Petra -- whose dad Bernie is a billionaire Formula One honcho and her hubby James Stunt who is also a billionaire -- is now the proud owner of a $600K Lamborghini Aventador convertible ... a $422K Rolls Royce Phantom ... and a Range Rover Autobiography that goes for $190K.

Celeb consultant Richie Rich hand delivered the wheels from Exotic Euro Cars.

TMZ broke the story ... Petra went to 5 L.A. realtors and told them she wanted to sell the crib for $110 million -- making it the biggest sale in L.A. history -- because she was going back to the UK.

But we're told she's now decided the estate is worth $150 million, so until she gets it she's staying put.

A Canadian border official has been fired for allegedly accepting a $10,000 bribe in return for allowing members of Justin Bieber's entourage with criminal records to enter Canada.

Bieber's camp reportedly gave a female officer at the Niagara Falls border thousands of dollars in backstage passes to get members of his posse into the country while he performed.

Canada has a strict policy on not allowing people with certain types of criminal records to enter.

It's unclear when the alleged bribes went down ... but Justin performed 2 shows in Toronto last year.

The accusations surfaced after more of Bieber's friends allegedly showed up at the border looking for the same special treatment -- and the officers on duty blew the whistle.

The Canada Border Services agency reportedly circulated an internal memo reminding officers not to take bribes ... and to rat out anyone who does.

We reached out to Bieber's reps ... so far no word back.

David Spade didn't do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge (and donate a whopping $100,000) to be funny or cool, he did it because he lost a family member to the terrible disease.

Spade was at Nobu Wednesday night where he told our photog why it was so important to him. He said he hopes all this fundraising leads to a cure so no one has to go through what he's witnessed first hand.

So far, the challenge has raised an incredible $41.8 million.

Pharrell Williams' "Voice" could cost him a million dollars.

Mr. Happy is being sued by the producer of his uber-successful YouTube show, "ARTST TLK" .... featuring interviews with big celebs like Spike Lee, Usher and Tony Hawk. The 12 episodes of Season 1 were huge ... scoring a total of more than 1.7 million views.

But the producer says he got big footed when "The Voice" came along and asked Pharrell to join the judge's panel for Season 7. According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Pharrell told him to pound sand, saying "The Voice" made an exclusive deal so he couldn't do the YouTube show.

Pharrell was kind of insulting, writing the YouTube producer, "Holding me to a contract that prohibits 'The Voice' exclusivity requirement? It's 'The Voice!'" Translation, I can't do your stupid little show.

The YouTube producer says he invested a million bucks in the project and wants Pharrell to pay.

And Kendall says American isn't making things easy ... informing him he shouldn't expect any answers for at least a month.

American has a liability limitation of $3,400 for domestic flights ... so, best case scenario, he'd be out $600 ... unless he got insurance.

Kendall's had other airline woes ... he says a bag with $7,000 in jewelry went missing last year.

"Million Dollar Listing" star Josh Altman practices what he preaches ... he buys good real estate, sells it and makes a killing.

Altman just sold his house above the Sunset Strip for $3.58M. Truth be told ... it's not the prettiest house we've ever seen. Dare we say it's butt ugly. Nonetheless ... he bought it last year for $2.3 mil.

Josh only dumped $17K into the house and he didn't have to pay a real estate commission ... so he cleared well over a million bucks in 270 days.

Did we say the $17K was like putting lipstick on a pig.

Dwyane Wade reportedly makes around $30 million a year -- his estimated worth is approximately $100 mil -- which makes it pretty shocking his $1.2 million Chicago pad is in foreclosure.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- Wade stopped making payments on the $225K mortgage ... the docs don't say how much he's behind.

The house is located in South Holland, a Chicago suburb. It's massive -- 7,800 square feet, 6 bedrooms and a basketball court on 3 acres.

Dwyane and then wife Siohvaughn lived in the house with their 2 kids until he filed for divorce in 2007. The divorce was extremely bitter ... he ended up getting custody. She lives in the house alone.

Dwyane's attorney tells TMZ ... the basketball star finally reached a financial settlement with his ex-wife last year, and in addition to getting a huge payout, she got the home and assumed the mortgage payments. The attorney says Siohvaughn just stopped paying.

The lawyer adds Dwyane has no further responsibility, but it seems likely he signed the mortgage papers in the first place so, as they say, tell it to the bank.

Bruce Willis finally dumped the house that became the albatross around his neck ... TMZ has learned.

Willis sold his Benedict Canyon estate in Beverly Hills for $16.5 million. It was a struggle ... he had it on the market for 15 months.

Good news/bad news.

Bad News first: He wanted $22 million.

Good news: He bought it for $9 million back in 2004.

Walmart heiress Paige Laurie Dubbert is in a Catch 22 -- she's fighting her husband's bid in divorce court for half her fortune, but the longer she fights him ... the more she'll have to pay.

Patrick Dubbert is trying to invalidate their prenup ... claiming he was defrauded. He says Paige's lawyer went around his lawyer's back and contacted him directly, promising a "side deal" if he signed the prenup.

Now here's the problem. If the prenup is invalidated, Patrick can get half of what Paige earned for the 6 years of their marriage -- A FORTUNE.

Paige is waging legal war to enforce the prenup, which gives Patrick a fat $30,000 a month check for half the amount of time they were married -- right now that would be 3 years. But the longer the divorce drags on, the longer she'll have to pay him $30K a month.

Mischa Barton is one step away from being featured on a milk carton ... which makes it especially stunning she blew off a movie role because she thought it would be more fun to party in Europe.

Mischa hasn't had a hit since "The O.C." wrapped in 2006 ... but she got a huge break when she was hired to star in the movie, "Promoted."

Producers claim in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- they attempted to contact Mischa about the March 4 start date and also about sizing her costumes ... but got no response.

On March 3 ... producers got an email from Mischa's mom, saying, "Mischa is still in Europe and won't be available until the 20th of this month."

The producers -- furious -- went on Mischa's social media accounts to find she was actually partying in Europe ... on vacation and "enjoying tourist excursions with friends."

Mischa's absence created a snowball effect ... the lead actor didn't want to work with another actress, and so on and so on.

The "actress" is now being sued for the $20,000 advance she got, $200,000 in marketing expenses, and $100,000 which they say they will lose because Mischa's not attached anymore.

R. Kelly is an ungrateful tightwad who screwed over the guy who made him a star ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

Derrel McDavid says he's managed R. Kelly for decades and helped him navigate from a nobody to a superstar.

Things soured last year ... and Kelly and McDavid parted company. According to the lawsuit they made a deal ... Kelly would give McDavid $1.3 million and they'd walk their separate ways.

McDavid says Kelly made the initial $300K payment, but the deal called for additional $40K a month payments for 18 months and he hasn't received a cent.

McDavid's suing for the $1M balance.

Here's Kelly's big problem. We're told McDavid was deeply involved in Kelly's professional and personal life, and knows everything about the various disputes he's had with women and others going back 20 years. Sources connected with the case say Kelly could be playing with fire by stiffing McDavid.

Charlie Sheen took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge to a whole new level … except he substituted a bunch of stupid ice cubes for the cold hard cash he plans to donate to the ALS Foundation!

Christy Mack faces a long road to recovery after being viciously beaten ... allegedly by War Machine ... but a Bev HIlls plastic surgeon has come to the rescue.

Dr. Harrison H. Lee has reached out to Mack ... offering facial reconstructive work for free. Dr. Lee says he feels a special responsibility because he's trained in mixed martial arts and knows it should never be abused.

It's unclear if Mack is down with the offer ... but it sounds like a good deal.
