Kylie Jenner Repo Man is After You ...'Cause Your BF Don't Pay

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner could have an unwelcome visitor soon ... a repo man looking for a G-Wagon.

We've learned, a repo company has been hired to reclaim a 2013 G-Wagon Tyga owned ... it's the same one he gave to Blac Chyna. Remember, Tyga had it repainted last August and Kylie was seen driving it to her birthday dinner at Nobu. It looked like it was her birthday present, but she denied it.

According to the docs we've seen, Tyga hasn't made payments on the SUV since October, and now the repo company is on the hunt. The docs ID Kylie as Tyga's girlfriend and give her address as a possible place to repo the G-Wagon.

Our repo sources say the company has been trying to get the whip since last month, but they've been thwarted because it's been parked at Kylie's house and she's behind 2 security gates.

This is the latest in what seems to be a series of Tyga's financial woes. He was slapped with tax liens totaling $120,000 and also faced eviction for non-payment of rent.

Pitbull, Nick Jonas Our Quinceanera Price Tag ... More than a Million!!!

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner's Sweet 16 looks like a Chuck E. Cheese's party compared to a Quinceanera thrown by a Texas family that dropped more than 1.5 million bucks to score performances by Pitbull and Nick Jonas.

Maya Henry has a very rich dad -- personal injury lawyer Thomas J. Henry -- something he made clear with a lavish Latina coming of age bash.

Henry's wife spilled the beans, telling us they paid Pitbull just under a million. She says they dropped another couple of hundred thousand on Nick. Each performed for an hour in a flower-festooned, block-long tent.

Maya wore two dresses ... each costing $20k! She arrived in a Rolls Royce that led a motorcade.

Prez Obama's Teacher Thanks for the Bday Note ... But I'd Prefer $12k!

Published | Updated

President Barack Obama sent a touching note to a former teacher, wishing him a happy 80th birthday, and the teacher was so moved ... he's unloading it for big money.

The birthday note was sent last year to Obama's prep school teacher at Punahou School in Hawaii named Bill, and in it he said he was "grateful for educators like you that made such a difference in the lives of so many young people -- including me."

Touching, right? It's even on White House stationery.

Well, ole Bill's now hawking the keepsake through autograph dealer Moments in Time. It's going for $12,500 right now ... as the NY Post reported.

Sentiment doesn't pay the bills.

Manny Pacquiao Sued Waiter Wants His Cut For Setting Up Mayweather Fight

Published | Updated

Mayweather-Pacquiao would never have happened if a Hollywood waiter didn't get involved ... so claims the waiter who's suing to get a chunk of the financial windfall from the fight of the century.

Gabriel Salvador says he was a waiter at West Hollywood hot spot Craig's when regular customer and CBS honcho Les Moonves came in for a meal. Salvador, an avid boxing fan, says he told Moonves he could set up a meeting with Manny Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach -- which, he thought, would be the first domino in making the fight happen.

According to docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... Salvador eventually got all 3 men together at Scarpetta in Bev Hills in May 2014. For setting up the sit down, Salvador says he told all parties he wanted a "customary finder's fee" of 2% of gross proceeds earned by Pacquiao, Roach and CBS/Showtime from the fight.

In the suit, he says Moonves and Roach agreed to the terms and Roach even said, "You will never have to work another day as a waiter in your life."

Salvador admits he got a ticket to the fight, one night at a Vegas hotel and a $10,000 check to cover expenses.

After the fight, he says Moonves told him CBS didn't make any money on the fight, and he'd have to collect his fee from Pacquiao and Roach. But Salvador says Keith Davidson, an attorney for Manny and Freddie, tried to strong arm him into accepting $50,000 -- and if he didn't he would lose his job and never land any acting gigs.

Yes, like most waiters in this town ... he's also an aspiring actor.

Salvador, who's still waiting tables, is suing Manny, Freddie, Keith Davidson and CBS for his finder's fee ... which he estimates at $8.6 million.

Sources connected with CBS tell TMZ ... Salvador had nothing to do with setting up the fight and this is him trying to score a payday after the fact.

We reached out to Pacquiao's attorney, Daniel Petrocelli, who told us, "Salvador has no case against Manny. Manny has never heard of the guy."

Christian Slater Sued by His Dad ... I Don't Have Schizophrenia

Published | Updated

Christian Slater destroyed his father's acting career by going public with allegations his dad is suffering from mental illness ... according to a new defamation lawsuit.

Thomas Knight Slater -- who's acted under the name Michael Hawkins -- says his son did an interview last year where he described his father as suffering from "manic-depressive schizophrenia."

Hawkins denies the comment and points out his son has no medical creds to make such a diagnosis.

In the suit -- filed Wednesday in L.A. and obtained by TMZ -- Hawkins says the article resulted in him being "blacklisted" in Hollywood. He says he was hoping to land more roles in the "autumn of his life," but that won't be possible after Christian's lies.

Hawkins had roles in soap operas like "Ryan's Hope" and "As the World Turns" in the '70s. He's also had small roles in some big movies -- 'Amityville Horror,' "Midnight Run" and "Mommie Dearest."

Dad is suing for at least $20 million.

Neverland Ranch It Can Be Yours ... For $100 Million

Published | Updated

Neverland Ranch is up for sale in a complicated deal that still has ties to Michael Jackson.

The Ranch is on the market for $100 million, and the seller, Colony Capital, has posted a YouTube video to entice prospective buyers.

It's interesting ... Colony Capital was involved with MJ in the last years of his life, bailing the singer out when he was about to lose the ranch. Colony essentially excused the massive debt Michael owed on the property and took title. The company is in the hole, we're told, to the tune of around $70 million.

If and when the property sells, the Michael Jackson Estate could get some of the profit ... a portion in excess of what Colony Capital invested.

And the Estate may have another way of getting some cash. Our sources say Colony Capital did not get permission to use MJ's music in the YouTube video. Ask Paul Anka ... sometimes Michael Jackson music can make you a lot, a lot, a lot of money!

Taylor Swift is sinking $250k into Kesha's legal fund as a "show of support" in Kesha's up to now losing battle to cut ties with Sony and Dr. Luke.

Kesha tried unsuccessfully to get out of her contract with Sony, on grounds one of its star producers, Dr. Luke, allegedly raped her. Luke has strongly denied the allegation and a judge has ruled she has all sorts of options to fulfill her contract at Sony, by simply working with another producer.
