Here's a 36-year-old version of the "Madea" actor at a movie premiere in Los Angeles back in 2005 (left) and nine years later -- a perfectly trimmed version of the movie mogul -- who turns 45-years-old this weekend -- at a Detroit expo earlier this summer (right).

Sam Worthington and his girlfriend are now facing a $10 million lawsuit ... stemming from their violent run-in with a paparazzo in NYC earlier this year.

According to the docs ... Sheng Li accuses Sam and GF Lara Bingle of viciously assaulting him in February outside a bar where he was snapping photos.

Both are also being accused of slander and libel ... for allegedly making false statements about him to the NYPD.

Li says he suffered a torn shoulder, facial contusions, injuries to his thumb and wrist, and adds he might need surgery ... according to the docs.

Richard Kiel, who became famous for portraying the James Bond villain, Jaws ... died Wednesday afternoon at the age of 74 ... TMZ has learned.

Kiel starred in dozens of movies over the span of 50 years ... though his Jaws character became his most iconic role after debuting in 1977's "The Spy Who Loved Me" alongside Roger Moore. He returned in "Moonraker" two years later.

The 7-foot-2 Kiel also co-starred with Adam Sandler in the golf classic "Happy Gilmore."

Kiel had broken his leg last week and was in a hospital in Fresno, CA. A family member tells us he passed away this afternoon in the hospital -- and it's unclear if his death was connected to the leg injury.

Kiel's family tells TMZ ... "Though most people knew of him through his screen persona, those who were close to him knew what a kind and generous soul he was. His family was the most important thing in his life and we are happy that his last days were spent surrounded by family and close friends."

Look closely ... Haley Joel Osment is in this photo. Yes, that's actually him ... the guy just keeps getting older and older -- although some of this aging is for a movie.

HJO was in Los Angeles Tuesday on the set of the latest Kevin Smith movie, "Yoga Hosers," where he reportedly plays a Nazi.

James Gandolfini's son was too young to watch "The Sopranos" while it was on, but even though he's now a mature 14 ... he hasn't finished the series.

Michael Gandolfini told our photog he wasn't allowed to watch his father's most famous work, but he's seen some of it now ... but not the infamous ending.

Size definitely mattered for the teenage stars of "Ender's Game" ... who had a mine's-bigger-than-yours attitude on the set ... at least as far as their dressing room trailers were concerned.

Both Asa Butterfield and Hailee Steinfeld made sure they didn't get stuck with a dinky or crappy trailer ... by including specific language in their minor's contracts. Studios are required to file these with the court for all actors under 18.

According to the legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Steinfeld had to have a trailer that was "no less favorable" than her co-star, Abigail Breslin's. Hailee's an Oscar nominee ("True Grit") just like Breslin ("Little Miss Sunshine") ... and though it's not spelled out that way in the contract -- c'mon, this is Hollywood.

As for Butterfield, who played title character Ender Wiggin ... he demanded a trailer that was as least as good as any one else on the sci-fi set -- with the exception of the movie's veteran stars -- Harrison Ford, Viola Davis and Ben Kingsley.

"Menace II Society" actor Bill Duke -- guy delivered the classic line of the '93 flick -- thinks it's time to make it rain on LLWS players, telling TMZ Sports the tykes deserve a cut of the cash.

Duke was in Hollywood when we asked him about the notion that it's time to pay LLWS players 'cause star players like Mo'ne Davis have made the tournament a multi-million dollar operation.

"Hercules" director Brett Ratner is being sued by a woman who went to an after party at his Beverly Hills mansion ... and left with a bloodied leg and a sliced Achilles tendon.

Lauryn Flynn -- a celeb stylist who says she's worked with Kate Bosworth, Eva Mendes and Kristen Stewart -- was at the party Brett threw July 24 after the Hercules premiere. She says she was asked to take off her shoes as she entered the home.

During the party, Flynn says she decided to go downstairs into the basement where a DJ was spinning for 100-200 people. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Flynn says someone decided to start dancing on a small glass table. You know what happened next.

Flynn says the table shattered, launching glass shards "like bullets across the room." She says she looked down and saw a pool of blood around her feet ... she realized her Achilles tendon had been cut.

In the docs, Flynn says she thinks a decision was made to NOT call 911 because it would cause bad publicity for Brett. Instead she went to the hospital in an Uber. She says she had to get 87 stitches.

