Bill Cosby had his mug shot taken Wednesday afternoon at the Cheltenham Police Department ... following his arraignment for aggravated indecent assault.

Cosby did not enter a plea during his court appearance.

His bail was set at $1,000,000 and he was forced to turn over his passport.

A preliminary hearing was set for January 14.

Ex-NFL star Justin Blackmon was arrested for DUI in Oklahoma this weekend -- his 2nd DUI in three years.

The 25-year-old wide receiver -- a 1st round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft -- was arrested at 4:45 AM on Saturday morning in Carter County, OK.

He was taken to a nearby station where he was booked and posed for a mug shot.

The Jacksonville Jaguars player was suspended indefinitely from the NFL since last year ... when he was arrested in Oklahoma for marijuana possession.

9:12 AM PT -- Lohan has been released on his own recognizance under several conditions including no weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs and he will be subject to random testing. There was also a no contact order filed, meaning he's not allowed to contact Kate Major.

Michael Lohan turned himself in Monday morning and was booked for battery ... TMZ has learned.

Lohan is on the hot seat for an altercation with his estranged wife, Kate Major, in October. She claims he choked her and slapped their son in the face.

Kate shot video during the argument and you hear a smack, and then Kate reacts with a pained scream. We're told cops used the video and her allegation to charge him. He was not charged for allegedly slapping his son.

We're told Lohan's defense is that Kate admitted she lied about the battery.

As for their 2 kids, both Michael and Kate have lost custody. They're currently in the care of Michael's mother.

2:00 PM PST -- An attorney for Keelan Dadd tells TMZ "Mr. Dadd had no involvement whatsoever in this incident. Several weeks ago, he voluntarily met with detectives when requested to do so. After being apprised of the allegations against him and expressing his innocence, Mr. Dadd was arrested by Detective Flores of the Los Angeles Police Department. Mr. Dadd’s attorney, Anthony Willoughby, contacted Detective Flores and articulated that he could provide authorities with objective evidence proving that Mr. Dadd was not present during any of the alleged events. Instead, in a miscarriage of justice and Mr. Dadd’s due process rights, Detective Flores stated that regardless of any objective evidence, he would proceed forth with presenting the case to the District Attorney."

12:30 PM PST -- An attorney for Steven tells TMZ the 15-year-old was victimized by the other adults involved much like the alleged victim was taken advantage of. He says Barajas and Dadd preyed on Steven's celebrity status and not all of the facts of the investigation have been laid out.

7:45 AM PST -- According to the LAPD -- an investigation began last month -- the alleged victim told cops Fernandez lured her into a car, promised to introduce her to celebs and give her an appearance on his non-existent MTV show. Fernandez and Barajas were arrested during a sting by detectives just a few days later who pretended to be the 12-year-old girl and arranged a meeting through text messages at an abandoned house for sex. Dadd later turned himself in. Cops are still looking for more possible victims.

15-year-old YouTube star and skateboarder Steven Fernandez was arrested Wednesday after cops say he used his celebrity status to sexually exploit an underage girl.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Fernandez met a 12-year-old girl in his hometown of Compton last month and allegedly promised he'd introduce her to big name celebs in exchange for sexual acts. We're told the girl agreed and a sexual act was committed.

Cops were alerted shortly after and LAPD officers arrested Fernandez and 2 adults -- his manager Jose Barajas and another skater, 27-year-old Keelan Dadd. We're told all 3 were booked for sexual exploitation of a 12-year-old.

Steven's gained a huge social media following. In one of his videos ... Fernandez uses pickup lines on women. The video is unrelated to the arrest.

Former "Ink Master" contestant Madison Loftis, aka Maddie la Belle, found one more benefit to breastfeeding a baby when it bought her extra time before getting thrown in the slammer.

Law enforcement sources tell us Maddie turned herself into Greensboro, N.C. police Tuesday ... four days after a cop originally responded to a call of a domestic dispute she'd had with her boyfriend at their home.

What's interesting is the cop gave her a huge pass ... saying she could turn herself in once she had finished pumping enough breast milk for her 5-month-old daughter, Luna. She's been arrested for assault before so it's possible the cops knew she wasn't a flight risk.

When we reached out to Greensboro police, a rep told us the responding cop cleared it with his supervisor first, then filed a warrant so Maddie could stock up before going to jail. The kids stayed at home with their dad.

Maddie's currently behind bars with no bond.

An aspiring rapper is claiming Rick Ross tricked him into getting arrested for trespassing after he tried to leave a mixtape on the rapper's doorstep.

J. Luchiano tells TMZ he got a call from Ross' lawyer last week to set up a meeting at his office. Luchiano dropped off the tape 2 months ago, and says he thought this was going to be his big break.

