal support ... it's a conundrum. The Sterling's net worth is estimated at $3 billion -- that includes the $2 billion they pocketed for the Clippers. 4:15 P.M. PST -- In a statement to People, Alba claimed the lawsuit was, "baseless and without merit." She says, "We strongly stand behind our products and the responsibility we have to our consumers.

Jessica Alba's billion dollar The Honest Company is under fire after one angry customer says the company isn't too honest when labeling its products as "natural" ... according to a lawsuit.

The class action suit -- filed by Jonathan Rubin targets the brand's dish soap, hand soaps, surface cleaner and diapers. Rubin claims all of the products contain synthetic preservatives and should not be considered "natural" like THC claims.

Rubin backs up his claims with studies from an environmental group who says the ingredients were considered to be potentially hazardous.

And as one final burn ... Rubin says THC's sunscreen is ineffective after multiple users posted on blogs saying they became sunburned and blistered.

He's asking for all profits generated from those products to be refunded to people who have purchased them -- a minimum of $5 million.

In the market for a good sale? Palazzo di Amore -- the most expensive house on the market in the U.S. ... developed by Mohamed Hadid -- is now priced to move ... at $145 million!

The mega mansion belongs to real estate billionaire Jeff Greene and sits on 25 acres high up in Beverly Hills. The main house is a whopping 35,000 square feet.

7:20 AM PT -- The airport spokeswoman tells TMZ, the firefighter told the airline he had the ring but kept it while everyone looked for the owner. Three hours later, they contacted the Fashion Week people and asked if anyone lost a ring. She did not say the fireman saw Paris on TV.

Paris Hilton got lucky in Poland when a firefighter found her extremely expensive diamond ring on an SUV, but based on what we know there's something sketchy going on here.

Paris apparently lost the diamond-studded ring Friday on an airport shuttle in the city of Lodz. Two days later, an airport fireman found it on the floor of the shuttle.

Now here's the sketchy part. An airport spokeswoman says the fireman thought the ring belonged to a flight attendant. The spokeswoman says, "soon after he noticed Hilton on TV wearing the ring." She wasn't specific as to how much time passed ... hours or days before the fireman saw Paris on TV.

Question ... Why didn't the fireman turn the ring in as soon as he found it?

We're not saying the fireman was necessarily going to keep the ring if he thought it belonged to a flight attendant, but Paris is a rich woman, and rewards are often in order when a dude finds your enormous diamond ring.

Sad news for the woman who claimed she was pregnant with Adrian Peterson's 9th kid -- TMZ Sports has learned she had a miscarriage ... but she's still gunning for AP's cash.

As we previously reported, the woman -- a massage therapist -- was asking for roughly $2 MILLION from the NFL star to cover 18 years of child support, education, medical expenses, etc.

But now, people directly involved in the situation tell us ... the woman lost the baby over the weekend.

The woman, however, claims she saved the "fetal tissue" and wants to get a DNA test because she still wants Peterson to foot the bill for things like medical expenses involved with the pregnancy and the miscarriage. She also wants to be paid for the "pain and suffering" she's experienced.

Peterson's lawyers had already rejected the woman's first proposal for a settlement -- but had said they would consider a reasonable number, if a DNA test proved the child was his.

He may be on the Disabled List, but Yasiel Puig's hamstring was healthy enough to walk around Beverly Hills Monday ... hitting up some of the most expensive stores in the world in the process.

The L.A. Dodgers star and his lady friend first rolled into Versace ... and while we're not exactly sure what's in the bag, we're told Yasiel LOVES to buy Versace shoes for himself.

Trick Daddy has filed for bankruptcy because, according to him ... he’s got next to ZERO money in the bank, and his baby mama bills keep piling up.

The Miami rapper filed for Chapter 11 saying he’s got about $430k in assets – which sounds decent, except he's also $645k in the red! Including: $34,837 child support to one mother, $22,282 to another, $290k in back taxes, and $280k for his first mortgage.

Interestingly, Trick Daddy says he still makes about $14,500 a month -- most of it off music publishing and club gigs -- and doesn't live a baller lifestyle. Hell, TD says he only has $550 in clothes and jewelry!

"Homeland" star Morena Baccarin's growing success could be exactly what hurts her in her divorce ... costing both money and time with her kid.

Morena's soon-to-be ex-husband Austin Chick just filed docs in their divorce, and he wants his chunk of her paycheck. Chick claims Morena is pulling in $1.5 million a year. He wants a cut for child and spousal support.

Chick says Morena's constant travel for work isn't healthy for their one-year-old, so he wants physical custody. He also wants Morena to cover nanny expenses up to $3k per month.
