She'd probably beat his ass in the end, but Ronda Rousey says she AGREES with Shaquille O'Neal -- that he could probably last 45 seconds in the Octagon before getting him to tap out.

Shaq made the prediction on "Inside the NBA" last week -- saying, "It's not a joke! I could last 45 seconds!"

So, when we saw Ronda at LAX this weekend -- we had to ask how she felt about the situation ... and she explains why Shaq is 100% correct.

10 out of 10 active NBA players believe it's time to LEGALIZE medicinal marijuana in the NBA ... and the recent video of Kevin Durant dropping prescription pot in L.A. is only fueling the pro-weed fire.

Here's the dilemma ... since Rx weed is already legal in several states, should the league continue to outlaw the green stuff if a player has a legitimate prescription from a doctor???

We asked 10 active NBA players (all of whom wanted to remain anonymous) ... and they all made it very clear -- it's time to legalize it!!!

One player told us, "How can you tell a guy with a prescription not to use it?? They should be allowed to have their medicine."

Another said ... "The NBA shouldn't advertise for it, but I don't see an issue if a player uses [with a prescription]."

Overall, the players believe the league needs to change with the times -- though they agree, the NBA is more progressive than other major sports leagues like the NFL and MLB and could be a real trailblazer when it comes to pot policy.

But don't expect things to change overnight -- we spoke with the NBA Players Association ... which told us the issue could be on the table at the next collective bargaining session in 2017.

"It's too early to say if this is an issue that the members want to address in the next round of bargaining."

Jack Nicholson is officially UNDER ATTACK by a billionaire NBA superfan ... who claims the actor has TURNED HIS BACK on the Lakers -- and he's pissed!!!

Austin Rivers' next contract will be a tricky one ... but he will talk it over with his GM and his father ... who, of course, happen to be the same person ... Doc Rivers.

Rivers was at LAX this week, heading back to his home in Orlando ... where he said he'll take about a week off to recuperate ... before heading back into the gym.

Rivers is a free agent and because of some strange NBA rules, the Clippers can only pay him a little over $3 million next season ... but any other NBA team can offer him whatever the hell it wants.

So when it comes time to make a deal, Rivers said, "That's a decision we'll make together."

Oh ... and as for Jamie Foxx's recent impression of Doc ... Austin is like the rest of us -- he thinks it's amazing.

Allen Iverson's endorsement drought is finally over -- the ex-NBA superstar just landed a brand new deal with a sock company ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Iverson was one of the most marketable guys on the planet during his heyday -- but lost a bunch of his deals during his infamous fall from grace.

But A.I. has been on a serious rebuilding campaign recently -- appearing on morning shows and promoting a new documentary -- and now, he's got a new endorsement campaign to boot.

The deal is with Stance -- which signed the 39-year-old to a multi-year contract to be a spokesperson alongside NBA stars Dwyane Wade, Klay Thompson, Chandler Parsons and Andre Drummond.

NBA superstar John Wall was kicked off an American Airlines flight in Las Vegas this week ... after someone in his crew allegedly threatened another passenger ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Washington Wizards star had boarded a flight headed to D.C. on May 26th -- but before the plane took off, his crew got into a verbal argument with someone else on the plane and a threat was allegedly made from someone in Wall's group.

We're told someone from the flight crew called the Las Vegas Metro Police Department for help -- and cops boarded the plane to deal with the situation.

The alleged victim told cops he did not want to press charges -- but the pilot of the plane decided he did NOT want Wall and his crew to remain on the flight ... so they were escorted off.

We're told Wall and his party left without further incident.

Calls to Wall's rep have not been returned.

John had posted a photo of his crew on the way to Vegas on May 22nd ... though it's unclear if the same guys were involved in the incident on the flight home.

President Obama just took a stand on the NBA Finals ... saying there's no way J.R. Smith has a chance to outshoot Steph Curry ... despite the fact Smith has been ON FIRE in the playoffs.

Obama went to Twitter to answer some questions ... when someone wrote:

"Can JR Smith out shoot Steph Curry and lead the Cavs to a championship?"

Obama's response -- "jr smith having a great season but the heart of the Cavs is Lebron. And no one can outshoot Curry - maybe Korver if wide open."

So far, no response from Smith ... but we're guessing it's coming.

Dwyane Wade is more polished than we thought -- and the proof is in his toes.

Wade has been documenting his weight loss in a 30 Day Transformation challenge by posting pics on social media of his weight on the scale in his home.

We learned 2 things:

1) He's lost about 12 pounds ... so congrats!
2) He still paints his toenails.

The NBA star first started polishing his piggies back in 2008 ... simply because he thought it would look cool.

In fact, in 2011 he talked to GQ about the first time he showed his colorful toes to his pal LeBron James:

"I was on vacation in the Bahamas with LeBron and when he saw my toes he was like, 'Something is seriously wrong with you.' But eventually Bron was like, 'You know what? You're crazy, but that's just you.' When I first got into the league, I tried to fit in. Now I don't care."

There could be a slurricane heading for Oakland ... 'cause rap legend E-40 says if the Golden State Warriors squad wins the NBA title, they'll get UNLIMITED booze from his winery for the rest of the year!!!

LEBRON JAMES HAS JUST BEEN THREATENED WITH THE BASED GOD CURSE!!!!!!

This is a huge deal ... with rapper Lil B sending James an official "warning" -- after Bron and the rest of the Cleveland Cavs did B's cooking dance last night without giving him proper credit.

You know the curse by now -- it's already taken down NBA stars from Kevin Durant to James Harden.

Now, after Lil B got word of the Cavs' hot tub victory celebration -- which included the cooking dance -- Lil B sent the following message:

More proof Shaq is really REALLY strong ... he just did a full set of seated rows at the gym using all of the weight on the machine .... PLUS AN ENTIRE CHRIS WEBBER.

The two former NBA stars and current TNT employees hit the gym together in Cleveland ... where Shaq decided to show off a little bit.

Check out the clip ... Shaq says he's going to lift C-Webb "instead of take shots" -- which could be a reference to the drama involving Webber and his old Fab Five teammates.

FYI -- Webber has been going back and forth with Jalen Rose stemming from a rift over a documentary about their legendary college hoops days at Michigan. Maybe Shaq was suggesting they worked it out already.

For Carlos Boozer black is the new black -- the Lakers forward just dropped $50k to cover his Mercedes Benz in darkness, and TMZ Sports has pics of the finished product.

Boozer just copped a brand new 2015 Mercedes Benz G63 for $200k, but before cracking the door ... he shipped the whip down to the Auto Firm in Miami to get it blacker than Snooki after a 3 day weekend on the Jersey shore.

Alex Vega, who runs the joint tells us Boozer had them paint the whole thing "satin black" ... and then jacked it up to add Avorza 22-inch wheels and a brand new body kit.

The only non-black items added to Boozer's ride -- some sweet LED lamps embeded in the front bumper.