Instead, when he got to the lawyer's office he was offered a glass of water before cops popped up and busted him. According to the police report, Luchiano hopped the fence on Rick's Atlanta area estate, and took photos and video of himself on the grounds, which he later posted online. Not so bright.

He was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing, and bailed out for $3,500. Luchiano claims he's innocent because he went up a side path, and did NOT jump a fence.

Rick's security team is no joke -- they tell us they orchestrated the sting operation without even getting Ross involved.

Donovan McNabb is now Inmate #T231133 ... 'cause the ex-NFL star has officially begun his jail sentence in Arizona stemming from a DUI arrest back in June, TMZ Sports has learned.

We've confirmed McNabb has turned himself in to begin his 18 day sentence ... sporting a fresh Nike jacket.

Another bizarre twist in the Otis Nixon arrest ... with cops saying they found marijuana in the ex-MLB star's rental car ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Nixon was arrested in Georgia last week after cops found a 16-year-old boy driving a car rented to Otis ... despite the fact the boy doesn't have a license.

Now, more details ...

Cops say there were 4 people in the Dodge Charger -- two 15 year olds, a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old. The driver was 16.

When they approached the vehicle, which cops say was being driven erratically, they smelled weed ... and a search turned up around 6 grams of marijuana.

Cops also found a BB gun rifle with the stock removed and a blue bandana wrapped around the stock area.

The driver produced a letter from Nixon authorizing him to have and drive the car ... which is obviously not valid ... so a warrant was issued for Nixon's arrest.

Nixon was later taken into custody for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

As for the weed, Nixon has not been charged for that.

"Pawn Stars" regular Johnny Jimenez Jr. is facing serious legal problems after being charged with domestic violence for allegedly yanking his girlfriend to the ground.

According to law enforcement, cops were called to a Vegas restaurant last month for an assault call. They say when they arrived, just after 4 AM, they found Johnny's gf but she wasn't talking and Johnny had left the scene.

The police report says cops checked out surveillance video of the incident which showed Jimenez's gf outside the restaurant looking "extremely intoxicated."

Jimenez followed and while attempting to get her back inside ... pulled her purse strap, which allegedly made her fall to the ground. Cops say she appeared unresponsive for a few minutes. Jimenez told cops he was trying to get his gf to eat and sober up. He admitted grabbing the purse, but said he didn't mean to knock her over.

Johnny tells TMZ the video clearly shows he was only trying to help, and he's sure he'll be cleared.

Here's Glen Rice Jr.'s mug shot ... taken after he was shot in the leg -- and then ARRESTED after a gunfight in Atlanta on Sunday.

Rice Jr. clearly looks frustrated in the shot ... and understandably so, as cops say they found him trying to leave the scene of the shooting while bleeding from the leg -- and in possession of a bunch of weed and $6k in cash.

As we previously reported, Rice Jr. was charged with reckless conduct and marijuana possession.

According to his booking sheet, Rice Jr. is listed at 6'6" and 215 lbs.

Ex-UFC fighter Lavar Johnson allegedly beat the crap out of his girlfriend -- bashing her face in with a closed fist around a dozen times ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Here's the mugshot that former UFC star Jason "Mayhem" Miller took hours after he was arrested for allegedly attacking cops Friday morning in a ceramic tile throwing rage.

As we previously reported, cops say they initially confronted Miller at his Orange County home after receiving a call about a possible domestic disturbance -- but Miller was "aggressive and uncooperative."

Cops say the MMA fighter (and ex-MTV host) threw a tile and threatened them with a fire extinguisher and metal pole -- so they tased him. After that, Miller fought with cops for 8 minutes before he was taken into custody.

Eventually, he posed for the cop cam -- but refused to crack a smile ... unlike the last time he was arrested for fighting cops.

DGB was popped in Missouri last Wednesday for going 65 in a 55 ... and when the cop ran his info, it was discovered the 22-year-old had an outstanding warrant for a speeding violation in another county.

He was hauled to a nearby station where Green-Beckham was booked and posed for a mug shot -- featuring 2 gold chains -- and was later released after paying his $92.48 debt.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Momma Dee was busted by cops after she allegedly left a restaurant without paying.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Dee was arrested Saturday morning in Milwaukee for "fraud on inn keeper - nonpayment." AKA ... skipping out on a bill somewhere.

It was reported that Momma Dee was out with friends to celebrate her birthday and when a bill of around $500 came to the table, no one wanted to cough up the cash.

Dee was held behind bars for a few hours and released after posting a $250 bail.

1:00PM PT -- A Carbon County judge set Sytch's bail at $2,000. She is still in custody. Sytch is due back in court in early December.

Tammy Sytch, better known as former WWE diva Sunny, got nailed by cops again ... this time for skipping court dates from her last arrest.