Flynn says a friend told her later that Brett had said, "People get hurt here all the time. Just clean it up."

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are sealing the deal on their super secret wedding with a contract that demands everyone remain totally silent about what they see that day... and violators will be dealt with harshly!

We've obtained a copy of the confidentiality agreement drawn up for D-Wade and Gabby -- we're told relatives, guests, vendors, caterers ... in short, everybody ... will have to sign it before setting foot in the wedding.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... guests have already been told not to bring cell phones or cameras to the wedding this Saturday in South Florida.

The doc goes even further ... warning that ANYTHING seen or heard at the wedding is confidential information that must be kept secret -- including any personal info or financial details.

According to the agreement, violators will pay a hefty cash fine for unspecified damages.

A precious script from "The Butler" -- signed by Oprah and the rest of the cast -- has been stolen ... and cops think it could turn up at an L.A. sale.

Co-producer David Jacobson came home recently to find his doors flung wide open, his Hollywood house ransacked and his car missing. A frantic Jacobson searched inside and quickly noticed one of the pilfered items was the prized script.

Cops determined Jacobson was hit by a burglar who had broken into other homes in the area.

We're told 2 other victims found some of their stolen property at a nearby garage sale. Cops talked to the people who were running the sale and the guy told them who gave him the stuff to sell.

Oprah Winfrey's been cast to play Richard Pryor's grandmother -- a cruel and abusive lady pimp -- in the upcoming biopic directed by O's pal Lee Daniels.

Pryor's widow, Jennifer, tells TMZ ... Oprah got hold of the script, and was desperate to play Marie Carter -- the woman who raised Pryor in her brothel in Peoria, Illinois ... and who was known to beat him. As we told you ... Mike Epps scored the Pryor role.

We're told Oprah really wanted to play Grandma Carter because she's anxious to show her gritty side -- after her 'Butler' performance -- and let's face it ... there's not much grittier than an abusive grandma running a whorehouse while raising a kid.

Marlon Wayans uncorked what might seem like a hysterical comparison between an actor and Cleveland Brown -- but the actor's not laughing ... TMZ has learned he's suing Marlon for racial discrimination and harassment.

Pierre Daniel says he was hired for a part in "A Haunted House 2" -- written and produced by Marlon -- and last September Marlon posted a side-by-side pic of Daniel and the animated character Cleveland Brown on social media. The pic was captioned, "Tell me this n***a don't look like ... THIS N***A!!! Ol Cleveland Brown ass lookin."

Honestly, seems to be a slight resemblance -- but in his lawsuit, Daniel says Marlon wasn't cracking a joke ... he was essentially cyber-bullying.

Daniel says Marlon's post was racially motivated and mocked his appearance, especially his afro ... according to the docs filed today, and obtained by TMZ. Daniel also accuses Marlon of leering at him and rolling his eyes.

The lawsuit does not say where any of this went down -- but Daniel says the comparison seriously injured him by causing "shock, pain, discomfort and/or anxiety" ... and as a result he can no longer work as an actor.

He's suing Marlon and the movie's production company for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Marlon's camp, but no word back yet.

Despite openly campaigning for the role of Richard Pryor in the upcoming biopic, Nick Cannon did not get the role ... Mike Epps did.

The film's director, Lee Daniels, posted a photo of himself, Oprah Winfrey and Epps ... with the caption, "And we're off... Get ready y'all for #richardpryor @eppsie @oprah"

Cannon was very outspoken about wanting the role, posting a pic on Instagram of himself and Pryor. He even came on "TMZ Live" and talked about how badly he wanted the part.

He'll just have to settle for landing the part of the ex Mr. Mariah Carey.

Kevin Durant has sworn off acting forever -- telling TMZ Sports even Shaq's critically-panned movie "Kazaam" was WAYYYY better than his 2012 flop "Thunderstruck."

Gotta respect the honesty.

Here's the deal ... Durant was leaving Benihana in Bev Hills (delicious hibachi shrimp btw) ... when we asked if he was ever gonna try to rebound from the debacle that was "Thunderstruck."

For the record -- "Thunderstruck" (like "Freaky Friday" with basketball powers) -- was a box office disaster ($587,211 domestic) ... especially compared to Shaq's 1996 classic ($18,937,262).

We also asked KD about the rumors he was trying to get out of his Nike contract -- but Durant was a little less forthcoming.
